Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dengan menerapkan model Problem based Learning dalam pengelolaan kelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik Kelas XI MIPA 3 SM AN 1 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 3 3 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pada siklus I, aktivitas siswa berada dikategori cukup aktif dengan skor 12,5 dan hasil belajar matematika memiliki nilai rata-rata 71,76 dan ketuntasan hasil belajar klasikal nya 63,64 % . Kemudian meningkat pada siklus II aktivitas siswa menjadi dikategorikan aktif dengan skor 1 7 , 7 5 dan hasil belajar matematika siswa memiliki nilai rata-ratan mencapai 80,06 dan ketuntasan hasil belajar klasikal menjadi 81,82%. Aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dengan telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Sehingga didapatkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik dapat meningkat melalui model Problem Based Learning

Abstract

Self-confidence is an essential psychological aspect that affects the development of deaf teenagers. Communication barriers often lead to social challenges, impacting their self-esteem. This study aims to explore the factors influencing self-confidence in deaf adolescents at ABC Melati Aisyiyah Special School (SLB). Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The findings indicate that parental support, personal achievements, social interactions, and coping strategies significantly contribute to self-confidence. A positive environment and strong family support play a crucial role in fostering confidence in deaf teenagers.

Abstract

Continuous Thermophilic Composting (CTC) was developed as a modification of continuous composting carried out in the thermophilic phase, where the organic waste degradation process runs quickly. Previous CTC research used lamps as a heat source, which was then changed to use a heater. Several important factors in composting are stirring and air circulation to increase oxygen levels so that the aerobic composting process occurs. The machine has been modified by making air holes and setting automatic stirring. This research aims to determine the air hole openings and stirring frequency that provide the best results. The research was carried out in 2 stages. The first stage is to look for air hole openings with 3 variations: closed, half open, and fully open. Continue by finding the best stirring frequency with 3 variations: once a day, 2 times a day, and 6 times a day. The parameters measured include temperature measured humidity and pH during the composting process, and chemical analysis of fresh waste, compost starter, and mature compost resulting from the process. The research was carried out for 8 days with the addition of 1 kg of artificial waste per day. The results showed that half-open air holes produced better compost quality and temperature consistency in the thermophilic phase. And the stirring frequency of 2 times a day produces consistent temperature results in the thermophilic phase and compost quality that meets SNI 19-7030-2004 of Compost Specifications from Domestic Organic Waste.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi berdasarkan ISO/IEC 27001:2013, untuk mengetahui karakteristik keamanan informasi dan pada industri manufaktur yang sedang bertransformasi menuju teknologi Industri 4.0, untuk mengetahui persyaratan ISO/IEC klausul 27001:2013 yang telah dipenuhi, baik dari segi framework (kebijakan dan prosedur) maupun aspek penerapannya serta memahami penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi berdasarkan SNI ISO/IEC 27001:2013 pada industri manufaktur yang sedang menuju Industri 4.0 (Smart Factory), khususnya dalam operasional Data Center. Untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan keamanan informasi digunakan metode Indeks KAMI. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan gap analysis dan pendekatan PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act) dengan mengikuti tahapan sesuai dengan ketentuan ISO/IEC 27001:2013. Setelah penerapan manajemen risiko dimulai dengan identifikasi risiko, pengukuran dampak risiko, evaluasi pengendalian, penetapan rencana manajemen risiko hingga pemantauan dan peninjauan risiko terhadap temuan gap analysis, maka dilakukan rencana aksi sebagai tindak lanjut dari temuan tersebut. analisis kesenjangan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan model Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi berdasarkan SNI ISO/IEC 27001:2013 yang cocok diterapkan pada industri manufaktur yang menggunakan teknologi Industry 4.0 sehingga dapat mencegah kebocoran informasi dan produksi. gangguan dari serangan di dunia maya..
