Abstract

The Institute for Research and Community Service University of Palangkaraya (IRCSUPR) manages research activities, community services and controls the administration ofnecessary resources. Therefore, an application is requiredto record a lot of data from theproposal to the final report of research and community servicethat ultimately is expected tobe a control and evaluation on the performance of all parties involved.The methodology used in the development of this application there are several stagesranging from problem identification, needs analysis, design (which includes architecturedesign, database design, interface design and website navigation design), coding, testingand maintenance. On the testing stage used blackbox testing method.The results achieved from the making of this application there are 4 actors areadministrators, proposers, reviewers and operators who have different access rights inaccordance with its function. While from the results of the testing is known that all thefunctionality of the system is running well in accordance with the required and designedpreviously.

Abstract

Culinary business is one of the promising business, that is the reason why many people chose culinary business as a source of income or an additional income. This also happened in Tiban Lama, Sekupang, Batam. Not to mention that there are still many people who purposely go out to buy the food that they want like Nasi Padang. This has caused the consumers of Nasi Padang to decrease. Regarding this matter, we have discussed and found out the way to broaden the marketing other than through effective social media, and that is by registering the stall to an e-commerce platform like GO-JEK. After the owner had registered to this platform, the owner had confessed that their revenue has increased, and the other impact is that the income of GO-JEK driver who lives in Tiban Lama or based around Tiban Lama area.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan di sektor perdagangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja bersih, return on equity dan debt to asset ratio terhadap cash holding. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 65 perusahaan dengan ukuran sampel yang dapat diteliti sebanyak 23 perusahaan sehingga jumlah data observasi sebanyak 92. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda yang terlebih dahulu menguji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah hanya NWC yang berpengaruh positif dan DAR berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap cash holding. Berdasarkan uji F Net Working Capital, Return on Equity dan Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Cash Holding. Besarnya nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,279 yang artinya besarnya variasi cash holding yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Modal Kerja Nwt, ROE dan DAR adalah sebesar 27,9%, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh penyebab lain sebesar 78,1%.

Abstract

Advanced language acquisition applies rigorous understanding of the target language (TL) which oftentimes achieved by comparing mother tongue features to the TL. This is where cross-linguistic influence (CLI) occurs as learners transfer knowledge among languages. The study aims at investigating CLI in propositional and lexical semantics through questionnaire, weekly discussion, and assignment entries of 34 learner texts of Indonesian for Business Communication course at a private university in West Jakarta. Referring to Odlin’s (1989) CLI framework of semantics domain, the results show that CLI presents in 1) propositional semantics by 37.6% (i.e., semantic case by 4,3% and semantic universality and relativism by 33,3%) and 2) lexical semantics by 62,3% (i.e., cognate vocabulary by 8,6%; lexical universals and acquisition by 43% and lexicon and morphology by 10,7%).  English (as the medium of instruction) influences the Indonesian production in word-choice, demonstrative determiner ini and itu; prefix-suffix conjugation (i.e., particle -lah, active-passive voice); and relative conjunction yang. The findings suggest the patterns of error produced by learners whose mother tongue is Dutch and who use English as their second language. Moreover, in Indonesian for Business Communication course, lecturers can refer to the findings of this research as a guide to support learners with their Indonesian language production. The findings also demonstrate that learners who are familiar with informal-daily Indonesian take more time in developing adequate formal Indonesian, compared to those who do not use the language as their daily communication.

Abstract

Di Indonesia telah terjadi kasus kebakaran hutan dan lahan pada tahun 2019, dimana PT. Agri Bumi Sentosa diduga membakar lahan gambut seluas 1.500 Hektare di Desa Karya Tani, Kecamatan Barambai, Kabupaten Barito Kuala, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan atas gugatan Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) sehingga dianggap telah melakukan tindakan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum (PMH). PT. Agri Bumi Sentosa sempat dituntut ganti rugi atas gugatan yang dilakukan oleh KLHK, dengan membayar kerugian sebesar Rp. 160.691.157.300,00 (seratus enam puluh miliar enam ratus sembilan puluh satu juta seratus lima puluh tujuh ribu tiga ratus rupiah). Namun atas tuntutan bayar ganti rugi, PT. Agri Bumi Sentosa tidak menerima maka dilakukannya banding atau perlawanan terhadap gugatan KLHK.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab mengenai perjalanan gugatan KLHK terhadap PT. Agri Bumi Sentosa, serta apa saja pertimbangan hakim atas pembebasan PT. Agri Bumi Sentosa terhadap tuntutan ganti rugi kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kalimantan Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Adapun sumber data primer penelitian merupakan jurnal dan website yang mendukung serta buku “Hutan, Lingkungan dan Paradigma Pembangunan”. sementara metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode analisis data Descriptive Content Analysis.Hasilnya adalah dari gugatan banding yang diajukan oleh PT. Agri Bumi Sentosa, maka hakim menyatakan menerima dan membebaskan tergugat dari tuntutan. Alasannya karena keberadaan PT. Agri Bumi Sentosa, warga desa Roham Raya mampu meningkatkan dan membantu pendapatan masyarakat secara finansial serta menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat yang berdampak positif bagi karyawan PT. Agri Bumi Sentosa di desa Roham Raya. Dapat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya daya beli masyarakat baik untuk kebutuhan pokok maupun kebutuhan penunjang, sehingga mengembangkan masyarakat dalam kesejahteraan ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digitalization in the supply chain on different elements of supply chain management. Based on the presented research and analysis, it can be concluded that supply chain digitalization positively impacts supply chain agility and capability. Furthermore, supply chain agility and capability have a positive impact on supply chain integration. Supply chain integration positively impacts supply chain performance. This study demonstrates that supply chain digitalization has a positive impact on supply chain performance by utilizing supply chain integration as a mediator. The study findings indicate that supply chain digitalization does not directly or significantly impact supply chain integration. These findings offer valuable insights into the impact of supply chain digitalization on overall performance through different mediation mechanisms. They also contribute to the advancement of theory and practice in supply chain management.

Abstract

Abstract” The goal of this research is to look into the impact of ownership concentration, managerial ownership, and corporate governance on corporate risk-taking using stock return volatility. This study's methodology is a quantitative approach that uses simple linear regression models and panel data. The sample for this study consists of manufacturing sector companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2020. The purposive sampling method obtained 137 companies and 679 data for the sample. As a result, ownership concentration and corporate governance have negative and significant effects on corporate risk-taking, whereas managerial ownership has no significant effect. This study demonstrates that firms take significantly less risk when they have more concentrated ownership and good corporate governance. Keywords: Corporate Governance; Ownership; Risk-taking

Abstract

WK Akhiong merupakan salah satu usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang kuliner makanan dan minuman yang sedang berkembang di pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan bisnis warung kopi Akhiong dengan menggunakan metode grafik linear programming dimana pemrograman ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah optimasi linear dengan mencari nilai maksimum dari fungsi objektif data yang telah diperhitungkan. Hasil akhir uji coba menggunakan aplikasi QM-for Windows diperoleh nilai X1(kwetiau goreng)= 200.000(0.61) dan X2( Bihun goreng) = 180.000(1.67) serta Z max 422.222. Dapat disimpulkan kondisi optimal produksi pada perusahaan UMKM WK Akhiong dapat diperoleh dengan produksi kwetiau dan bihun goreng yang optimal dengan jumlah keuntungan maksimum sebesar Rp 422.222 per hari.
