Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh, menganalisis, dan memahami hubungan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh, menganalisis, dan memahami hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dominan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros. Jenis data yang kemudian digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer yaitu berupa penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yaitu berupa buku, jurnal, dan data yang diperoleh penulis dari pihak instansi seperti data tentang pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Uji instrument penelitian atau kuesioner terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji regresi terdiri dari analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien korelasi (r) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Uji Hipotesis terdiri dari uji t (uji parsial). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa Hipotesis 1 terbukti atau diterima. Artinya, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hipotesis 2 terbukti atau diterima. Artinya, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hipotesis 3 terbukti atau diterima. Artinya, budaya organisasi berpengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bawaslu Kabupaten Maros.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job placement, career development and individual capabilities on employee performance at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Maros Unit. The variables used are job placement, career development, individual capabilities, and performance. Data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Maros Unit. The type of research used is quantitative research. samples taken were 55 respondents with sampling techniques using simple random sampling or simple random samples. Sample calculation technique with the Slovin formula. The data analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, partial test (T-test), and simultaneous test (F test). all analysis methods are processed using the SPSS Version 26.0 software program. The results showed that partially the job placement variable had no effect and was significant to the employee performance variable, partially the career development variable had an effect and was significant to the employee performance variable, the individual capability variable had an effect and was significant to the employee performance variable. The results showed simultaneously that the variables of job placement, career development, and individual capabilities had a significant effect on team member performance variables

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Liquidity Ratio and Solvency Ratio in measuring the financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the period 2019 to 2023. The method used is quantitative analysis with secondary data sources and data collection techniques through documentation. Data analysis was carried out using Liquidity Ratio and Solvency Ratio. The results of the study show that the level of Liquidity Ratio in the period 2019–2023 indicates the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations, which places BRI's financial performance in the good category. In addition, the level of Solvency Ratio in the same period shows that BRI is able to meet its long-term obligations, reflecting solid solvency and good financial performance.

Abstract

Brand Equity against Influence Purchasing Decisions of cement (Case Study Consumer Village Antang In Makassar). This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of brand equity consists of brand awareness, perceived quality and brand loyalty on purchase decisions of cement in the Village Antang Makassar. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan pada pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Bakti Huria Syariah Makassar. Variabel yang digunakan adalah insentif dan locus of control dan kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada Karyawan koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Bakti Huria Syariah Makassar. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial variabel locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel insentif dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of Economic Value Added (EVA) to measure financial performance at PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. period 2019 to 2023. This research uses quantitative analysis methods using secondary data sources with documentation data collection techniques, data analysis techniques using EVA (Economic Value Added) which consists of NOPAT and capital charges. The research results show that in 2019 the financial performance of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk is said to be not good, because the EVA value produced is negative (EVA<0). In 2020-2023 the financial performance of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. is said to be good because the resulting EVA value is positive (EVA>0).
