Abstract

Website adalah kumpulan halaman web yang saling terhubug, web terdiri dari page atau halaman, dan kumpulan halaman yang dinamakan homepage, homepage berada pada posisi teratas, dengan halaman-halaman terkait beranda yang ada di bawahnya, biasanya halaman hompage dibawahnya diebut child page, yang berisi hyperlink ke halaman lain dalam web. Perkembangan dunia informasi yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi komputer, membuat informasi telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan utama bagi seseorang. Untuk saat ini ada beberapa Gereja yang berdiri di daerah Kotawaringin Timur, yang mana beberapa gereja tersebut masih belum mempunyai website yang dapat digunakan untuk pencatatan dan penyebaran informasi tentang Gereja Pantekosta Tabernakel. Dari permsalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk membuat suatu aplikasi berbasis web, yang di gunakan untuk mengelola informasi yang berhubungan dengan Gereja Pantekosta Tabernakel, seperti data jemaat, data informasi ibadah, data baptisan dan data-data lainnya. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang terbagi beberapa tahapan yaitu requirements definition, system and software design, implemetation and unit testing, dan integration and system testing. Sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP menggunakan framework CodeIginiter dan database MySQL serta diuji dengan metode blackbox testing. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu sebuah website yang digunakan untuk mengelola data-data yang berhubungan dengan Gereja Pantekosta Tabernakel.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seharusnya memberikan dampak dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan, saat ini di SMP Negeri 2 Pasirian Kec. Pasirian, Kabupaten Lumajang, diketahui bahwa proses regulasi perpustakaan memiliki beberapa kendala diantaranya kesulitan dalam mencari buku yang diinginkan, pendataan koleksi buku, pengelolaan peminjaman serta pengembalian buku yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Dari Permasalahan di atas tersebut dibuatlah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website dengan mengunakan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall dan metode Content-Based Filtering untuk memberikan rekomendasi jenis buku apa saja yang cocok dengan siswa yang ada pada SMP Negeri 2 Pasirian. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan sistem perpustakaan berbasis website yang akan digunakan untuk mengelola data anggota perpustakaan, data buku, data peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta rekomendasi buku yang mirip satu sama lain sehingga siswa tidak akan kesusahan mencari data buku yang sejenis untuk bahan belajar dan bahan bacaan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 sampel data buku dan 4 sampel data siswa.

Abstract

Laboratorium Kesehatan Daerah atau biasa disingkat dengan Labkesda merupakan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) di Lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan yang melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan khusus di bidang Laboratorium. Pada saat ini, proses pemeriksaan masyarakat yang ingin melakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium dan pengelolaan data pemeriksaan laboratoriu m pada Kantor Labkesda Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan dokumen fisik dan catatan manual. Metode ini rentan terhadap kesalahan, kehilangan data, dan sulit dalam pengaksesan dan pengolahan informasi. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan dirancang dan dibangun sebuah aplikasi sistem berbasis website yang dapat mengelola data pemeriksaan laboratorium pada kantor labkesda. Adapun langkah -langkah pada penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi sistem (coding). Berdasarkan hasil rancang dan bangun sistem informasi data pemeriksaan laboratorium pada Kantor Labkesda, dapat disimpulkan bahwa website ini dapat digunakan petugas labkesda dalam proses pengelolaan data masyarakat yang ingin melakukan pemeriksaan di laboratorium dan pengelolaan data hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium. Selain itu, diharapkan dari data-data yang terkumpul dapat digunakan sebagai sumber data dalam pengembangan penelitian kesehatan dan pemantauan kesehat an masyarakat seperti untuk penelitian identifikasi tren penyakit di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.

Abstract

Dalam masyarakat modern yang terus berkembang, akses mudah dan cepat terhadap informasi menjadi kunci bagi perkembangan dan keterlibatan warga. Namun, ketika kita meninjau tata kelola sistem pemerintahan pada tingkat yang lebih lokal, seperti di lingkungan RT/RW khususnya pada kelurahan Menteng, Kota Palangka Raya, masalah tata kelola administrasi yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional atau pola lama, sehingga kondisi ini sedikit banyak menghambat efisiensi dari sisi kemudahan dan kecepatan dalam mengakases informasinya serta ketertiban dalam tata kelola administrasi tersebut. Pengembangan sistem administrasi RT/RW kelurahan menteng kota palangka raya berbasis website diharapkan menjadi solusi yang efektif atas masalah tersebut. Dalam pengembangan website ini, pendekatan metodologi waterfall digunakan, dengan memanfaatkan teori pendukung seperti Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk merancang struktur dan interaksi sistem secara komprehensif. Website yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini memiliki fokus utama pada pengelolaan administrasi agar menjadi lebih termanajemen yang mana mendapatkan output yang dimudahkan untuk dapat di akses dan di kelola.

Abstract

Chest X-ray have an important function in the three areas of healthcare, namely diagnosis, treatment and re-examination. Studies from China suggest Chest Radiographs (X-Ray) and Chest Computed Comography (CT) scans can help diagnose COVID-19. Therefore, chest x-rays (x-rays) and chest computed tomography (CT) are appropriate methods for lung infections due to COVID-19. Based on this, the authors tried to make a model for the classification of digital images of Chest X-Ray results with the labels of Normal, Pneumonia, Tuberculosis (TBC), and COVID-19. Through the resulting model, the best model to use will be compared. The method used to create this model is through training and testing the dataset using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectural model, namely VGG19, ResNet50, and InceptionV3. The number of images used is 1,000 Chest X-Ray images. The dataset is divided into training and validation datasets in several ratios of 20% : 80%, 50%: 50%, and 80%: 20%. While testing uses 10% from train datset chest x-ray images as a confusion matrix dataset and 4 chest x-ray images as a prediction dataset. From the results of the research that has been done, the best model is VGG19 at 41 of 61 epoch and a ratio of 20% : 80%. Where the VGG19 model produces 94.44% for accuracy and 0,1084 loss value for training. Whereas at the testing stage with a configuration matrix, 95% accuracy value was obtained. Then for testing the new data prediction produces the best accuracy with 98.97% accuracy for the Normal label, 99.16% for COVID-19, 99.56% for Pneumonia, and 99.79% for Tuberculosis (TBC).

Abstract

Pahandut Seberang Village has an average middle to the lower level of economy in the community, so most of the people still need assistance from the government. In Pahandut Seberang Village, the selection of recipients of the Smbako program assistance is still the old way by using from paper. The assessment process is still not transparent in nature and the selection process is very slow and receipt of Sembako programs assistance are not being on target. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a Decision Support System (SPK) is created to help the Pahandut Seberang Village in selecting the recipients prospective of Sembako program assistance In designing and building the system are using 2 development methods, namely the Waterfall method as a software development method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support system method in its calculations. Where the saw method has 4 stages, namely determining the criteria, determining the suitability, making a decision matrix based on the criteria and normalizing the. The final result is obtained from the ranking, namely the sum of the normalized matrix multiplication R with the weight vector so that the largest value sas a solution. This system testing uses a Black-box testing system. The test results show that the system created has been running according to the expectations of the researcher. This research produces a decision support system for selection of the recipients prospective that can provide recommendations for the recipients prospective the Pahandut Seberang village.

Abstract

Thesis is a scientific paper in the form of an exposition of research results. In saving a large number of theses, it takes a long time to search for thesis data one by one, so it requires a storage media that facilitates the speed in finding theses such as a repository. A website-based repository is one of the storage media that is needed to store the thesis data. In making their own repository website using the PHP programming language, MySQL database with a waterfall design model through the stages of analysis, design, programming, testing and maintenance. This website also adds the Levenshtein Distance algorithm to optimize searches so that search times become more efficient and adds an autocomplete feature that functions to provide word predictions or suggestions according to the characters typed by the user so as to help users search more for the words they want to search for. Based on the results of analysis and testing, the application of the Levenshtein Distance algorithm in finding the thesis title is able to display the thesis title which has the smallest or closest Distance value to the word inputted by the user. And for autocomplete itself, it is also able to display predictions or word suggestions that match the typed words and the calculation results for single target searches have an accuracy of 75% and multi-targets with 2 words have an accuracy of 50%. in accordance with the concept of the Levenshtein algorithm itself, the smaller the distance value obtained, the closer it is to the input thesis title.

Abstract

Gastric disease is a disease that cannot be underestimated, because if left unchecked it can result in other diseases appearing and can also cause death if not treated immediately. Diseases of the stomach can be caused by an inappropriate diet, a burden on the mind and also infections caused by bacteria. The little public knowledge of the early symptoms of gastric disease is the author's background to create a system that helps the public in obtaining information, consultation or initial treatment for gastric diseases without having to meet in person. The ability of an expert who can diagnose stomach diseases can be implemented into an application system. The methodology used in making the Gastric Disease Diagnosis Expert System Website is waterfall, namely analysis, design, implementation and testing. The testing phase focuses on the functional specifications of the program. In this Expert System, it uses the Forward Chaining method as reasoning and the Certainty Factor method to calculate the results of the yield trust. Hasil testing shows that this website can perform its function to diagnose gastric diseases. The test results are obtained from the inputs made by visitors by selecting the options that have been given and then will get the test results.

Abstract

Announcement is a form of delivering information addressed to the general public. Announcement is a letter addressed to several people, agencies, or other parties whose names are too many to mention one by one. In the announcement in the Department of Informatics, University of Palangka Raya, it still uses a manual system. In a way that is still manual, it takes a lot of time in the process. Like what students have to do, they have to come check the latest announcements, and see new announcements through Whatsapp groups and Telegram groups. Therefore, with this problem, in the process of solving it, an Announcement Bot was made at the Department of Informatics, University of Palangka Raya on the Telegram Application which can complete the completion of finding the latest information by students. The stages of modeling the Announcement Bot in the Department of Informatics, University of Palangka Raya in the Telegram Application using the waterfall research methodology. Where, this methodology has several stages, namely, requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing and operation. This Announcement Bot uses the Long Polling method. Where, this method the server will periodically check to the bot whether there is an incoming message. If there is an incoming message, the server will execute based on the request message sent by the user. Testing this system uses a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing system. The test results will be used as evidence that the software has been received and has met the requested requirements. This research produces an Announcement Bot at the Department of Informatics, University of Palangka Raya on the Telegram Application that can help find information in the Department for Students.

Abstract

This system was built with the aim of being a medium of sales information for refilling gallon water depots and providing information for people who want to buy refill gallon water. With this system, it is expected to be useful as a medium for expanding information about refill gallon water depots, helping consumers to purchase gallons of refill water easily, and the purchase of refill gallon water can be done without the need for the charging depot location. The methodology used in the manufacture of "Refill Gallons of Water Sales Information Systems Design in the City of Palangka Raya Based on Web" is Waterfall According to Ian Sommerville, the Requirement Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and maintenance. This methodology was chosen because every step of structured development was visualized, and clearly documented. At the analysis stage, data collection and needs analysis were made. At the design stage, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) are made. At the implementation stage, the system is made using PHP and Javascript as a programming language, and MySQL as a database server. The test method used is the Blackbox Testing method. Test results using this Blackbox method from the analysis process until the implementation is obtained that the system can carry out data processing such as adding/saving, deleting, changing, and searching. Users can enter data and data can be processed and produce location, product, transaction, and report information. "Refill Gallon Water Sales Information Systems Design in the City of Palangka Raya Based on Web" is able to provide information needed by customers and visitors. In the system there are several features that can be used by the admin, operators, customers and visitors though. So that the functionality of this website is appropriate in accordance with the initial purpose of making the system, "Refill Gallon Water Sales Information Systems Design in the City of Palangka Raya Based on Web " can still be developed again.
