Abstract

The business is undergoing many changes including the media used as promotion. The existence of advertisements on television began gradually abandoned and shifted to a new strategy, namely advertising on social media. The rapid growth of social media users in Indonesia has become one of the factors in the change. This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of using influencers as a promotion strategy on social media, especially Instagram. This study uses a qualitative netnographic method by collecting data through observation of social media accounts and in-depth interviews from informants. The results of this study include illustrating that there are positive and negatif impacts from the use of influencer services. Companies must be smart in choosing influencers that are in line with product segmentation, price, and influencer's background because people are now getting smarter at making purchases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilihat melalui sudut pandang pendidikan dengan menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berupaya mendeskripsikan secara utuh “strategi wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMK Darussalam Blokagung”. Desain penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha mendeskripsikan suatu gejala, peristiwa, kejadian yang terjadi saat sekarang. Adapun analisisnya menggunakan interaktif tiga model teori Miles and Huberman yakni: reduksi data, penyajian data, penggambaran hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan adalah : (1) Pengadaan dan perencanaan sarana dan prasarana dengan tujuan agar mengetahui semua kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana sekoah, direncanakan sejak awal tahun dengan melihat hasil evaluasi pada tahun sebelumnya; (2) Pendistribusian sarana dan prasarana dengan cara menyeleksi sesuai kebutuhan, selanjutnya barang yang dibeli kemudian disalurkan kepada tiap program jurusana dan kelas; (3) Penggunaan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru dan siswa, ada tat tertib yang harus dipatuhi, diserahkan pada masing-masing program jurusan dan kelas; (4) Inventaris sarana dan prasarana yaitu ada staf semdiri yang diberi tugas untuk pencatatan barang yang telah diadakan; (5) Penghapusan sarana dan prasarana dengan terlebih dahulu membuat berita acara kepada kepala sekolah, dilakukan karena sarana dan prasarana tersebut sudah rusak; (6) Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan yakni mempunyai tenaga administrasi yang ahli dan bagus, adanya dukungan dari warga sekolah. Hal tersebut juga menunjukkan kinerjanya dalam mewujudkan mutu pembelajaran, karena pemenuhan sarana dan prasana pendidikan menjadikan kenyamanan dalam aktivitas pembelajaran serta memotivasi siswa berprestasi.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find an pesantren model that is resilient in the transformation of humanistic educational institutions and to analyze pesantren innovation in its mutual development to realize futuristic education. Using a qualitative research approach with a case study type, primary and secondary research data sources, data collection techniques using in-depht interviews, participant observation and documentation, data validity checking techniques using triangulation and data analyze using tree interactive models. The result of the research show thst the Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung is  model pesantren in Banyuwangi distric wich able to maintain diniyah education as a fearless pesantrenthe midst of its efforts to carry out institutional transformation that still considers humanism with independence, tolerance and high moral education in curriculum integration according to the need of service users and graduate users through early education, muadalah and ma’had aly. Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung also innovates in futuristic educational activities through  the motto that the pesantren is market to meet all the needs of society by providing education from early childhood to tertiary education,  all of which is quality oriented, as evidenced by the achievement of its accreditation rankng  and the graph of the number of students which continuous to increase, showing the high level of public trust, as Juran’s concept  of continuous quality improvement with a trilogy of planning, controlling and improving quality, coaching of education politic, so that Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung is currently recognized as the largest pesantren in Banyuwangi district is an anti thesis to the opinion of some people who say that pesantren are educational institutions that are not future oriented, outdated because not innovative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in marketing education amidst the onslaught of educational competition that utilizes digital technology by non-Islamic boarding school educational institutions and to find the unique marketing values of Islamic boarding schools that have made them survive until now. The approach used is qualitative with a case study type. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis uses three interactive models: reduction, presentation, data depiction, and conclusion. The study results show that educational marketing is done by dominating social media, sharing information, activities, and achievements, and holding online registration. In addition, digital marketing is also carried out by managing websites and social media. These findings indicate that implementing a curriculum that focuses on students’ competence can be a model of adaptation for other Islamic boarding schools and influence educational marketing trends by directing strategies toward digital, increasing competitiveness, and preparing students to face future challenges. This Islamic boarding school also carries out digital content relevance in the form of graphic design training activities, applications, and creative videos and films.

Abstract

This research aims to find a model of pesantren quality assurance system that impacts improving branding in the era of society 5.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type with an interactive analysis of three models. The research results show that in the era of society 5.0, pesantren as educational institutions require branding using a quality assurance system like non-pesantren educational institutions because the current academic competition does not only rely on the unique characteristics that characterize pesantren but also builds a quality assurance system so that quality targets are achieved. According to or exceeding national education standards, it can be measured, as is done by the Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi, which is a model for Islamic educational institutions that focus on improving quality as innovation and capital to compete at national and international levels.
