Abstract

The lack of good governance in government institutions is characterized by inefficient organization and bureaucracy, poor quality of services to the public, difficulty eradicating Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism and lack of community participation in development. This study aims to examines the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the performance of employees of the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Office of Buleleng Regency. Good Corporate Govenance is measured in terms of fairness, transparency, accountability and responsibility. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Office of Buleleng Regency, both permanent, outsourced and contract employees who totaled 64 people. The number of samples used was 64 employees because the sampling technique used the saturated sample technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire, of the 64 questionnaires distributed, 64 questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 100%. To test the hypothesis, a regression analysis was carried out using SPSS version 17.00 for Windows. Before testing the hypothesis, testing the validity, reliability and classic regression assumptions is tested. This study shows that Good Corporate Governance (fairness, transparency, accountability and responsibility) has a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesses or organizations complained because of the decrease in revenue turnover of the organization or its company, in addition, with the implementation of Work from Home (WFH) by the government while hampering employee performance in terms of serving or improving productivity.  The purpose of this research is to know the performance of employees through the concept of work management and digitization as the main key to improving the performance of BUMDes employees in Buleleng Regency. The concept of performance management is the employee's activity and the employee's work is in line with the organization's objectives. This contributing to improve the performance of BUMDes. The research population is all BUMDes active in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is Component based SEM analysis method, Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the concept of Work Management has an effect on digitalization and employee performance. by increasing employee performance, then BUMDes will contribute better in service and increase the village's original income (PAD) so as to achieve the vision of BUMDes mission in the village in Buleleng Regency, BUMDes can maintain the coexistence and maximize performance during the pandemic covid-19 at the BUMDes to be able to explore and develop the economic potentials of the village, increase (PAD) and provide the best service in meeting the economic needs of the village community.

Abstract

Dupa merupakan salah satu bagian alat persembahyangan bagi umat Hindu khususnyadi Bali. Secara umum dupa digunakan oleh para umat beragama hindu dan budha sebagai sarana melakukan pemujaan kepada Tuhan melalui suatu proses upacara keagamaan. Jika hanya ditinjau dari fungsinya sebagai sarana upacara, dupa akan selalu dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dalam berbagai aktifitas keagamaan yang terus menerus secara silih berganti. pada Dupa Borobudur yang terletak di desa Lovina-Singaraja. Banyak sekali kendala yang dialami oleh perusahaan tersebut baik dari kendala pemasaran,maupun aspek keuangan dengan tidak optimalnya pencatatan arus kas. Dilihat dari beberapa kendala diatas maka perlunya pelatihan akutansi dan manajem keuangan, sedangkan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk dilakukan metode memasarkan produk atau internet marketing, penerapan dua strategi diatas berdampak pada hasil yang sudah dapat dilihat diantaranya meningkatnya omset penjualan produk dupa dengan memanfaatkan media social seperti WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, selanjutnya pencapaian dalam hal pelatihan akutansi dan manajemen keuangan adalah sudah menggunakan aplikasi pembukuan secara online dengan aplikasi “Mesin Kasir” sehingga pembukuan lebih tertata dengan baik dan perhitungan dirasa lebih akurat karena sudah tersistematika. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proteksi sdm (sumber daya manusia) dan kondisi kerja karyawan di Pt Telkom Indonesia Cabang Buleleng. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sample sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan analisis pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis Metode regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proteksi sumber daya manusia dan kondisi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci : Perlindungan SDM, Kondisi Kerja, Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Studi ini bermaksud guna mengetahui hubungan antara semangat kerja, disiplin, lingkungan kerja serta produktivitas pegawai. Studi ini dilaksanakan pada UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng dengan menggunakan probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel acak sebanyak 58 pekerja dari populasi seluruh pegawai. Pendekatan pengambilan data dalam studi ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi serta angket. Dengan menggunakan SPSS 21 for Windows, hasil penyebaran kuesioner akan diuji validitas, reliabilitas, serta analisis regresi berganda. Semangat kerja mempunyai dampak yang baik dan substansial pada produktivitas pegawai, serta disiplin berdampak positif serta signifikan pada produktivitas pegawai, menurut temuan studi ini, Lingkungan Kerja berdampak positif serta signifikan pada Produktivitas Pegawai UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng dan terdapat hubungan yang kuat serta secara simultan adanya dampak signifikan Semangat kerja,Disiplin Kerja, serta Lingkungan Kerja pada Produktivitas Pegawai. Usulan yang diajukan kepada UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan  Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng yakni agar instansi bisa memelihara serta meningkatkan unsur penunjang guna meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai, sehingga tujuan serta kegiatan instansi bisa lebih lancar. Serta untuk penelitian kedepannya yang mengambil topik yang sama dalam kaitannya dengan Produktivitas Pegawai agar diteliti lagi lebih detail. Kata Kunci : Semangat Kerja, Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja, Produktivitas Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja. In this study, three independent variables are education level, work motivation, and discipline, and use one variable, namely employee performance. The number of samples studied were 30 people using linear multiple research analysis. The results of this study are (1) Simultaneously the level of education, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja. (2) Partially the level of education does not have a significant effect on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja. (3) Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja. (4) Partially, work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the concept of Karma Yoga in relationship with spiritual intelligence and employee performance of LPD in Buleleng Regency. The concept of Karma Yoga is a value of local genius that will provide guidelines for LPD employees in the form of sincerity in working as a basis for improving employee performance of LPD. The population in this study was all active LPDs in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of Karma Yoga and spiritual intelligence had a relationship with employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Supervisi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja melalui Unit Anggota Tenaga Kerja Reskrim Polres Buleleng. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unit Kantor Reskrim Polres Buleleng. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 66 orang dari 66 populasi merupakan seluruh anggota unit reskrim Polres Buleleng. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 18.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima hipotesis yang dirumuskan, semuanya diterima dengan rincian: Supervisi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y). Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 masih lebih kecil dari nilai batas akseptasi dan penolakan yaitu sebesar 0,05. Supervisi (X 1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja (X 3) dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,010 masih lebih kecil dari nilai batas penerimaan dan penolakan yaitu 0,05. Disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,013 masih lebih kecil dari nilai batas penerimaan dan penolakan yaitu 0,05. Disiplin kerja (X 2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan semangat kerja (X 3) dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 kevil masih lebih banyak dari nilai batas penerimaan dan penolakan 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja, beban kerja serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawa pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 97 pegawai Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini SPSS Versi 21.0 for windows. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerjai pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Buleleng.

Abstract

One marketing strategy that can be done so that a company continues to have excellence is the communication strategy marketing. Communication strategies responded to consumers to be stimuli. One form of response to marketing communication stimuli is through the concept of AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) is one of the response hierarchy models that is quite popular for marketers as a guide in carrying out marketing activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the decision-making process of consumers staying at Villa Hidden Space. The data analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test as well as the descriptive qualitative analysis. This study is intended to determine the relationship between AIDA and increase in sales revenue at Villa Hidden Space. In this study there are 5 (five) hypotheses. Respondents in this study were 50 respondents, guests who stayed at Villa Hidden Space. Then an analysis of the data obtained using multiple regression using SPSS. In this study the results obtained are changes that are increase in sales revenue influenced by AIDA (Attetion, Interest, Desire, Action by 84.5% and the remaining 15.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
