Abstract

Dalam perkembangannya, jumlah dukungan dan pertumbuhan Angklung yang cepat tidak sejalan dengan meningkatnya jumlah pelatih. Kurangnya latihan atau kursus, membuat pelatih angklung menjadi terbatas. Banyak sekolah telah membeli Angklung tetapi terkendala karena mereka tidak memiliki pelatih. Maka dari itu, makalah ini membuat alat bantu belajar angklung berbasis multimedia, sebagai alat bantu tambahan dimana dengan menggunakan multimedia akan memungkinkan permainan angklung dapat dimainkan tanpa bantuan pelatih. Itu bisa menggantikan proses penunjukan skor lagu yang akan diganti dengan animasi perubahan warna ketika nada Angklung dimainkan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Development Research, dengan prosedur (1) konsep, (2) desain, (3) pengumpulan bahan, (4) majelis, dan (5) pengujian. Studi ini hanya mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna (pelatih dan pemain angklung), merancang aplikasi papan cerita yang akan digunakan dalam tahap implementasi desain dalam penelitian berikutnya. Makalah ini menunjukkan desain skor angklung. Desain alat bantu baca dalam kegiatan latihan angklung ini dirancang secara statis, di mana pengguna hanya dapat memutar lagu berdasarkan skor yang tersedia dalam program aplikasi. Desainnya menggunakan metode Object Oriented. Kegiatan pembelajaran membaca angklung yang menggunakan komputer berbasis multimedia tidak menggantikan peran pelatih sebagai instruktur dalam membawakan lagu dengan skor, tetapi hanya sebagai media alternatif dalam penerapan praktik angklung.

Abstract

Smart Campus refers to the integration of the unity of campus life that is supported by technology. The application of Smart Campus is a development from conventional management campus to campus that applies technology, one of the technologies is an information system. For an information system to be successful and optimal, an appropriate strategic information system (SISP) planning is needed in accordance with the business processes of the institution and is used as a blueprint as part of the IT Masterplan for the implementation of the Smart Campus. Smart Campus Strategic Planning implemented by utilizing the Ward and Peppard framework, with identification of information system needs based on the Critical Success Factor (CSF), Value Chain, Gap Analysis and McFarlan Portfolio. The results of this study can be used as a consideration for decision makers to determine campus policies in implementing various services provided by information systems as part of the Smart Campus, which can be described as a campus that intelligently interacts with its academics

Abstract

Saat ini SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun belum memiliki website resmi. Padahal di era digital sekarang ini keberadaan website sekolah dibutuhkan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi dan promosi tentang sekolah kepada masyarakat khususnya kepada orang tua dan calon peserta didik baru. Website sekolah juga penting sebagai nilai tambah saat akreditasi sekolah. Keberadaan website sekolah memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam hal memberikan informasi dan promosi yang kredibel kepada masyarakat secara lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan oleh Tim PkM Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Informatika Politeknik Negeri Bandung (JTK Polban) adalah membangun website sekolah berbasis Content Management System (CMS) dengan menggunakan WordPress. Metode pelaksanaan PkM mengadopsi model pengmbangan perangkat lunak Waterfall. Hasil PkM ini adalah sebuah website sekolah sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi dan promosi yang dapat diakses secara online kapan dan dari mana pun sepanjang perangkat pengguna terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Berdasarkan User Acceptance Test (UAT) yang melibatkan sepuluh stakeholder SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun, website sekolah yang dibangun memiliki beberapa keunggulan diantaranya: (1) nama domain sudah merepresentasikan nama sekolah; (2) susunan menu website sudah mengakomodir kebutuhan informasi yang akan disampaikan kepada publik; (3) warna dasar website sesuai dengan warna yang menjadi filosofi sekolah; dan (4) tampilan website user friendly. Website sekolah harus terus dikelola agar berkelanjutan dan informasi yang ada di dalamnya selalu terbarukan.Currently SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun does not have an official website. Even though in today's digital era the existence of a school website is needed as a media to convey information and promotions about schools to the public, especially to parents and prospective new students. The school website is also important as an added value when accrediting the school. The existence of the school website has a very strategic role in terms of providing credible information and promotion to the wider community. Therefore, the Community Service (PkM) carried out by the PkM Team from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics, Bandung State Polytechnic (JTK Polban) is to build a Content Management System (CMS) based school website using WordPress. The implementation method of PkM adopts the Waterfall software development model. The result of this PkM is a school website as a medium for conveying information and promotions that can be accessed online anytime and from anywhere as long as all user devices are connected to the internet network. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving ten stakeholders of SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun, the school website that was built has several advantages including: (1) the domain name already represents the school name; (2) the website menu arrangement accommodates the information needs that will be conveyed to the public; (3) the basic color of the website matches the colors of the school philosophy; and (4) user friendly website appearance. The school website must continue to be managed so that it is sustainable and the information contained in it is always updated.

Abstract

The evaluation process of an enterprise architecture implementation is very important. This process will assess whether the company that has been implemented is still in accordance with organizational goals or not. The hybrid evaluation method is a method used as the basis for developing evaluation applications because this method can assess all artifacts of the enterprise architecture. The methodology used in this study refers to the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) method with a system development model following the flow of a waterfall. System modeling tools using UML. The results of the research are in the form of an initial design of the application that will be made which includes use case diagrams, class diagrams, and interface design. The results of this design can be used by both academics and academics, who will evaluate the implementation of enterprise architecture.
