Abstract

This paper examines the methods of internalizing the value of moderation in Islamic education, specifically within the context of at-tawāsuṭ wal i’tidāl (moderation and justice) in schools, drawing on Thomas Lickona's character education theory. The research methodology employed in this study includes a literature review and a survey. Although the survey presents some numerical data, the overall study is qualitative. The findings show that the core value of moderation in the Nahdlatul Ulama is at-tawāsuṭ wal i’tidāl, which will spell out various values of moderation derivatives. The processes of internalizing such Islamic moderation in schools – in the perspective of Lickona- were done along three stages: 1) Knowing, conducted through TCL (Teacher-Centered Learning) strategy by applying CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) approach and group discussion method; 2) Feeling, achieved through strengthening intra classroom activities, editing, and habituating; and 3) Doing, which is more implemented in intra and extracurricular activities. This research offers insights into internalizing Islamic moderation in schools, drawing on the perspective of at-tawāsut wal i’tidal and Lickona's character education theory. It contributes to the formulation of a model approach that can be implemented by various educational institutions, particularly schools, to foster Islamic moderation among students.

Abstract

The rapid development of Al-Qur'an Education Parks (TPQ) today is both a blessing and a challenge. The blessing is that many TPQ institutions will produce a Qur'anic generation. However, the challenge is how these institutions can produce a Qur'anic generation if they are not balanced with improvements in quality, both in terms of institutional management and teacher quality. The objective of this activity is to enhance the competencies of TPQ teachers in managing learning evaluations. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) following Vincent II’s 9-step process: team formation, goal formulation, stakeholder identification, needs assessment and analysis, priority setting, preparation, implementation and monitoring, review and evaluation, and determination of new needs and objectives. The target of this activity is for TPQ teachers in Mijen Sub-district to be able to create effective learning evaluation administration. The results of the community service indicate that TPQ teachers can appreciate the importance of learning evaluation and are capable of creating standardized assessments using student achievement records. The implementation of this competency enhancement activity received a positive response from TPQ teachers, allowing for the development of future activities that can be more varied.

Abstract

Kebutuhan pengairan untuk perkebuan dan pertanian yang luas memperlukan adanya jaringan irigasi yang baik. Adanya Proyek Irigasi D.I Lematang Kota Pagaralam Phase II Paket 1 bertujuan untuk mengaliri daerah pertanian dan perkebunan di wilayah Kota Pagar Alam. Proyek seringkali terjadi keterlambatan waktu penyelesain atau mengalami Over Budget pada saat atau setelah melakukan pekerjaan kontruksi. Pada skripsi ini metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode Earned Value dengan pengumpulan data dari Proyek Irigasi D.I Lematang Kota Pagaralam Phase II Paket 1.Sampai dengan bulan ke-12 memperoleh hasil konsep earned value yaitu bahwa nilai SPI ( Schedule Performance Index ) adalah lebih dari 1 sedangkan CPI ( Cost Performance Index ) rata-rata adalah kurang dari 1. Yang berarti pelaksanaan proyek percepatan dari rencana dengan anggaran biaya melebihi rencana. Sedangkan untuk nilai BETC ( Budget Estimate To Complete ) adalah Rp. 213.419.300.884,16 dan nilai BEAC (Budgeted Estimate at Completion) adalah Rp. 276.003.732.943 yang berarti bahwa biaya pelaksanaan proyek tidak melebihi dari biaya yang telah dianggarkan sebelumnya. Untuk ETS (Estimate Temporary Schedule) adalah 16,34 bulan dan nilai EAS ( Estimate All Schedule ) adalah 28,34 bulan.
