Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of smartphone product quality on purchasing decisions during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study is a quantitative study using a questionnaire method. The population used in this study is the people in South Bekasi. The sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling. In this research the dependent variable (dependent) Purchase Decision (Y), while the independent variable (independent) is Product Quality (X1). The results of the validity test used on product quality and purchase, decisions are valid, while the results of the reliability test in this study show that they are reliable. The result of this research is that the quality of Xiaomi Smartphone products has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision, Smartphone Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk Smartphone terhadap keputusan pembelian di masa pandemic Covid 19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang ada di Bekasi Selatan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampling insidential. Dalam peneletian ini variabel terikat (dependen) Keputusan Pembelian (Y), sedangkan variabel bebas (independen) adalah Kualitas Produk (X1). Untuk hasil uji validitas yang digunakan pada kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian adalah valid, sedangkan hasil uji realibitas pada penelitian ini menunjukkan reliable. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk Smartphone Xiaomi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di masa pandemic Covid 19. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian, dan Smartphone

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Keputusan Pembelian dan Loyalitas Pelanggan terhadap Voucher Gratis Ongkos Kirim E-Commerce Shopee Indonesia di Desa Babelan Kota. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dimana objek pengumpulan data merupakan masyarakat atau pengguna aplikasi Shopee Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan Simple Random Sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee. Uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Uji T, Uji F dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh voucher gratis ongkos kirim secara parsial; 2) Loyalitas pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh voucher gratis ongkos kirim secara parsial; dan 3) Keputusan pembelian dan loyalitas pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh voucher gratis ongkos kirim secara simultan.

Abstract

Article Determining Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty: Analysis of Work Life Balance and Work Environment at PT WSI. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the influence of work life balance and work environment on job satisfaction and employee loyalty at PT WSI. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The analytical tool used in this research is SEM SmartPLS 4.0. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data used in this research is primary data. The population in this study was 194 respondents, with a research sample of 100 respondents, obtained from a questionnaire filled out by PT WSI employees. The tests carried out in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model, Outer Model and Hypothesis Test. The results of this article are: 1) Work life balance has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction; 2) The work environment has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction; 3) Work life balance has no effect and is not significant on employee loyalty; 4) The work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty; and 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

Internet and Online Games are technologies that are widely used by every human being, and with the rapid development of technology it can affect humans or society as users of these technologies, which ends up causing negative and positive impacts depending on the use of the technology itself, for example if it is not wise. In its use it will cause laziness, lack of discipline, not developing a mindset and can hinder productive activities that should be carried out. So that this can affect the improvement of Human Resources itself, especially for students. The method used is quantitative data in the form of primary data where the data is generated based on the distribution of questionnaires to students, both male and female, who use the internet and play online games. This data is processed using Smart Pls Software. The equation model analyzed is the Outer Model, Inner Model and Hypothesis testing, based on calculations using the software produces the relationship between the Internet and Online Games on Discipline, Mindset and Productive Processes in order to increase Human Resources for students.

Abstract

Purpose: This literature review aims to develop hypotheses for future researchers conducting research related to the ease of transactions in MSMEs. Research Methodology: The approach used in this literature review was descriptive and qualitative. The data collection technique uses literature studies or conducts a literature review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this study are secondary data, sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar, and digital reference books. Empirical data were used to support the phenomena observed in this study. Results: The results of this study are as follows: 1) QRIS affects the ease of transactions in micro, small, and medium enterprises; and 2) digital wallets affect the ease of transactions in micro, small, and medium enterprises. Limitations: This study is limited to micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of the factors influencing the ease of transactions in MSMEs, with a focus on factors related to the use of QRIS and digital wallets. Novelty: This study provides new insights into other factors that influence the ease of transactions for MSMEs, especially in Indonesia. Thus, it can be used as a reference material in future studies.

Abstract

The business world is often one of the areas most affected by changing times. The increasingly competitive business environment requires companies to improve product quality while reducing production costs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Just In Time (JIT) method in efforts to improve production cost efficiency at PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries. The JIT method was chosen because it is believed to minimize waste, reduce storage costs, and accelerate production flow by ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and components. This study employs a quantitative approach by collecting production, cost, and operational efficiency data from the company for the 2024 period. The results indicate that the implementation of JIT at PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries positively contributes to reducing production costs, although increased production volume does not always result in optimal cost efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work environment, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Bekasi Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, and data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to 85 respondents who are nursing staff in Building D. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests with SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially, the work environment variable does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the variables of work discipline and workload have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables, work environment, work discipline, and workload have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Periodic Order Quantity (POQ), and Just In Time (JIT) methods in managing raw material inventory at 66paintworks Workshop. The primary issue lies in high total inventory costs due to the use of conventional forecasting methods. By calculating the Total Inventory Cost (TIC) for each method, the EOQ method was found to be the most optimal. The TIC using EOQ for paint is Rp1,403,760 and for clear coat is Rp1,403,820, significantly lower than POQ (paint: Rp16,450,860; clear: Rp16,450,688) and JIT (paint: Rp1,397,520; clear: Rp1,757,488). EOQ also provides more efficient ordering frequency while maintaining production continuity. Thus, the EOQ method is recommended as the most economical and stable inventory control strategy within this study context.

The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct literature reviews of relevant previous articles. The data used in this study are secondary data, sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Green Leadership affects employee performance; 2) Green Organizational Culture affects Employee Performance; 3) Green Leadership affects Company Sustainability; 4) Green Organizational Culture has an effect on Employee Performance; 5) Employee Performance has an effect on Corporate Sustainability; 6) Green Leadership has an effect on Corporate Sustainability mediated by Employee Performance; and 7) Green Organizational Culture affects Company Sustainability mediated by Employee Performance.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat dari nilai perusahaannya. Dengan mengevaluasi pencapaian dengan menganalisa determinan Enterprise Risk Management, Intellectual Capital Dan Good Corporate Governance, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan apakah dengan adanya faktor-faktor tersebut mampu mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dengan baik atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder sebagai sumber data, dan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Enterprise Risk Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Intellectual Capital berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
