Abstract

Management participant educates its very existence is needed in educational institutions because students' or participants' education is subject to the transformation process of knowledge and skills. Success in administration education depends on the development potency physical. Intelligence intellectual, social, emotional mental participants educate. The research objective is to know implementation management students in increasing achievements at Madrasah Aliah NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Study This uses study type qualitative with take location at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Data collection was carried out with the use of methods of observation, interview, and documentation. Subject researcher in study This is The principal of the madrasa, Deputy Student Affairs, as well subject supporters are teachers, coaches extracurricular activities, and students at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak. Engineering Data analysis was performed in a manner interactive and ongoing in a manner Keep going continuously until complete so until data saturation. examination data validation is carried out with data triangulation. Result of the study This finds that Implementation Management Student at MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak is Already ok. those results can be seen from planning participant educate includes acceptance participant education just done nationally by the next Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia stage second carried out in the respective Kanwil up to the determination of graduation student new is the result can see from line online, do activity coaching studentship, besides it's MA NW Nurul Iman Keruak has obtained achievements the best through activity extracurricular nor extracurricular.

Abstract

Discipline is one element of the quality of human resources. Discipline can make someone feel obedient and obedient to the values they believe in so that they are more responsible for managing the order of personal and group life. Disciplining through education is the duty of every educational institution. Because with discipline all activities will run smoothly. This research is qualitative field research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The research aims to explain the role of class teachers in improving student learning discipline. The research results show that 1) There are programs organized by educational institutions, establishing school and class regulations, and involving students' parents. 2) In the learning process, discipline is essential, because that way students will feel comfortable and safe in the teaching and learning process and therefore teachers have their way or method of disciplining students in the learning process. 3) Driving and Inhibiting Factors are as follows: Its implementation has several supporting factors. The supporting factors include The same initiative, an association between student guardians, coordination from various parties, evaluation, provision of role models, and supporting facilities and infrastructure. Apart from supporting factors, there are also inhibiting factors. Factors inhibiting teachers' efforts to improve student discipline are different environments, parents who care less about their children, and the economy, and low IQ.

Abstract

Based on the results of research in November 2021 concerning the use of BIP video call media in the Speaking for everyday communication course, researchers found their abilities were at the poor level. As a continuation of this research, researchers have used BIP Video Calls to improve students' Speaking skills in the Speaking for Social Media course in the form of dedication. This activity has been carried out for half a semester using several procedures; Planning, Action, Observation, and Reflection. Students who have been involved in this community service activity are Semester II students of English Education FADIKSI UNILAK who are taught in the Speaking course, especially Speaking for Social Media. In this activity there are two types of data that have been obtained; quantitative and qualitative data. Qualitative data were obtained using interview instruments. Meanwhile, quantitative data was obtained through a test instrument, namely the speaking ability test. The results that have been obtained from this study are that there is an increase in their average speaking score from 52 to 53.2. still poor category. There are two factors that influence the change in the average value; firstly the sound quality produced by BIP Vidio Call is clearer and secondly the video produces clearer visualizations. In conclusion, the use of BIP Vidio Call in the Speaking course which has been carried out in the form of research and community service has the same result, namely that it can help students expedite their communication process.

Abstract

Kampung Patin or Koto Masjid Kampar village offers a wide variety of tourism products, such as culinary, nature and souvenirs. The last three years this village has been visited by many tourists from neighboring provinces, such as West Sumatra, North Sumatra and Jambi. In 2021, this village was awarded the ADWI (Indonesian Tourism Village Award) by the minister of Tourism. In addition, in the same year it also won the second National Champion award as a tourism village in the field of souvenirs. The results of the initial survey of researchers through the chairman of ASIDEWI (Association of Tourism Villages) Koto Masjid, after a lengthy discussion related to the progress of the village, especially in tourism, collaboration with related parties is urgently needed, especially to improve the quality of tourism actors there. Furthermore, the chairman of ASIDEWI said that; "So far there has been no training or learning for youth/Pokdarwis in Patin village as one of the tourism actors in the village about Guiding, we hope there will be an academic group willing to share knowledge about it," he said. Based on the results of the initial survey in the village of Koto Masjid above, the service team has sponsored training activities on Guiding for youth as tourism actors in the village of Koto Masjid or Kampung Patin. As a result, the participants felt very helpful and increased their knowledge about guiding and their hopes that there needs to be continuity and variation from this activity in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang menjadi faktor timbulnya hak dan penghalang mendapatkan hartapeningalan atau pusaka,dan memahami penyelesaian perhitungan baik menurut Islam maupun hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan dan sebagai bahan pengkajian selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian bagi peneliti tentang harta pusaka atau warisan; dan secara praktis, dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam menyelesaikan hukum waris khususnya yang berkaitan dengan munasakhat.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu; (1) metode observasi, (2) metode wawancara, dan (3) metode dokumentasi.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terjadinya perbedaan yang cukup jelas pada sistim penyelesaian kasus munasakhat ini, baik secara hukum Islam maupun hukum positif. Konsep penyeselesaian masalah munasakhat pada hukum Islam adalah dengan membuat masalah pertama dan masalah kedua kemudian membuat masalah jami‟ah yang merupakan masalah perpaduan antara siham si mayyit kedua, asal masalah pertama dan kedua.Adapun pada hukum positif tanpa membuat masalah jami‟ah, namun memperhatikan golongan karena setiap golongan dapat menggugurkan ahli waris golongan setelahnya. Maka pada hukum positif sama sekali tidak membutuhkan adanya masalah jami‟ah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in information literacy education, specifically to understand the experiences and perspectives of students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang regarding the implementation of this technology. The research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews and thematic document analysis. The analysis process involves identifying patterns or themes in the text through selection, coding, and interpretation to gain a deeper understanding of its meaning and context. The findings indicate that AI integration in information literacy education has the potential to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and learning quality. The majority of students responded positively to AI technology, highlighting benefits such as faster and more relevant information access as well as personalized feedback. This suggests that AI can serve as a valuable tool in improving education quality and fostering innovation in learning. However, several challenges remain in AI integration, including data privacy concerns, technological sustainability, and resource disparities. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore the perspectives of other stakeholders and examine AI applications in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) have become an important instrument in improving the economy of village communities in Indonesia, especially in Pandan Wangi Village. One of the main roles of BUMDes is as a means of increasing village funds through various appropriate development strategies. This research aims to analyze the strategic management of BUMDes development to increase Pandan Wangi Village funds at the local level. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting in-depth interviews with BUMDes managers as well as documentation studies related to managing BUMDes development strategies as a means of increasing village funds, including Business diversification, marketing local products, developing collaboration with external parties, and strengthening internal management of BUMDes. By implementing these strategies, BUMDes can become a motor for sustainable local economic development and significantly contribute to increasing village funds. It is hoped that this research can provide input for BUMDes managers, the Regional Government, and related parties in developing BUMDes as a solution to improving the welfare of the Pandan Wangi Village Community.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren) are a type of Islamic educational institution that is unique to Indonesia. The term "Pondok Pesantren" is unique to Indonesia and not found in other Islamic countries. This study aims to explore how the boarding school system at Pondok Pesantren Hasan Al-Mahsyat Nahdatul Wathon Gunung Sesang Terara contributes to the development of students' character and morality (akhlak). The research focuses on three main questions: (1) how the boarding school system is implemented to enhance moral education, (2) how parents respond to the program, and (3) what impact it has on students’ character. A qualitative approach was used, employing interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the boarding school system significantly contributes to the moral development of students. This is reflected in six key points: parents’ motivation for choosing Islamic boarding school education, the effectiveness of religious practices and daily routines in instilling discipline and responsibility, positive behavioral changes in students, challenges such as differences in students’ backgrounds and the influence of social media, the exemplary role of teachers and caregivers, and expectations for system development that includes spiritual, life skills, and family collaboration aspects. These findings affirm that the boarding school system in pesantren can serve as a holistic and sustainable model for character education.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school education is a style of education that is characteristic of the Indonesian nation and its contribution to education in this country is beyond doubt. For decades, even more than a century, Islamic boarding schools have contributed to educating the nation's children. The aim of this research is to determine the development system and implications of learning the yellow book in improving the intellectuality of students at the Madinatul 'Ulum NW Mumbang Islamic Boarding School. To obtain data for this research, the author used qualitative descriptive research using observation, interview and documentation techniques. As a result of the research, it was found that in Islamic boarding schools, yellow book learning is being developed from several aspects, namely: learning methods and developing learning plans. In developing the learning of the Yellow Book, this Islamic boarding school faces various kinds of obstacles as follows: Difficulty understanding Arabic, students having difficulty interpreting the Yellow Book, having difficulty memorizing, and students having no enthusiasm or motivation in learning the Yellow Book.
