Abstract

Nutrition services in the hospital are services provided and adapted to the circumstances patient based on clinical states, nutritional and the body?s metabolism status. The success of a food establishment is o often associated with the remaining food consumed by the patient. This study aims to determine the relationship of the quality, hospitality and the accuracy of serving food to the rest of soft foods in hospitalized patients at the Hospital Arosuka Solok. The desain study is a cross sectional. Samples were taken by using accidental sampling, with a total samples of 50 people (Adults around 17 and above of age). The result of univariate shows that patient leave the soft foods served. Statistical test results show the appearance of food, taste, hospitality presenter officials relationship the remaining soft food patients. While the result of statistical of the timeliness of presentation does not significant relationship (p=0.05). It is hopped installation of officers Arosuka Hospital nutrition increase the quality in the taste of food by providing training and comparative study so that the food processing personnel can produce high quality food. The nutritionist of the hospital should monitor food taste before serving it and can tace care of serving method which includes food serving color, shape and place so that, the food appearance will be attractive.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was aimed at 1) Describing the misconceptions of students towards the Field Independent and Field Dependent cognitive styles on integer operation material in class VII and 2) Describing whether or not misconceptions could be solved through remediation on cognitive style students in Independent Field and Field Dependent cognitive styles. This research applied a descriptive qualitative case study. The subjects in this study were class VII F students of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya choosen by applying simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research were 1) test methods in which it consisted of Group Embeded Figure Test (GEFT) and Multiple Choice test with open reasoning, 2) interview method which was conducted to Field Independent and Field Dependent students who had misconceptions, 3) remediation methods (metode pengajaran ulang/perbaikan) of the integer material. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained changes in the score of pretest and posttest. The mean score of students' pre-test was 37.91 and the mean scores of students' posttest was 96.7. This indicates that the score of the post-test after remediation increased and misconceptions that occured while doing the pretest had been minimized, there could not even be found any subjects that had misconceptions anymore and it means that the remediation (pengajaran ulang/perbaikan) given by the researcher successfully helped solve the misconceptions in integer operation material. Keywords: Cognitive Style, Integer, Misconception, Remedition

Abstract

The Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM), Salatiga City, implements e-Kinerja to analyze job requirements, job workloads and units or work units, as a basis for calculating work performance and awarding awards. BKPSDM has never measured the success of using e-Kinerja. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of e-Kinerja in BKPSDM, Salatiga City using the DeLone-McLean model. E-Kinerja users in BKPSDM, Salatiga City are a sample of this research. The total sample was 66 respondents. The questionnaires were measured using Likert Scale and testing was conducted using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation method. Research obtained empirical evidence that successful implementation of e-Kinerja plays a role in improving performance in BKPSDM. The research findings are also robust in additional testing. The average weight of the measurement item, which is 4.04 and the success rate of e-Kinerja implementation is 80.8 percent. E-kinerja successful in improving job performance in BKPSDM, Salatiga City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan penelitian adalah:1) Untuk mengetahuai bgaimana hasil belajar siswa menggunankan media pembelajaran. 2) Untuk mengtahaui bagaimana hasil belajar siswa tanpa media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eskperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisi dan Uji reabilitas.Hasil penelitian nya adalah 1) Uji Reabilitas dengan hasil pengambilan nilai Cronbach ‘s Alpha>0,75 maka dapat di katakana reabilitas aukonsisten. 2) Uji tingkat kesukaran perhitungan rumus tingkat kesukaran di bantu dengan softwereSPSSV25. 3) Uji Daya Beda menggunakan uji soal dengan 30 soal. Konstanta dengan besar 1,549 menyatakan bahwa tidaka dan nilai Media Pembelajaran maka nilai partisipasi sebesar 1,549 dengan koefisiensi regresi X sebesar 0,015 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1 nilai model pembelajaran maka nila ipartisipasi bertambah sebesar 0,015. Dengan nilai t hitung = 3,031 dengan sig. 0,003 < 0,005 maka hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H diterima, yang berarti bahwa adanya pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) pada Media Pembelajaran Diorama / Miniatur (X) terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y).

Abstract

Stunting dapat terjadi mulai janin masih dalam kandungan dan baru nampak saat anak berusia dua tahun. Stunting yang telah tejadi bila tidak diimbangi dengan catch-up growth (tumbuh kejar) mengakibatkan menurunnya pertumbuhan, masalah stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan meningkatnya risiko kesakitan, kematian dan hambatan pada pertumbuhan baik motorik maupun mental. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu yang mempunyai balita tentang stunting. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif analitik dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pra eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre test and post tes design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji T- Dependent. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 ibu yang mempunyai balita di Posyandu Raflesia Desa Tangun. Hasil penelitian dari analisa data bahwa beda rata 25,3 dengan standar deviasi 9,6. Dan dari hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p=0,00 yang artinya ada pengaruh penyuluhan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dengan (p value = 0.00). Diharapkan kepada pihak desa agar dapat melaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan rutin terutama tentang stunting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling training on the understanding of Guidance and Counseling Teachers. The research method used is an experimental method with a pre-experimental design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects of this research were guidance and counseling teachers who participated in group counseling training using a reality approach to community service lecturers of guidance and counseling study program. The number is 30 people consisting of 16 guidance and counseling teachers for SMP/MTs, and 14 SMA/SMK in Indralaya Ogan Ilir. Data collection techniques using test techniques. The test wasgiven before treatment and after treatment. The data analysis technique used is the ttest (paired sample T test). The results of the study mean the pretest score is 14.5 and the standard deviation is 4.0, while the average score for the post-test is 17.9 with a standard deviation of 4.3. The results of the t test obtained t count = -6.89. The result of the t-test obtained is 6.89, which is greater than the t-table 2.04 with 0.00 < 0.05 in a significant level of 5%. This shows that there is an effect of training on understanding group counseling materials for guidance and counseling teachers.

Abstract

Numeracy skills are a crucial aspect in supporting students' skills in facing real-life challenges. This article explains the implementation of Mathventure in Community Service activities integrated into the Campus Mengajar Batch 8 activities in 2024 at Hegarmanah Islamic Junior High School, Sukabumi Regency, as an innovation in project-based contextual numeracy learning. This program aims to improve numeracy understanding and interest in mathematical concepts through an approach that is relevant to everyday life. The subjects consisted of 30 students from class VIII who would carry out the Minimum Competency Assessment. The methods used included the Minimum Competency Assessment test, observation, interviews, and documentation. The program was implemented in three stages: pre-assignment, implementation of activities and the final stage of assignments. The results of the activities showed an increase in participation, understanding of concepts, and 21st century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. The pre-test score results ranged from 5–45, while the post-test showed an increase with a range of 30–80. These findings show that the Mathventure program with a project-based approach has proven effective in bridging the gap between theory and practice, as well as strengthening the character of active and independent learning of students.

Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja di area produksi kopi sering terjadi akibat penggunaan alat manual yang tidak sesuai dengan standar keselamatan. Hal ini menimbulkan risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan bagi pekerja. Usaha Dagang (UD) XYZ, yang beroperasi di Desa Siundol, Kabupaten Padang Lawas, mengalami berbagai kecelakaan kerja seperti luka pada kaki sebanyak 9 kali, luka bakar pada tangan sebanyak 10 kali, luka bakar pada kaki sebanyak 22 kali, tangan terjepit sebanyak 7 kali, batuk-batuk, mata merah dan paparan kebisingan terjadi setiap hari dalam proses produksinya selama periode 2022-2024. Tingginya insiden kecelakaan kerja di UD. XYZ menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan praktik manajemen risiko untuk menyediakan tempat kerja yang aman. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Identifikasi Bahaya dan Penilaian Risiko (HIRA), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa risiko kecelakaan kerja di Elsa Manora dan mengusulkan saran pengendalian untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari campuran sumber primer, seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dan sumber sekunder, seperti tinjauan pustaka. Dengan menggunakan matriks risiko, kita dapat menentukan tingkat keseriusan dan kemungkinan potensi bahaya. Alat tambahan untuk memeriksa prosedur kerja yang lebih aman adalah teknik Analisis Keselamatan Kerja (JSA). Pendekatan HIRA memilah bahaya menurut matriks, yang menampilkan dua kategori peringkat risiko: tinggi (hingga 4 dari 67%) dan sedang (hingga 2 dari 33%). Akibatnya, kita harus segera bertindak. Sejumlah saran untuk peningkatan didasarkan pada hierarki pengendalian risiko, yang mencakup tindakan seperti penggunaan APD, pengendalian teknik, pengendalian administratif, dan penggantian bahaya. Disarankan agar UD.XYZ mengimplementasikan rekomendasi hasil penelitian ini untuk menurunkan angka kecelakaan kerja. Selain itu, pelatihan keselamatan kerja yang intensif bagi pekerja perlu dilakukan, diikuti dengan pemantauan berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan penerapan standar keselamatan

Abstract

This community service focuses on increasing disaster literacy among first semester students by utilizing board games as an educational tool. The main issue raised was the students' lack of understanding about disaster mitigation and their lack of active involvement in educational activities. Through a community development approach, this activity was carried out in three stages: observation and planning, implementation of educational games, and evaluation using questionnaires. A total of 10 Syiah Kuala University students were involved in this activity. The evaluation results showed that 80% of the participants stated that the game was very easy to understand, while 70% of the participants considered that the appearance of the game was attractive. These results indicate that board games are an effective medium to convey disaster information in an interactive and fun way. Thus, this service is expected to increase collective awareness and encourage active participation of students in disaster risk reduction.
