Abstract

Saving is the first step in facing a better future for a prosperous life. To achieve this goal, from an early age, it is better if children who are studying in elementary school or kindergarten are taught to like to save money. You don't need a lot of money to save in the savings place, but only enough to set it aside from the smallest nominal, for example Rp. 500, - (five hundred rupiah) first because according to research (Furnham, 1999) that more than 80% of children claim their parents will not give them extra money if they spend it all. This requires saving activities for children. Why saving for early childhood does not require large funds, in this case, the main point of saving is to foster a feeling of being fond of saving since childhood. Why is it done in early childhood? because by doing these habits will foster adult habits later to always save in any circumstances. The form of activities carried out at Community Service (PKM) is in the form of counseling to the children of SMPN 5 kota Bekasi City for grades 1, 2 and 3. The counseling is in the form of an appeal to these children to set aside money if they are given pocket money by their parents . This is done is by providing an example of how to save by carrying a piggy bank that is easy to buy in bookstores or others. Some are made of plastic, cans or fabric. In essence, saving is by setting aside "unused" money to be saved and reused when "needed". This training is an activity of Community Service (PKM) for the residents of Harapan Jaya kota Bekasi Village. The plan for this activity to be carried out in mid-November 2020 at SMPN 5 kota Bekasi which is still in the Bekasi city area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the impact of the effect of providing incentives on the workload of employees at BPR Lestari Bekasi Branch. Quantitative descriptive analysis in this study involved 35 (thirty five) employees and used non-probability sampling. Data collected by making a questionnaire and distributed to employees of the company. From this research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of providing incentives and workload on the variable of employee productivity at PT. BPR Lestari Bekasi Branch. The statistical test results obtained are incentives and workloads have a positive effect with a coefficient of determination of 78.70% on work productivity and partially each variable has a positive effect and significance on the dependent variable. An increase in the value of incentives and workload can increase the work productivity variable positively and vice versa if there is a decrease in the independent variable it can have an impact on a decrease in the dependent variable. Incentive variables affect the work productivity of employees of PT. BPR Lestari is indicated by the T-count > T-table value, namely (3.566 > 2.035) sig. 0.001 < 0.05 in this case the role of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The workload variable has an impact on the work productivity of PT. BPR Lestari. T-test results > T-table (7.391 > 2.035), sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously the two independent variables Incentive and Workload have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity. The result of the Coefficient of Determination or R Square is 0.787, which means that this incentive has contributed 78.70% to the Work Productivity of PT. BPR Lestari Bekasi Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengawasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan Lingkungan Kerja sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 130 responden yang merupakan karyawan dari PT. LW. Hasil penelitian setelah adanya Lingkungan Kerja (M) dijadikan sebagai variabel moderasi menunjukkan bahwa Pengawasan kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif yang  signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y) dengan nilai 2,426 1,97897, sedangkan Displin kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh negatif dengan nilai -3,268 1,97897 terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya penambahan lingkungan kerja (M) menguatkan variabel Pengawasan Kerja (X1) dan melemahkan variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Metode analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan nilai t-tabel sebesar  1,97897 untuk uji secara parsial dari masing-masing variabel. Terjadi perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penambahan variabel Lingkungan Kerja sebagai moderasi, hal ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja memberikan efek negatif terhadap produktivitas kerja di perusahaan ini.

Abstract

Stunting, a major public health concern in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas such as Lebak Regency, stems from persistent nutritional deficiencies and limited access to affordable, high-quality food. This study examines the potential of e-commerce as an innovative solution to enhance access to nutrition and contribute to stunting prevention. An e-commerce prototype was developed to connect local food producers with underserved consumers, ensuring the availability of diverse and affordable nutritional products. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study assessed the platform's feasibility, usability, and impact on nutritional access and community welfare.Quantitative data revealed a significant improvement in dietary diversity and affordability among targeted households, while qualitative insights highlighted increased awareness of nutrition and economic benefits for local producers. The platform also addressed logistical barriers by optimizing distribution networks in geographically isolated areas. Moreover, the initiative empowered small-scale enterprises, enhancing their market reach and income sustainability.The findings demonstrate the scalability and sustainability of e-commerce as a tool for addressing nutritional challenges in rural settings. This study provides actionable insights for policymakers, healthcare providers, and digital innovators, advocating for the integration of e-commerce into national strategies for stunting prevention and public health improvement. Future research should explore broader applications of digital platforms in addressing complex health challenges.

Abstract

Studi ini akan menilai dan menyelidiki bagaimana Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan kerja Mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Kepolisian Metro Kota Bekasi. Studi kuantitatif ini melibatkan 70 narasumber. Hasilnya menunjukkan Disiplin kerja terdapat dampak positif atas kinerja pegawai. Nilai t-hitung 6,991 dalam variabel Lingkungan Kerja, yang lebih tinggi dari nilai t-tabel 1,997 dan nilai signifikansi 0,034 juga lebih kecil dari 0,05, variabel Motivasi Kerja terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan t-hitung dalam variabel ini 2,161 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 1,997, nilai signifikansi 0,034 yang juga lebih kecil dari 0,05. selain itu, uji simultan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Melihatkan Disiplinan kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja memengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia kunci bagi kesuksesan organisasi, namun PT Gunung Mutiara Nedindo mengalami penurunan kinerja karyawan pada 2021 karena kondisi kerja buruk dan beban kerja tinggi. Perbaikan membutuhkan fokus pada lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan beban kerja seimbang untuk kinerja optimal. Penelitian menggunakan regresi linear berganda pada 52 karyawan untuk menghubungkan lingkungan kerja (X1), beban kerja (X2), dan kinerja karyawan (Y) di PT Gunung Mutiara Nedindo. Hasilnya menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dari lingkungan dan beban kerja, namun hanya menjelaskan 33,9% dari total pengaruh terhadap kinerja, menandakan faktor lain sebesar 66,1%. Studi lanjutan diperlukan untuk memahami perubahan perilaku terhadap kinerja. Perusahaan perlu fokus pada lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan, dan alokasi tugas yang tepat untuk mencapai target perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work environment, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Bekasi Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, and data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to 85 respondents who are nursing staff in Building D. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests with SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially, the work environment variable does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the variables of work discipline and workload have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables, work environment, work discipline, and workload have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap niat berpindah (turnover intention) karyawan di PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) Syariah Cabang Bantargebang, Bekasi. Niat berpindah karyawan merupakan isu krusial yang dapat mengganggu stabilitas operasional dan efisiensi perusahaan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei kuesioner terhadap 35 karyawan, data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap niat berpindah, mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan kerja yang lebih tinggi menurunkan kecenderungan karyawan untuk keluar. Sebaliknya, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berpindah, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres kerja yang lebih tinggi meningkatkan keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan. Secara simultan, kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja berkontribusi signifikan sebesar 81,7% terhadap niat berpindah. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor pendukung kepuasan kerja dan menurunkan tingkat stres kerja guna menekan angka niat berpindah karyawan, khususnya di sektor perbankan syariah yang sangat bergantung pada stabilitas sumber daya manusia.
