The study will discuss the comparison between revenue, production costs, and profits from the broiler poultry business, as well as assess its financial feasibility through calculations of NPV, IRR, PI, PP. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through interviews with staff and directors, while secondary data is taken from financial reports over 12 harvest periods. The financial feasibility evaluation is conducted using calculations of NPV, IRR, PI and PP. The results show that the business is not feasible in the short term (NPV -445,634,638, IRR -8%), but feasible if operated for 5 years (NPV 992,170,708, IRR 46.8%). A PI greater than 1 (1.32) and a PP of 1 year 8 months indicate long-term profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Maqasid Sharia in the BSI Pensiun financing product and evaluate its role as a sustainable, inclusive, and holistic Islamic financial solution for retirees in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores the extent to which the principles of Maqasid Sharia – namely the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth – are reflected in the pension financing scheme. The findings indicate that BSI Pensiun serves not only as an economic financing tool but also as a means of safeguarding Islamic values in daily life. This study recommends enhancing public awareness regarding the benefits of Maqasid-based Islamic financing and fostering product innovation to expand its reach and impact in the future. These findings contribute to the development of more responsive, relevant, and Sharia-aligned Islamic financial products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial health of Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) during the 2021–2024 period. This is a descriptive quantitative study with a documentation approach based on annual reports. The sample consists of four banks selected purposively. The results show that, in general, the four banks are in a healthy condition. Financing risk (Non-Performing Financing/NPF) and liquidity risk (Financing to Deposit Ratio/FDR) fall into the good category. GCG assessment indicates a reasonably sound level. In terms of Earnings, Return on Assets (ROA) and Operating Efficiency Ratio (BOPO) reflect relatively good financial performance despite annual fluctuations. Meanwhile, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) shows a very strong Capital position. These findings conclude that Islamic commercial banks listed on the IDX have maintained their financial health throughout the observation period, although improvements in operational efficiency and corporate governance are still needed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of electronic money usage on the consumptive behavior of FEBI 21 students at Zainul Hasan Genggong University (UNZAH). The background of this research is based on the increasing use of electronic money among students, which is suspected to contribute to more impulsive and trend-driven consumption patterns. This research employed a quantitative method using simple linear regression analysis. The sample consisted of 30 respondents. The results show a very strong relationship between electronic money usage and consumptive behavior, indicated by a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.840 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.706. This means that 70.6% of the variance in consumptive behavior can be explained by electronic money usage. The significance test (ANOVA) indicates that the regression model is statistically significant (sig. = 0.000), and the t-test also confirms that electronic money usage has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior (sig. = 0.000). In conclusion, electronic money usage has a significant influence on the consumptive behavior of FEBI 21 students at UNZAH.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of farmer groups in enhancing the empowerment of coffee farmers in Kalianan Village, Krucil Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency. Empowerment is examined through three stages: Enabling (creating a conducive climate), Empowering (strengthening capacity), and Protecting (protecting farmers). The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that farmer groups significantly contribute to providing technical education, coffee processing training, and protection against market injustice and crop pests. Supporting factors include active farmer participation and village government support, while inhibiting factors involve farmers' lack of awareness and limited ongoing education. Overall, farmer groups play a positive role in increasing the independence and competitiveness of coffee farmers sustainably.
