Abstract

Oemah Jamur BUMP Anfut, Pondok Pesantren Anwar Futuhiyyah, menghadapi tantangan dalam budidaya jamur merang, terutama dalam menjaga stabilitas suhu dan kelembaban kumbung serta keterbatasan dalam pemasaran digital. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi budidaya melalui penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT), sekaligus memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui pemasaran digital. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, penerapan teknologi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan keberlanjutan program untuk memastikan hasil yang optimal. Hasilnya, teknologi smart kumbung berbasis IoT telah dibangun dan saat ini berada dalam tahap uji coba produksi, di mana sistem ini memungkinkan kontrol otomatis terhadap suhu dan kelembaban di kumbung. Selain itu, pengembangan website juga tengah berlangsung untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran, memungkinkan Oemah Jamur menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan daya saing di industri jamur merang

Abstract

Financial management is one of the important aspects in supporting the performance of co-operatives. Savings and Loans Co-operative (KSP) is one of the financial institutions favored by the public because it can provide access to capital with less complicated administration. One of the Savings and Loans Co-operatives in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is the Dewi Kunti Women's Cooperative which is located in Kaluhan Panggungharjo, Bantul. Currently, the Dewi Kunti Cooperative has problems in financial management, namely the limited ability of the co-operative management to keep records neatly, the emersion of bad loans from the members and also not having updated data on cooperative members. In addition, several credit loans made by members were experiencing bottlenecks and the Dewi Kunti Women's Co-operative member database had not been updated. The output of this research is an increase in the ability of the management in conducting cooperative financial administration and compiling IT-based financial reports. In addition, currently the co-operative has the most updated database of cooperative members.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu untuk melatih pengurus KWT Nira Lestari agar mulai melakukan pencatatan pembukuan secara rapi serta adanya perbaikan pada sistem pencatatan administrasi keuangan sesuai kaidah standar akuntansi keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah sosialisasi program, observasi, wawancara terkait kebutuhan prioritas, pemaparan materi dengan metode ceramah dan simulasi, alternative pembukuan di smartphone dengan bantuan aplikasi UKM, serta pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah:  (1) Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. (2) Memiliki kesadaran untuk memisahkan antara keuangan pribadi dengan keuangan usaha. (3) Memiliki kesadaran untuk mencatat setiap transaksi keuangan dalam hal sekecil apapun serta menyimpan rapi seluruh nota-nota transaksi keuangan. (4) Dapat melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan dengan rapi sesuai kaidah standar akuntansi keuangan. (5) Dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi UKM untuk mempermudah pencatatan serta pembuatan laporan keuangan.Kata Kunci: Transaksi keuangan, laporan akhir, aplikasi akuntansi UKM

Abstract

Economic and regional development cannot be separated from economic growth, where economic development will have an impact on economic growth and the continuation of regional development. This study aims to analyze the area and contribution of cocoa production to regional development in Gunung Kidul district, Yogyakarta. The research method used is location quotient (LQ) analysis. LQ analysis is a general approach that is often used as a first step to find out the economic base that triggers economic growth. The results obtained in research on cocoa production in Gunung Kidul district are that there are six sub-districts which are the basis for cocoa production centers in Gunung Kidul district. The six districts that are cocoa producers are Ponjong, Karangmojo, Playen, Patuk, Gedangsari, and Nglipar. Based on the results of the analysis, there are three (3) districts with an average LQ value of <1, and three (3) districts with an average value of LQ>1 in Gunung Kidul using the LQ method. Thus, cocoa's contribution to economic development in Gunung Kidul will always have a fluctuating but active value. However, the economic development of development in Gunung Kidul, especially in the agribusiness sector continues to experience a significant increase from year to year.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the decline in robusta coffee production in Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. The analytical tool that will be used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data obtained was processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. There were 103 respondents to this research, with 85% of respondents being male. As many as 42% of respondents were aged 41 to 50 years. The majority of respondents, 59%, had a primary school education level. The variables used in this research are land area, labor, capital and fertilizer. From the multiple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that the variables Land Area and Fertilizer have a positive effect on coffee production, while Capital and Labor do not have a significant effect.
