Abstract

School is an institution that operates in the field of education which is one of the critical components for producing and creating citizens who have good attitudes, are responsible, disciplined, and useful for their nation and country, by what is expected from national education. This research aims to determine student discipline, the internal conditions of the school that influence it, and teacher strategies and solutions at MA Palapa Nusantara. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, data is obtained by observing, interviewing, and documenting. The validity of the researcher's data uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research show that the learning discipline students at MA Palapa Nusantara face several problems as follows: (1) students arrive late, (2) not complete assignments on time, (3) not pay attention to lessons, some students don't bring school equipment, and outside of class there are still students who don't make good use of their free time or breaks. Internal conditions that influence student learning discipline at MA Palapa Nusantara include (1) consistent school policies, (2) supportive school culture, (3) parental involvement, and (4) relationships between teachers and students. The teacher's strategy for improving students' learning discipline is by giving rewards, giving praise, giving punishment, advice, and teachers giving good examples to students.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk menghasilkan rancangan media pembelajara.berbasis aplikasi android pada mata kuliah perawatan dan perbaikan elektronik (2) untuk mengetahui hasil uji kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android pada mata kuliah perawatan dan perbaikan elektronik di jurusan pendidikan teknik elekronika FT-UNM. Tipe penelitian yang di gunakan merupakan penelitian serta pengembangan research and development (R&D) yang bertujuan untuk merancang serta membuat suatu product. mekanisme perancangan mengacu pada model ADDIE. product yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini yaitu perancangan media pada mata kuliah perawatan dan perbaikan elektronik. Produk uji kelayakan media dari ahli media 1 didapatkan hasil persentase kelayakan sebesar 92.50% dan diyatakan masuk peda klasifikasi “sangat layak”. Pada uji kelayakan oleh ahli media 2 didapaykan persentase sebesar 87,50% dan di yatakan masuk pada kategori sagat layak. Hasil uji coba mahasiswa pada kategori one to one memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 89.58% dan di yatakan masuk pada klasifikasi sangat layak. Pada uji coba mahasiswa dalam kategori kelompok kecil memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 90.79% dan di yatakan masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. pada uji coba mahasiswa dalam kategori kelompok besar memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 93.29% dan di yatakan masuk pada klasifikasi “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android diyatakan dpat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dan sangat layak untuk di lanjutkan pada tahap penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Development planning is a form of planning related to efforts to increase economic growth and community welfare. Indonesia is a developing country that is inseparable from the development planning program. This study aims to determine Community Participation in Village Development Decision Making for the Sustainability of Programs in the Village. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative which seeks to explain or describe a condition, event, or object such as a person, or anything related to the research. Analysis of data obtained based on field data, in the analysis process has four stages, namely reducing, triangulating, presenting data, and verifying/conclusions. Based on research conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation Forms of community participation in a Program: (a) Community participation in the planning process, in this case, the community participates in the planning process but does not participate actively. (b) In this case, the community participates actively in the program implementation process. The program activity implementation in Mendana Raya Village is carried out by the community with self-reliance and supported by village officials such as the head of RT, RW, the Program Activity Management Team, and the Village Head. Factors that influence community participation in a program in Mendana Raya Village are factors such as the ability, willingness, and opportunity of the community, where the community is aware that they need to participate in a program so that the program can run well so that it can make Mendana Raya Village even better, which has an impact on helping to smooth the daily lives of the community.

Abstract

Software House XYZ employs Scrum as one of its software development processes. However, the company faces several challenges in the implementation of Scrum, leading to delays in its product releases. Two specific problems are the control of a large-scale Scrum team and the management of team commitments. To address these issues, the Scrum at Scale framework has been chosen as a solution. Before implementing Scrum at Scale, an assessment of the current Scrum maturity level at Software House XYZ is deemed necessary. The Scrum Maturity Model, adapted to the Scrum Guide 2020, is selected as the method to evaluate how effectively the company is implementing Scrum. A questionnaire comprising 81 practices was distributed to development teams, with 10 valid responses collected. Based on the assessment using the Scrum Maturity Model, the current Scrum implementation maturity at Software House XYZ is rated at level 1, Initial. A total of 61 practices are proposed for improvement in the Scrum process. Scrum at Scale can be implemented once the suggested Scrum process improvements have been made. These recommendations are structured following the framework outlined in the Scrum at Scale Guide 2022. The validation of the Scrum-at-Scale recommendations was conducted by us through interviews with representatives from Software House XYZ. From the validation results, the company expresses interest in trying to implement Scrum at Scale. However, the company agrees to enhance the existing Scrum process within the organization before fully adopting Scrum at Scale.

Abstract

Welfare studies are still dominated by materialistic aspects of welfare theory and deny spiritual aspects and spiritual elements. Even though the spiritual aspect is an important thing that influences human life in all aspects. This research aims to explore and develop a concept/model of welfare in housing which was developed based on the Islamic welfare perspective Hayatan Tayyibah. The concept of living well-being Thayyibah is explored using a phenomenological approach, which is a form of design methodology developed based on the Islamic paradigm. Data mining uses interview, observation, and documentation methods. The informants consisted of knowledgeable and experienced informants Data analysis was carried out by describing textural meaning and structural meaning, then carrying out a synthesis to create a universal description of the phenomenon under study. The research findings conclude that the construction of welfare in Islamic housing is referred to as "prime prosperity". This welfare consists of three main aspects: personal, social environment, and housing development companies. The personal aspect highlights the individual's physical and mental conditions, including physical and spiritual dimensions. The social environment is related to comfort, health, and social relationships in housing, while the housing developer aspect emphasizes the business conditions and environment of the developer company. In other words, this research not only assesses welfare from an individual perspective but also considers social and corporate aspects of welfare construction Islamic housing context.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence of the school environment on student motivation MTs NW Selebung. The research design used in this study is associative causal (causal), associative causal research is a type of research that aims to determine the relationship of a variable to other variables. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, and interview techniques. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, and t-test. The results of the calculation of the validity of the instrument using the SPSS product moment formula obtained the r count results in the Extraction column which is for the school environment with the results of item 1 = 0. 372, so also with the learning motivation for item 1 = 0.401, and so on, r the table for N = 3 9 with a significant level of 5% is 0.3 16, then after a comparison is done and it turns out that r count> r Table are all valid. While the reliability test results using Cronbach Alpha (SPSS formula) it is known that the school environment has an alpha of 0, 833. A variable is said to be reliable if it gives a value greater than 0.60. Based on the results of research and data analysis conducted, obtained values for hypothesis testing using SPSS t count = 1,696 with a significance level of 5% (2-tailed) = 0,000 which is t count (2-tailed) <t table which means that Ha is accepted and Ho refused. T-test, the results obtained that a value of 1.696 is greater than I t table = 1.689, with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05, which means that the hypothetical is that there is an influence of the school environment on student motivation is accepted.

Abstract

Globalization has resulted in the easy penetration of very sophisticated technology from developed countries to developing countries such as Indonesia (global village). In this era, the role of technology is vital, if people in a country are unable to optimize the role of technology, it can be said that information and communication technology will be left behind by other countries. This study aims to explore and describe the benefits of information and communication technology (ICT) in civics learning in grade 5 of Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, involving classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documentation using ICT. The results of the study indicate that the integration of ICT in civics learning in grade 5 of Elementary School provides various significant benefits. First, ICT increases student involvement in the teaching and learning process. Tools such as multimedia presentations, educational videos, and interactive applications make students more interested and enthusiastic about learning. Second, the use of ICT helps students understand civic concepts better through visualizations and simulations that facilitate understanding of abstract material. Third, teachers feel helped by the existence of information and communication technology in delivering lesson materials more effectively and efficiently, as well as facilitating the evaluation process through online quizzes and tests that can be assessed directly.
