Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of the environment on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Dracik Field Area, Batang Campus. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents are owners and managers of MSMEs operating in the area. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression to find out how much influence environmental variables have on the success of MSMEs. The research results show that the environment, such as infrastructure, market access, government policies, and social support, has a significant influence on the success of MSMEs. Adequate infrastructure and broad market access help MSMEs increase product production and distribution. Apart from that, government policies that support MSMEs and social support from local communities also contribute to the growth and success of MSMEs in the area. This research provides a deeper understanding of the environmental factors that influence the success of MSMEs, so that it can become a basis for the government and other stakeholders in designing policies and programs that support the growth of MSMEs in the Dracik Field area, Batang Campus. Abstract

Economic growth and inflation are continuous. Economic growth followed by inflation has the same curve; if economic growth rises, inflation will rise, and vice versa. This study aims to determine how the relationship and how much influence economic growth and inflation have on unemployment and poverty in Batang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research by using open and reactive observation methods to collect secondary data from relevant sources from observable people and actors, both in writing and orally. This research also uses data sources from the Batang Regency Statistics Agency. The results show that economic growth and inflation have positive and negative influences. Unemployment has a significant influence on the poverty rate.Keywords: Economic Growth, Inflation, Unemployment, Poverty

Abstract

This research analyzes consumption studies from an Islamic economic perspective and a literature review perspective. The research method uses a qualitative type with a systematic literature review approach. The research results obtained from this literature review found that consumption is human nature to maintain life and is a very vital part of economic activity for human life. Islamic consumption theory limits consumption based on the concept of wealth and various types of consumption by Sharia principles for sustainability and the welfare of the ummah. Rapid economic growth and technological developments are causing changes in people’s consumption patterns. The main difference in consumption patterns in Islamic and conventional economics lies in the intention and approach to meeting life’s needs. Intentions and consumption methods to meet needs are critical in the Islamic economic system. Islamic economics does not place materialism as a guide to human life. Islam does not recognize the principle of materialism as conventional economics places consumption in the perspective of mere worldly satisfaction.

Abstract

The large number of graduates of the Sharia Banking Study Program who need to be more absorbed in the world of work according to their field of expertise is the core problem in this research. This research intends to analyze in depth the factors that influence students’ interest in pursuing a career in Sharia banking, a study on students of the Sharia Banking Study Program at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an associative type. This research was conducted in the Sharia Banking Department, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. This research will take place in 2023. The population of this research is active students of the Sharia Banking Department, UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid, class of 2018-2020, with a total of 408 students. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria selected were active students from Class 2018-2020, Department of Sharia Banking, UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan, who have carried out Field Experience Practices at Sharia Financial Institutions totaling 80 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis methods use instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (data normality tests and multicollinearity tests), heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests (t-test (partial); f test (simultaneous); and determinant coefficient test (R2)). This research concludes that partial self-efficacy, financial appreciation, and social values ​​positively and significantly affect students’ interest in pursuing a career in Sharia banking. Job market considerations partially do not have a positive and significant effect on students’ interest in pursuing a career in sharia banking. Based on the results of the F test, it is stated that the variables of self-efficacy, financial rewards, and job market considerations simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students’ interest in pursuing a career in Sharia banking.

Abstract

The rapid growth of BMT in Indonesia has not been matched by good marketing practices in the field. The main problems of BMT are weak funding and tight competition among BMTs. This study aims to describe an analysis of the concept, implementation, and strategy of sharia marketing in BTM Jawa Tengah. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study type of research. The object of this research is BTM Jawa Tengah. The primary data for this study is information from interviews, with employees at BTM Jawa Tengah, namely the chairman, marketing department, and cashier. The secondary data of this research are in the form of official documents, books, journals, research results, and other data that are closely related to the subject of this research. Data collection procedures carried out are by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this qualitative research uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study conclude that in general the concept of Sharia marketing in BTM Jawa Tengah is Sharia-driven or is driven by Sharia as a source of law that is oriented towards meeting the needs and desires of BTM Jawa Tengah consumers and creating value for them as long as it does not conflict with the Qur’an. and Hadith. The implementation of Sharia marketing at BTM Jawa Tengah uses the characteristics of Sharia marketing that uphold fairness, honesty, and transparency regarding margin setting and profit sharing and uses the nine ethical principles of Islamic marketing, which shows that the marketing strategy at BTM Jawa Tengah is appropriate and meets the sharia marketing perspective. The Sharia marketing strategy carried out by BTM Jawa Tengah is by determining product and service market segmentation. BTM Jawa Tengah carries out marketing activities according to the target market. This is done by looking at the needs of prospective customers. The final strategy is to apply to the position and apply traditional, conventional, and Sharia marketing in combination and simultaneously. The theoretical implications of this research can strengthen existing Sharia marketing theories. Practically, the findings of this study serve as a reference for BMT managers who wish to apply the Sharia marketing model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan sustainable fashion dalam perekonomian, manfaat sustainable fashion, penerapan sustainable fashion sesuai dimensi keberlanjutan, dan penerapan tema berdasarkan prediksi tren butik Wisen Willim tahun 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan kajian literatur, data, dan informasi secara komprehensif. Analisis data juga digunakan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa butik Wisen Willim telah menerapkan sustainable fashion melalui proyek pengolahan step by step dengan menampilkan koleksi berkelanjutan pada acara atau fashion show yang diikutinya, menerapkan ekonomi sirkular di industri fashion seperti memperpanjang waktu penggunaan pakaian dan memberikan kesempatan untuk menyewa pakaian, serta mengedepankan aspek estetika daripada aspek keberlanjutan. Jika Anda ingin membuat pakaian yang ramah lingkungan dan tahan lama, sustainable fashion adalah pilihan yang tepat. Sangat penting bagi bisnis fashion untuk menerapkan tren berkelanjutan dan mengikuti tren yang terus berubah setiap tahunnya. Dengan melakukan hal tersebut, dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dapat dikurangi dan minat beli konsumen dapat terus meningkat, yang berarti lingkungan aman dan produksi terus meningkat. Ini adalah tinjauan literatur terstruktur yang meneliti dan menjelaskan manfaat pakaian hijau berkelanjutan. Bagaimana pakaian hijau dapat diimplementasikan berdasarkan proyek daur ulang bertahap, ekonomi sirkular, dimensi keberlanjutan, dan peramalan tren 2023/2024. This research aims to evaluate the application of sustainable fashion in the economy, the benefits of sustainable fashion, the application of sustainable fashion according to sustainability dimensions, and the application of themes based on predicted trends for the Wisen Willim boutique in 2023/2024. This research uses qualitative and descriptive qualitative methodology by conducting a comprehensive review of literature, data, and information. Data analysis is also used.This research shows that the Wisen Willim boutique has implemented sustainable fashion through a step-by-step processing project by displaying sustainable collections at events or fashion shows that it participates in, implementing a circular economy in the fashion industry such as extending the time of use of clothes and providing opportunities to rent clothes, and prioritizing aspects aesthetics rather than sustainability aspects. If you want to make clothes that are environmentally friendly and long-lasting, sustainable fashion is the right choice. It is very important for fashion businesses to implement sustainable trends and follow trends that continue to change every year. By doing this, negative impacts on the environment can be reduced and consumer buying interest can continue to increase, which means the environment is safe and production continues to increase. This is a structured literature review that examines and explains the benefits of sustainable green clothing. How green clothing can be implemented based on step recycling projects, circular economy, sustainability dimensions, and trend forecasting 2023/2024.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the situation, it is known that currently the concept of halal is universal for both Muslims and non-Muslims, halal does not only cover the needs of sharia, but is also a concept of sustainability through aspects of an Islamic lifestyle. The purpose of implementing this service is to add insight/knowledge of partners in the field of Halal lifestyle (HLS), to help partners to be able to practice Halal lifestyle (HLS) as an Islamic lifestyle for today’s youth, to provide convenience for MA Rohmaniyyah students in choosing a style. Islamic life through Halal lifestyle (HLS). The method of implementing this activity uses an educational approach, counseling (socialization) and Halal lifestyle (HLS) training for teenagers. Then, in addition to a model or method of Halal lifestyle (HLS) that has been generated. This service concludes that the majority (92%) of the students of MA Rohmaniyyah Mranggen understand that the word halal means allowed and the rest said halal means good. They interpret the halal lifestyle as having good morals or attitudes according to sharia or polite behavior. Examples of the halal lifestyle they have ever done are religious tourism, saving in Islamic financial institutions, wearing the syar’i hijab. The reason they consider it important to live a halal lifestyle is because the halal concept is universally applicable as rahmatan lil ‘alamin, or because a halal lifestyle can make the body healthy, or because a halal lifestyle can increase dignity. The way to live a halal lifestyle is by practicing the 3 HM concept, namely it is halal to obtain it, halal to consume it, and halal to use it. All of the students of MA Rohmaniyyah Mranggen intend/interested in a halal lifestyle.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan secara sengaja oleh seseorang, tindakan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan sehingga dapat menjadikan korban bullying merasa trauma. Tindakan ini dapat dilakukan secara individu maupun kelompok. Bullying tidak hanya terjadi di kalangan anak-anak yang masih duduk dibangku sekolah saja, namun juga dapat terjadi pada orang dewasa. Akan tetapi tindakan bullying biasanya terjadi pada anak-anak yang masih sekolah dan sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencegah terjadinya tindakan bullying maka perlu adanya sosialisasi pada anak-anak mengenai stop bullying. Dalam kegiatan sosialisasi membahas mengenai pengertian bullying, jenis-jenis bullying dampak bullying,  tanda-tanda bullying, dan cara mencegah terjadinya bullying. Kemudian diakhir kegiatan sosialisasi melakukan kegiatan fun games dengan mengecap telapak tangan dengan cat lalu ditempelkan ke tempat yang sudah disediakan.
