Abstract

Buku saku ini menyajikan rumus-rumus dalam kitab hadis dan rijal al-hadis bagi para pembaca khususnya para mahasiswa, siswazah serta dosen-dosen universitas yang berkecimpung dalam bidang Ilmu Hadis yang ingin mengkaji kitab-kitab hadis. Didalam buku ini rumus-rumus tersebut disusun dalam bentuk bab per bab kemudian disetiap bab nya, rumus tersebut diklasifikasikan lagi menjadi beberapa macam.Untuk memudahkan pembaca dalam membedakan antar rumus-rumus tersebut, makarumus-rumus tersebut dimuat dalam bentuk tabel, dalam tabel tersebut penulis juga menjelaskan maksud serta penggunaan rumus tersebut. Tidak hanya itu, penulis terkadang juga menjelaskan hal-hal tertentu seperti kata kata istilah maupun sumber buku yang didapat dalam bentuk footnote.

Abstract

The TikTok application is an entertainment medium that allows its users to do freestyle, such as dance, lip sync, challenges, etc., which was once banned in Indonesia because it contained negative content. This study discusses the ethics of entertainment from a hadith perspective, with the main focus being the TikTok application media. This qualitative research is library research with a descriptive analysis approach. The theory used is thematic hadith theory. The thematic hadith method is carried out by tracing the hadiths using the lafadz "لَهْوٌ" and "لَعِب" and is limited to only the hadiths contained in the Polaris sittah book, while the criticism of sanad and matan is only carried out on one path and not on all tracks. Primary data sources include the books al-Kutub al-Sittah, Mu'jam al-Mufahras, Tahzib al-Kamal, and Syarah Hadith, while secondary sources include books, articles, and scientific writings about TikTok and entertainment, as well as Software Hadith Lidwa Pusaka and Maktabah Syamilah. The results of the study show that when viewed from the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, entertainment is permissible as long as it is in accordance with the ethics of entertainment, such as not being excessive and negligent, not contrary to Islamic law, and not arousing lust. The TikTok application has many negative uses, such as dancing with nakedness and tabarruj, which can arouse lust, singing or lip syncing accompanied by neglectful music, and using sentences that are not educational, as well as the many types of content that can make a person addicted and inattentive. Therefore, the author considers that this application is irrelevant to the hadiths of the Prophet regarding entertainment.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of service quality, promotion, price, product quality and taste of customer satisfaction on the chicken geprek stalls around sibuaya. The population in this study is consumers who buy direct at ayam geprek stalls around sibuaya. In this study, using a sample of 84 people. This study uses simple random sampling method that is where the penarika randomly as to give equal opportunity for every member of the population to express their opinions. In testing the simultaneous (Test F) be aware of the quality of service, promotion, price, product quality and flavour of a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In persial (t Test) note that the known quality of service and the promotion of positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the price, the quality of the product and the taste is not positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While targetting and positioning the market is not positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Through testing Koefisifien the determinant obtained the value of Adjusted R Square of 0,229 or 22.9% customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service, promotion, price, product quality and taste while the side 77,1 can be explained by other variables that are not discussed in this study. Testing the feasibility of the research instrument as well as the analysis of the descriptive characteristics of the respondents using SPSS software (Statistical Package For The Social Science).

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah studi tentang pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kebisaan sekelompok orang yang diturunkan dari Pendidikan adalah penelitian tentang pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan kebiasaan suatu kelompok yang diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi melalui instruksi, pelatihan, atau penelitian. Kualitas proses dan hasil belajar mengajar yang buruk menunjukkan bahwa interaksi siswa dengan guru, lingkungan, dan sumber belajar lainnya tidak efektif. Jika ini terjadi, hasil belajar yang dicapai tidak optimal, yang pada akhirnya dapat menyebabkan kualitas belajar. Pada penelitian ini kami menggunakan metodologi studi pustaka (Library Research). Dimana data yang kami kumpulkan berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, literatur, dan dokumen lainnya. Untuk mengkondisikan pembelajaran, berbagai metode digunakan untuk pembelajaran interaktif yang efektif. PAIKEM adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pendekatan ini melibatkan peserta didik dalam berbagai kegiatan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, sikap, dan pemahaman mereka. Tujuan dari penggunaan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif dan menyenangkan adalah untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar di mana siswa memperoleh keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap yang kuat. Ini akan mempersiapkan siswa untuk masa depannya, baik dalam pendidikan lebih tinggi maupun dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

Abstract

Law No 20 of 2003 affirms the right of every child, including children with special needs, to receive a proper education. However, limited facilities and a lack of interactive approaches in special schools (SLB) are still a challenge in developing the potential of children with disabilities. This service activity was carried out by the Novo Club Team in collaboration with FASA, which aims to increase creativity, social skills, and awareness of healthy living for SLB Negeri Slawi students. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through a series of coloring activities, hand washing education, and traditional games. This activity begins with an opening session, followed by the implementation of educational activities designed according to the characteristics of students with disabilities in SLB. The results of the service show that coloring activities are effective in stimulating creativity, hand washing education increases independence, and traditional games contribute to students' motor development and social interaction. This program is expected to become a model for inclusive interactive activities in other special schools.

Abstract

Flooding is a natural disaster that often occurs in several regions in Indonesia, including Pekalongan Regency. One of the areas frequently hit by flooding is Simbang Kulon Village, which is caused by the poor drainage system draining the water flow. The development of drainage infrastructure in this area is an important step in overcoming the problem of recurrent flooding. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of drainage channel infrastructure development in Simbang Kulon Village, especially in Simbang Kulon Gang 2, RW 04. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Secondary data was obtained from literature and previous research, while primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews. The analysis was carried out by studying the studies of data sources to produce actual conclusions on the research topic. The results showed that the development of drainage channel infrastructure in Simbang Kulon Village has had a significant impact in reducing the intensity of flooding that often occurs. However, the phenomenon of groundwater puddles appearing inside residents' houses during heavy rains is still a challenge that needs to be addressed further. The lack of water catchment areas is one of the main causes of this phenomenon.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of sharia pawnshops in supporting the strength of the Islamic financial ecosystem through the halal industry. The halal industry continues to develop rapidly in this era so the role of sharia pawnshop is not overlooked in its development. This research uses a qualitative research method that uses a descriptive analysis approach that uses various sources regarding the Sharia financial ecosystem, halal business, and the function of Sharia pawnshops in facilitating the Islamic financial ecosystem. This research explains that Sharia pawnshop can be a financial solution regarding limited capital and household economics. MSMEs are an indicator of contributing to GDP in countries that are experiencing difficulties with bank loans. Sharia pawnshop can provide capital loans with fairly easy conditions, one of which is the BPKB Ar-rum product. This research found that Sharia pawnshop has carried out a lot of promotion and education to increase public interest in Sharia pawnshop through offering benefits and in-depth understanding. This is proven by innovations in Sharia pawnshop products. Qardhul Hasan, ijarah, musyarakah, ba'i muqayyadah and murabahah-based financing in sharia procurement really supports the development of the halal industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of population, education, and unemployment on the number of poor people in Central Java in 2021. the sample applied is data on population, education, unemployment, and the number of poor people in all regencies/cities in Central Java Province in 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach. The research was taken from secondary data belonging to the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of this study state that population has a positive and significant effect, the higher the population, the higher the number of poor people, and vice versa. Meanwhile, education has a significant negative effect. Unemployment has a negative and insignificant effect, the high and low unemployment does not affect the number of poor people. The results also show that population, education, and unemployment simultaneously affect the number of poor people in Central Java in 2021. The implications of this study suggest that policymakers should focus on improving educational access and quality to reduce poverty effectively. Furthermore, effective population control policies are necessary to manage the positive correlation between population growth and poverty. Future research should include additional variables such as health access, infrastructure, and comprehensive longitudinal data to provide a more detailed understanding of poverty dynamics.
