Dalam proses pembelajaran guru sangat berperan penting dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang bermakna bagi peserta didik, sehingga terwujudnya pembelajaran yang menarik dan peserta didik mendapatkan hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Keberhasilan ini tidak terlepas dari kompetensi seorang guru, salah satu kompetensi tersebut yaitu kompetensi pedagogik dalam pelaksanakan kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran PAI kelas IV di SDIT Attin Sumbar. Metode penelitian yang digunkan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini yaitu peran kompetensi pedagogik guru belum berperan secara maksimal dalam melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 di SDIT Attin Sumbar Hal ini dibuktikan ketika proses pembelajaran guru belum mampu menerapkan metode yang interaktif dalam proses pembelajaran, guru membuat RPP setelah kegiatan mengajar, guru belum menarapkan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013, serta penilian yang dilakukan hanya terfokus kepada penilaian kognitif saja.

An independent campus is a policy recently launched by the Indonesian minister of education, Nadiem Makarim. The independent campus policy is expected to be able to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, especially Islamic religious education, in the midst of the rapid development of information technology and the flow of globalization. A new policy or discourse is certainly an interesting topic to be discussed by both academics and practitioners. Furthermore, if it is associated with Islamic education, the concept of independent learning is not a taboo subject. Because basically the Qur'an and Hadith have discussed this concept of free learning. So the purpose of this paper is to reveal the opportunities and challenges of an independent campus in the perspective of Islamic religious education. The method that the author uses is a literature study, by digging up information about the topic of discussion from various existing literature and then analyzing it. In the results of the study, information was obtained that the opportunities for the existence of this independent campus program were as research development, entrepreneurial development, and adaptive graduates. Meanwhile, the challenge is the collaboration mechanism between private Islamic universities and study programs with outside parties and the internship mechanism outside the study program.

Administrasi ataupun pengelolaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan suatu hal yang mutlak bagi sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Terlebih dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini. Dimana dunia Internasional telah memasuki era digital 4.0, tentu hal ini membawa dampak bagi sistem pendidikan termasuk di Indonesia. Sehingga administrasi dan pengelolaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan era digital ini merupakan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi akademisi pendidikan. Mulai dari sistem rekruitmen hingga pemberhentian pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan bisa dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan dunia digital sehingga lahirlah data yang terintegrasi dari pusat hingga daerah. Beranjak dari fenoma tersebut maka dalam tulisan ini kita akan membahas bagaimana pengelolaan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan secara profesional pada era digital 4.0.

Globalization has an impact on the progress of science, increasingly sophisticated information and communication technology. Not only that, globalization also has an influence on educational conditions, including Islamic boarding schools. For this reason, in this discussion the author wants to explain the strategy of the leadership of the Al-Makmur Tungkar Islamic Boarding School in developing the education system in the era of globalization. The method that the author uses in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this research the author used Observation, Interviews and Documentation as data collection instruments. After conducting in-depth research, the author found three strategies implemented by the Al-Makmur Tungkar Islamic Boarding School in developing education in the era of globalization, namely: 1) Curriculum Development, 2) Strengthening Islamic Boarding School Management, 3) Improving Facilities and Infrastructure. Furthermore, the author hopes that through this article new issues will emerge in the development of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Khulafaurrasyidin's exemplary and positive values are very important in developing Muslim character. Khulafaurrasyidin's exemplary has become a reference or source for Muslims in developing good character and behavior according to Islamic teachings. For this reason, in this research the author wants to analyze material about Khulafaurrasydin's exemplary in learning Aqidah Akhlak at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The research method used is a qualitative method with a content analysis approach by understanding and studying theory and various literature related to the research. After conducting an in-depth analysis, the author found that the structure of the Aqidah Akhlak material at Islamic Junior High School has quite extensive discussion. So in this discussion the author discusses two subthemes, these two subthemes are 1). The exemplary of Khalifa Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq. 2). The exemplary of KhalifaUmar bin Khattab. In the future, the author hopes that this research will have a positive impact, especially in madrasas as formal educational institutions with the characteristic of instilling Islamic values in their students.

Dalam kajian Adab Menuntut Ilmu, kita mengeksplorasi tentang etika yang diperlukan dalam menuntut ilmu berdasarkan al-Quran. Etika ini membantu manusia untuk beradab dan berilmu secara seimbang. Beranjak dari hal tersebut maka dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin menganalisis materi adab dalam menuntut ilmu dalam pembelajaran al-quran Hadist di madrasah aliyah. Adapun metode penelitian yang di gunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan konten analisis, sumber utama nya ialah buku al-qur’an hadist yang di terbitkan kementrian agama republik Indonesia. Setelah melakukan analisis yang mendalam dapat penulis temukan struktur dari materi al-quran hadist di madrasah aliyah terkait adab menuntut ilmu terdiri dari tiga sub tema. Ketiga subtema tersebut yakni Memahami isi kandungan ayat al-Quran tentang adab menuntut ilmu, Memahami isi kandungan hadist tentang adab menuntut ilmu, Mengetahui perilaku orang yang memahami adab menuntut ilmu. Kedepannya penulis berharap penelitian ini membawa dampak yang positif nya yaitu untuk mengungkap tentang konsep ilmu dan adab menuntut ilmu, terutama di madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal dengan ciri khas menanamkan nilai-nilai islam kepada peserta didik.

Etika dalam organisasi profesi memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku dan integritas anggota, serta menjaga reputasi organisasi itu sendiri. Etika dalam organisasi profesi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai landasan moral, tetapi juga sebagai kunci untuk meraih kesuksesan jangka panjang dan mempertahankan kepercayaan publik, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin menganalisis etika dalam organisasi profesi dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak di madrasah aliyah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan konten analisis, sumber utamanya adalah buku ajar Akidah Akhlak yang diterbitkan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Setelah melakukan analisis yang mendalam dapat penulis temukan struktur dari materi Akidah Akhlak di Madrasah Aliyah terkait Etika dalam Organisasi Profesi terdiri dari dua sub tema. Kedua subtema tersebut yakni: i) Etika Organisasi, ii) Etika Profesi. Kedepannya penulis berharap penelitian ini membawa dampak yang positif terutama di madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal dengan ciri khas menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam kepada peserta didiknya.

One of the main substances of the Qur'anic content is to contain stories of the past, as a form of Al-Qur'anic da'wah method to mankind, and among the stories is about the Rasul Ulul Azmi. Moving on from this, in this study the author wants to analyse the role model of Rasul Ulul Azmi in Akidah Akhlak learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The research method used is a qualitative method with a content analysis approach, the main source is the Akidah Akhlak textbook published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. After conducting an in-depth analysis, the author found that the structure of the Akidah Akhlak material in Madrasah Tsanawiyah related to the exemplary example of the ulul azmi rasul consists of three sub-themes. The three sub-themes are: i) Understanding Rasul Ulul Azmi, ii) The Main Attributes and Firmness of Rasul Ulul Azmi, iii) The Wisdom of the Exemplary Rasul Ulul Azmi. In the future, the author hopes that this research will have a positive impact, especially in madrasah as a formal educational institution with the characteristic of instilling Islamic values to its students.

The Qur'an and Hadith are human guidelines, especially the Muslim, which have been left by Rasullullah SAW to all his ummah. The Qur'an is the word of God revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as a guide for humanity in organising their lives, in order to obtain happiness physically and mentally both in the world and in the hereafter. Moving on from this, in this study the author wants to analyse the material of the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to life. The research method used is a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. Where the main source is the Al-Qur'an Hadith Textbook for Madrasah Tsanawiyah published by the Ministry of Religion. After analysing the author found three subthemes in the textbook, including: 1) Understanding the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to Muslim life, 2) The function of the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to life, 3) The position of the Qur'an and Hadith as a guide to life. Furthermore, the author hopes that through this research new ideas will emerge for further research.

Patience and gratitude are the responses of believers to the destiny that Allah SWT has determined. Where as proof of faith in the decrees of Allah SWT, when disaster strikes they are patient, and if they get pleasure they are grateful. Based on this, in this research the author wants to describe the material of patience and gratitude in Al-Qur'an Hadith learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a content analysis approach where the main source is the Al-Qur'an Hadith Textbook for Islamic Junior High School published by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. After conducting in-depth research, the author found that the material on Patience and Gratitude is divided into three sub-themes, namely: i) the meaning of patience and gratitude, ii) the virtues of patience and gratitude, iii) the basic concepts of patience and gratitude. Through this article, the author hopes that from this research the latest research ideas will emerge for the development of science, especially the Qur’an Hadith learning.
