Abstract

The high level of competition makes companies compete to retain and win the market competition, one of the strategies are granting price discounts. This was an experimental study that aims to analyze the differences between males and females' intention for online purchase by given the price discount framing conditions, namely percentage saving and absolute saving. The participants in this study were 80 participants. This study was an experimental study since it involved the symptoms had to be investigated. The design of the study was a 2X2 factorial design. A case questionnaire was used for the data collection. The data were analyzed by using 2-ways ANOVA statistical analysis. The study reveals that (1) there is a difference in online purchase intention between those given the percentage saving condition and those given the absolute saving condition, (2) there is a difference in purchase intention between males and females. The consumers have different assumptions about the two types of discount framing even though they both have the same meaning. This should be a concern for retailers in providing sales promotions, especially for discounts because based on the results of this study it is found that discount framing with absolute savings had a slightly stronger effect on purchase intention than percentage saving.

Abstract

An understanding of financial management can monitor or see the extent to which a business is generating profits, business performance, controlling the flow of business funds, but there are still many small business actors in Nagasepaha Village who feel they do not need information in financial management because it is considered difficult and all the limitations it has. This has an impact on the continuity of business actors in Nagasepaha Village. This service is carried out through the Satya Dharma School of Economics Research and Community Service Center in collaboration with the Nagsepaha Village Head Office. In this Community Service activity, small business actors are given financial management material, namely about insight into the importance of financial management to manage a business. Implementation of activities using the lecture, discussion and question and answer method by starting with the provision of material on management of profits in small businesses that can be understood by small business actors. The results of this community service activity can help small business actors increase their knowledge and understanding of financial management

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the impact of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Sukasada District Office. The objectives of the research include: 1) to see the magnitude of the impact of work motivation on employee performance at the Sukasada Sub-District Office and 2) to see the magnitude of the environmental impact on employee performance at the Sukasada Sub-District Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The research location is the Sukasada Sub-district Office. The sample selection method applied was all employees of the Sukasada Sub-district Office, namely 56 people. The data analysis technique used was classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and t-test. The following are the research findings: 1) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Sukasada Sub-District Office employees. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant impact on the Sukasada Sub-District Office employee performance. The impact of this research is that there is a workspace supervisor so that the obligations of employees are made properly and it is hoped that the existence of good work motivation can trigger the desire and enthusiasm of employees to carry out their duties in the organization and in the company. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan prilaku kecurangan akuntansi pada LPD di Kabubaten Buleleng antara yang memiliki konsep parhyangan tinggi dengan yang memiliki konsep parhyangan rendah dengan yang diberikan kondisi tekanan situasional dengan yang tidak diberikan kondisi tekanan situasional. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah desain faktorial 2 X 2. Untuk pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner tentang konsep parhyangan dan kuesioner mengenai kecurangan akuntansi yang dihadapkan pada tekanan situsional dan tanpa tekanan situasional yang berupa kasus. Setelah pemberian kasus yang diberikan kemudian data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik anava 2 Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat perbedaan prilaku kecurangan akuntansi antara yang diberikan kondisi tekanan situasional dengan yang tidak diberikan kondisi tekanan situasional, (2) terdapat perbedaan prilaku kecurangan akuntansi antara yang memiliki konsep parhyangan tinggi dengan yang memiliki konsep parhyangan rendah.Kata Kunci: Kecurangan Akuntansi, Tekanan Situasional, Konsep ParhyanganAbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in accounting fraud behavior in the LPD in the Buleleng District between those who have a high parhyangan concept and those who have a low parhyangan concept with those who are given situational pressure conditions with those not given situational pressure conditions. The design of this study was a 2 X factorial design. For data collection, questionnaires were used about parhyangan concepts and questionnaires regarding accounting fraud were faced with site pressure and without situational pressure in the form of cases. After giving the case given then the data were analyzed by 2 Path Anava statistical analysis. The results showed (1) there were differences in accounting fraud behavior between those given situational pressure conditions and those not given situational pressure conditions, (2) there were differences in accounting fraud behavior between those who had a high parhyangan concept and those who had a low parhyangan concept.Keywords: Fraud, Situational Pressure, Parhyangan Concept

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan suatu model strategi pengelolaan keuangan melalui implementasi nilai Catur Purusa Artha dan struktur modal sebagai kunci utama maksimalisasi kinerja keuangan LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng. Catur Purusa Artha merupakan value of local genius yang akan memberikan pedoman bagi pengurus LPD berupa dharma (kebenaran) sebagai landasan utama strategi bisnis LPD dalam mengelola dan mengalokasikan sumber dananya. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh LPD yang aktif di Kabupaten Buleleng. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 60 data observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai Catur Purusa Artha berpengaruh positif terhadap Struktur Modal dan Kinerja Keuangan. Struktur Modal juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja KeuanganKata Kunci: Nilai Catur Purusa Artha, Struktur Modal, Kinerja KeuanganABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to develop a financial management strategy model through the application of the value of Catur Purusa Artha and the capital structure as the main key to optimizing the financial performance of LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Catur Purusa Artha is a local genius value that will provide guidance for LPD administrators consisting of dharma (truth) as the main foundation of LPD business strategies in managing and allocating their sources of funds. The study population was all LPD active in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study used a random sampling technique to obtain as many as 60 observation data. The data analysis technique used in this study is the component analysis method based on SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the Catur Purusa Artha Value showed a positive effect on Capital Structure and Financial Performance. Abstract

There Group V Mandara Giri Kec. Kubutambahan is one of a collection of several elementary schools in the Kubutambahan District. Training in financial literacy is very important for every individual, one of which is the teachers in Cluster V Mandara Giri Kec. kubutambahan. Financial literacy really helps individuals to improve investment decisions, both in terms of the type of investment, where to invest, and the investment nominal that the individual will choose. This service is carried out through the Research and Community Service Center of the Satya Dharma College of Economics in collaboration with the Head of Cluster V Mandara Giri Kec. kubutambahan. In this community service activity, teachers in cluster V Mandara Giri Kec. kubutambahan, they were given financial literacy material, namely regarding investment. The results obtained from this activity can help teachers, in particular, to increase their understanding of financial literacy and investment decisions they have.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sanjiwani yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kesehatan Koperasi Dari Aspek Permodalan, Likuiditas, dan Rentabilitas pada periode Tahun 2018-2021 berdasarkan peraturan deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia, Nomor: 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. Untuk mengelola data yang dikumpulkan, metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan. Metode ini dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian berupa angka agar nantinya peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan penelitian. Data data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bersumber dari laporan laba rugi koperasi, laporan neraca, gambaran umum koperasi serta struktur organisasi dan sejarah berdiri koperasi. Abstract

Kredit merupakan pinjaman yang diberikan oleh lembaga keuangan perbankan maupun non perbankan. Berdasarkan implementasinya penggunaan kredit dan ketersediaan dana terkadang tidak seimbang. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada Koperasi Serba Usaha Tri Dasi Caka Tunggal, yaitu berusaha memberi gambaran secara sistematis dan akurat terhadap mengenai fakta, sifat dari hubungan antara fenomena yang diteliti pada suatu perusahaan. Adapun tujuan dari dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui “Analisis Kredit Pada Koperasi Tri Dasi Caka Tunggal Di Desa Pegadungan”.
