Abstract

Latar Belakang: Banyaknya mesin drum tire building yang mengalami kerusakan akibat jam kerja yang terus menerus.merupakan salah satu kendala pada perusahaan. PT. Gajah Tunggal, Tbk.Proses input daily check mesin drum tire building yang masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan  rumit,lama prosesnya dan kurang efisien. Metode: Analisa value chain adalah metode yang dipakai untuk menjelaskan seluruh aktivitas, yang terdiri dari aktivitas utama dan aktivitas pendukung.Tujuan: Membantu proses daily check drum tire building Plant H PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk yang tadinya manual menjadi proses yang berbasis mobile application android,serta meningkatkan efektivitas,efisiensi,kecepatan dan ketepatan pemrosesan data. Hasil Penelitian: merancang sebuah aplikasi sistem daily check berbasis mobile android yang mengakomodir input pengecekan serta data laporan dalam satu aplikasi. Kesimpulan: Aplikasi sistem daily check yang berbasis mobile android dapat memobilisasi kerja dan kinerja petugas mengecek mesin satu per satu. kemudian, data-data pengecekan pada mesin di PT Gajah Tunggal, Tbk saling terintegrasi melalui sebuah aplikasi dan database. Penggunaan sistem yang baru juga dapat memudahkan Pimpinan dalam menganalisis laporan. Sehingga membantu Pimpinan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan

Abstract

Kertawangunan Town, Kuningan, West Java is a region that has a great deal of green open land as rice fields and ranches. The land can be utilized for harmless to the ecosystem structures like houses. The plan of harmless to the ecosystem private houses is planned by considering parts of existing site conditions, sun powered dissemination, wind development, and other natural perspectives to address private issues for warm solace. To accomplish that should be possible with the technique for normal ventilation and regular lighting. From the consequences of the review it was observed that the best structure direction is pointing toward the east-west, toward this path the sun sparkles the entire day. On the off chance that the light power is high, vegetation can be established nearby around the structure with obscure and cooling tree species. It can likewise give an option in contrast to the structure, like making wooden sheets toward the sun to lessen brightness and expand openings to course air from outside the room. To give regular coolness to the structure, a distance is made between the structure and the current one so the breeze can move uninhibitedly in the room. Abstract

The advancement of mobile technology has encouraged the use of android applications as a solution for delivering fast and efficient information, including in the steel industry sector such as that experienced by PT xwz, where the Sales division faces obstacles in delivering product information manually which causes delays and inaccuracies in data. Therefore, this study aims to design and build an android-based steel product information application with search and assessment features to make it easier for customers to access complete, accurate, and real-time product data. In designing the system, the prototype method is used to develop this application. The application design is supported by the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe the application flow in detail. Application testing is carried out using the black box method to ensure application functionality. In addition, questionnaire testing was also carried out involving 10 respondents consisting of 8 customers and 2 admin staff using the System Usability Scale. The results of the satisfaction score survey were 72%, indicating that this application is included in the good category. Indicating that the application is considered worthy of being used as an information media and supporting the sales process at PT xwz.
