Abstract

Tourism is one sector that can contribute to certain regional incomes. Healthy tourism must be accompanied by facilities that support tourist needs. This research aims to analyze the priorities for healthy tourism development based on the main indicators of facilities in Banyuwangi Regency. The research method uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to expert respondents. Analysis uses an Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of the research show that the value of Kendall's coefficient of concordance W (rater agreement) is 0.85. The diversity of scores given by each respondent contributed to the rater agreement figure of 85%. This shows that the level of agreement of respondents regarding the priority order in the tourism facilities sub-criteria is high, referring to facilities as an important indicator in serving tourists. Keywords: Tourism, Facilities, Analytical Network Process (ANP). Abstrak: Pariwisata menjadi salah satu sektor yang dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk pendapatan daerah tertentu. Pariwisata yang sehat harus disertai dengan sarana yang mendukung kebutuhan wisatawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis prioritas pengembangan pariwisata sehat berdasarkan indikator pokok sarana di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke responden expert. Analisis menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kendall’s coefficient of concordance W (rater agreement) sebesar 0,85. Keragaman nilai yang diberikan oleh masing-masing responden turut menyumbang perolehan angka rater agreement sebesar 85% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesepakatan responden atas urutan prioritis pada sub kriteria sarana pariwisata adalah tinggi, mengacu sarana merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam melayani wisatawan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find a model of pesantren that survives in moderation of education and nationalism and analyze the role of pesantren in overcoming the humanitarian crisis in the era of disruption. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The results showed that as the largest pesantren in Banyuwangi Regency, Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung exemplifies its success in integrating religious and general education values in educational moderation, building a spirit of nationalism by actualizing a sense of love for the country, rejecting radical ideologies and opposing terrorism, and helping to realize pluralism in the context of security. Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung also plays an important role in multicultural education that teaches religious tolerance and moderation, mutual respect and appreciation in simplicity and independence. In addition, it also helps to overcome humanitarian crises by establishing the Darussalam Social Institute (LBD) which provides scholarships to underprivileged students, the Darussalam Counseling Center (DCC), a therapy center for mental problems and the provision of special dormitories in pesantren for students affected by humanitarian crises and social problems.

Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this study is to analyze the management of the Digital Madrasah program in improving students' soft skills. The program is targeted to develop students' communication, collaboration, problem-solving and leadership skills through a technology-based approach. The focus on this objective is grounded in the fact that in the digital era, soft skills play a key role in one's academic and professional success. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze the management of the Digital Madrasah Program. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the madrasah principal, teachers, and students, and curriculum documentation. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the main elements of the program, including objectives, implementation, and outcomes. The findings are expected to provide insights into the effectiveness of digital-based soft skills development and practical recommendations for other madrasahs. The results of this study show meaningful outcomes in the development of students' soft skills, especially communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through technology. The program increased students' confidence in online communication and digital presentation, and strengthened collaboration through technology-based projects. The development of critical thinking skills is also encouraged through the utilization of digital tools to solve complex challenges. The findings are in line with constructivism and self-efficacy theories that emphasize learning through experience and social interaction. This research contributes to the literature of technology integration in education for 21st century skills. Keywords: Soft Skills, Digital Madrasah, school environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran kepemimpinan futuristik dalam menghadapi krisis global dalam konteks pendidikan. Fokus utama adalah untuk memahami bagaimana inovasi dan kolaborasi dapat diintegrasikan dalam praktik kepemimpinan untuk merespons tantangan yang ada dan mempersiapkan masa depan pendidikan yang lebih tangguh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan terhadap artikel ilmiah, laporan penelitian, serta dokumen kebijakan pendidikan yang relevan untuk mengidentifikasi praktik kepemimpinan futuristik yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan futuristik dalam pendidikan memegang peran krusial dalam menghadapi tantangan global saat ini. Inovasi terbukti menjadi kunci dalam memperbaiki sistem pendidikan, baik dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh maupun dalam pengembangan kurikulum yang responsif terhadap perubahan. Selain itu, kolaborasi antar stakeholder seperti guru, siswa, orang tua, dan pemerintah menjadi fundamental dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adaptif dan inklusif.
