Abstract

If in case a proposition requires the enactment of the law on a case, but there is also another proposition which requires the enactment of another law on the same case, the second argument of the so-called ta'arudh. Clash between the two arguments of the law could include naqli proposition (proposition textually defined in the Qur'an or Hadith), and the argument of aqli (determined based on reasonable arguments). In addition it can also include the definitive proposition (proposition that power in applying the laws, convincing), and the argument of zhanni (proposition that power in applying the laws are not convincing). One form ta'arudh it happen between tradition Munday with qiyas. When that happens, where would serve as proof of the basis for the charity? Regarding the problem is exactly what will be discussed in this paper is very simple.

Abstract

The decline in students' responsiveness in understanding learning materials can hinder the achievement of learning objectives, often caused by the selection and use of inappropriate learning methods. This study aims to find learning methods that can improve students' responsiveness in PAI lessons at SD 100390 Sipiongot, based on Ibn Khaldun's learning methods. The research used descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that some of the learning methods used at SD 100390 Sipiongot are: Repetition Method, which is applied to grades 1-3, improves memory. The Discussion Method, applied to grades 4-6, fosters critical thinking and improves responsiveness. The field trip method increases learners' responsiveness and provides new experiences.

Abstract

Patience and gratitude are the responses of believers to the destiny that Allah SWT has determined. Where as proof of faith in the decrees of Allah SWT, when disaster strikes they are patient, and if they get pleasure they are grateful. Based on this, in this research the author wants to describe the material of patience and gratitude in Al-Qur'an Hadith learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a content analysis approach where the main source is the Al-Qur'an Hadith Textbook for Islamic Junior High School published by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. After conducting in-depth research, the author found that the material on Patience and Gratitude is divided into three sub-themes, namely: i) the meaning of patience and gratitude, ii) the virtues of patience and gratitude, iii) the basic concepts of patience and gratitude. Through this article, the author hopes that from this research the latest research ideas will emerge for the development of science, especially the Qur’an Hadith learning.
