Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini berawal belum maksimalnya daya ledak otot lengan pemain bolavoli SMA Model Negeri 04 Mukomuko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan overhead tricep toss terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan pemain bolavoli SMA Model Negeri 04 Mukomuko. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu.Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pemain bolavoli SMA Model Negeri 04 Mukomukoyang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel di dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 orang pemain putra. Teknik pengambilan data dengan two hand medicine ball put. Data di analisis dengan uji statistik beda rerata hitung (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi a = 0.05. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa terdapat peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan setelah diberi perlakukan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan overhead tricep tossmemberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan pemain bolavoli SMA Model Negeri 04 Mukomuko, yang dibuktikan dengan thitung = 15,923> ttabel = 2,201 dengan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Continuous Running Exercise on Increasing Physical Fitness for S1 students of the Sports Science Study Program, Faculty of Sports Science, Padang State University class of 2021/2022. The research method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method. The population in this study were 215 undergraduate students of the FIK UNP Sports Science Study Program, class of 2021/2022. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling, with a total sample of 20 people. The data collection technique uses a physical fitness test research instrument with a 1600 m rockport run. The results of the study were analyzed statistically using a comparison test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the average level of physical fitness of the respondents before being given treatment was (45.30), whereas after being given treatment it was (50.35). There is a significant effect of Continuous Running Exercise on Increasing Physical Fitness of Students of the Sports Science Study Program, Faculty of Sports Science, Padang State Universitywith the results showing the tcount value (4.25) > ttable value (1.73).

Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of explosive power of the leg muscles of pencak silat leg pencak silat catch snake roll in Lintau. For this reason, pencak silat leg pencak silat catch snake roll in Lintau needs to be trained programmatically through training principles that can be carried out both theoretically and practically in achieving maximum explosive power. There are several forms of exercise that can increase leg muscle explosive power, including an exercise program by going up and down stairs. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research. The population is the Pencak Silat College of tungkai pencak silat tangkap gulung ular in Lintau. Samples were taken by total sampling technique so that the sample amounted to 15 people. The research instrument uses a vertical jump test and the data analysis technique used is the t test hypothesis testing. As a result of research and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that "There is an effect of going up and down stairs on the explosiveness of leg muscles in Pencak Silat Tangkap Snake Roll, which is evidenced by the tcount > ttable with a value of (3,310> 1,761).
