Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Payment Point BSI Genggong terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam melakukan pembayaran biaya pendidikan, pengaruh lokasi Payment Point BSI Genggong terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam melakukan pembayaran biaya pendidikan, serta kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi apakah berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam melakukan pembayaran biaya pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 87 Mahasiswa FEBI UNZAH dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 663 Mahasiswa. Dalam penarikan sampel peneliti menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tolerance error sebesar 10%. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan alat analisis berupa SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi pembayaran biaya pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa FEBI UNZAH. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi, Biaya Pendidikan, Kepuasan Nasabah

Abstract This paper is intended to answer questions related to wasathiyah values, wasathiyah relations and peace, Islamic wasathiyah values in Islamic boarding schools as a modality for pesantren in realizing world peace, and how to promote it as a solution for world peace. After conducting the analysis, it was concluded that moderation (wasathiyyah) is a characteristic of Islam which is a combination and unification of the concepts of ta'adul, tawazun and tawassuth in every pattern of thought, pattern of action, and behavior. At the practical level, the form of moderation in Islam can be classified into four areas of discussion, namely, moderate in matters of aqidah, moderate in matters of worship, moderate in matters of temperament and character, moderate in matters of the formation of the Shari'a. Promoting and campaigning for wasathiyah values through pesantren education can prevent the emergence of radicalism in Indonesia and Muslim-majority countries in general. The promotion of wasathiyah Islam as strategic communication has an important role in maintaining Islamic education. Promoting wasathiyah in the context of Islamic boarding school education requires a balance between the process of delivering information and the process of self-transformation and the system. Knowledge sourced from the scientific tradition of Islamic boarding schools, when disseminated and interpreted in accordance with the wasathiyah concept, will eventually produce people who have strong faith, morality, moderation, and are able to understand and provide an understanding of Islam that is rahmatan lil `alamin.

Pembentukan karakter anak merupakan suatu kewajiban serta peran yang harus dilakukan oleh masing-masing orang tua. Orang tua adalah salah satu objek terpenting dalam proses pembentukan karakter anak. Selain peran orang tua sebagai objek pertama, peran seorang guru tidak kalah penting dalam membangun karakter seorang anak karena pada umumnya karakter anak terbentuk dalam lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pembentukan karakter seorang anak di Madin dan TPQ Al-Adnani yang terletak di Desa Tiris, Dusun Timur Sungai. Penelitian ini bermula dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa permasalahan yang ditemui oleh peneliti, sehingga peneliti mempunyai inisiatif untuk membahas secara keseluruhan pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Strategi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari pembiasan, penerapan, dan evaluasi.

This study aims to determine the effect Worklife-Policies, Work Involvement, and Work-Family Conflict on Turnover Intention of employees at PT.Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study consisted of 93 people, namely employees of PT. The sample technique used in this study was the distribution of proportion sampling. The data analysis method used consisted of testing the quality of the data (validity). and reliability) Test classic assumptions (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicolonierity, and autocorrelation) Hypothesis test (t test and f test), multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination. Data analysis using SPSS 21 multiple linear regression. The results of this study obtained the equation multiple linear regression Y = 0.8499 + 0.326X1 + (-0.197X2) + 0.786X3 + e and R2 = 0.731 or 73.1%. The t test results for the work-life policies (X1) variable on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 3.186>ttable 1.987 and a sig of 0.002 <0.05. In the variable Job Involvement (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount-3,262>ttable 1.987 and sig 0.002 <0.05, and Workfamily Conflict (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 7.437> 1.987 and a sig of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the work-life policies, Job Involvement, and Workfamily Conflict variables partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT Sinar Bodhi Cipta, Tanjungpinang with a contribution of R square of 73.1%. In the variable Job Involvement (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount-3,262>ttable 1.987 and sig 0.002 <0.05, and Workfamily Conflict (X2) on turnover intention Y obtained tcount 7.437> 1.987 and a sig of 0.000 <0.05. This study aims to analyze the impact of profitability, capital adequacy, operational efficiency, and problematic financing on the growth of mudharabah deposits in Islamic banks in Indonesia for the period 2019-2023. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of Islamic banks. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The findings suggest that only the variable (ROE) has a significant impact on mudharabah deposits, while the CAR, BOPO and NPF variables do not have a significant impact. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) suggest that the four independent variables simultaneously explain 32.6% of the variation in mudharabah deposit growth. This finding shows the importance of profitability in attracting customer interest in mudharabah deposit products, while other factors require further study. The study provides implications for Islamic bank management to focus more on improving profit performance in order to increase fund collection from mudharabah deposit products.
