Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of variablesThe Role of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable on Campus 1 and 2 of Abdurachman Saleh University, Situbondo. By using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The research results show thatLeadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, Work discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Job satisfaction has an insignificant negative effect on employee performance, Leadership has an insignificant negative effect on Employee performance through job satisfaction, and work discipline have an insignificant negative effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of (1) motivation on job satisfaction, (2) work culture on job satisfaction, (3) motivation on performance, (4) culture on performance, and (5) job satisfaction on performance. The design of this research is causal quantitative research. The research subjects were employees of Djatiroto Hospital, Lumajang Regency and the objects were motivation, work culture, job satisfaction and performance. The population in this study was 38 employees of Djatiroto Hospital, Lumajang Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using structural analysis with the Smart PLS 3 statistical tool. The results showed (1) motivation positively influences job satisfaction but not significantly, 2) motivation does not influence performance, (3) culture positively and significantly influences satisfaction work, (4) culture positively influences performance but not significantly, and (5) satisfaction significantly and positively influences performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of village officials with leadership as a moderating variable in Bugeman village, Kendit village, Balung village, Kendit sub-district, Situbondo Regency. imi's research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 39 village officials in Bugeman village, Kendit village and Balung village, Kendit sub-district, Situbondo Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test results have a direct effect using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Hypothesis test results show that the work environment has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has no significant effect on performance. The results of the hypothesis test with moderation of the leadership variable show that the work environment variable has a negative but significant effect on performance. The results of the hypothesis test with moderation of leadership show that the work discipline variable has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan pelaku ekonomi terbesar dalam perekonomian indonesia, UMKM juga memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam membangun dan pertumbuhan ekonomi khususnya di Indonesia. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengembangkan UMKM salah satunya melalui strategi pemasaran dengan mengunakan metode digital marketing. Sehingga disanalah pemerintah daerah hadir untuk memberikan berbagai solusi melalui kebijakannya. UMKM yang ada di Desa Bletok Kecamatan Bungatan Kabupaten Situbondo rata-rata pengahasil produk kerajinan tangan, rengginang dan ikan asin. Pemasaran saat ini paling banyak menggunakan digital contohnya WhatsApp, Instagram, dan aplikasi-aplikasi pemasaran online. Program pengabdian ini dapat mengoptimalkan teknologi informasi dan media sosial. Metode yang dilakukan analisis situasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi dari hasil yang digunakan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah: 1. Meningkat kreativitas UMKM untuk pembuatan video dan gambar yang dimasukkan dalam media sosia dan aplikasi digital marketing 2. Masyarakat termotivasi menjadi seorang wirausaha 3. Kelompok UMKM dapat termotivasi untuk mengembangkan produk melalui strategi digital marketing. 3. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat mendapat referensi penerapan strategi digital marketing.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on purchase intention and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Honda Jaya Terang 2 Situbondo dealers. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 98 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a negative but not significant effect on purchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention through consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Influence of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance with the Work Environment as a Moderating Variable on Employees of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Situbondo Branch. The sampling technique used in this study was the Total Sampling method or saturated samples of 40 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the study showed that Leadership had a negative but significant effect on Employee Performance, Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment could not moderate the influence of Leadership on Employee Performance, Work Environment significantly became a moderating variable for the influence of motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media promotion, Price Discounts, and Service Quality on Loyalty with Purchase decisions as intervening variables at LALABEADS UMKM in Bondowoso. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to LALABEADS consumers. The data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that social media promotion had a negative but not significant effect on purchase decisions. The price discounts and service quality had a significant negative effect on Purchase Decisions. In addition, social media promotion also had a negative but not significant effect on Loyalty. In the indirect path, Social media promotion and price discounts have a negative but insignificant effect on Loyalty through Purchase Decisions. Conversely, Service quality has a significant positive effect on Loyalty through Purchase Decisions. This finding indicates that service quality has an important role in driving Loyalty through Purchase Decisions, while Social media promotion and price discounts have not provided an optimal effect.

Abstract

The increasing trend of keeping pets drives the growth of the pet shop industry, along with public awareness of the importance of animal care. Pet shop marketing management is required to understand customer needs, build trust, utilize digital marketing, and choose strategic locations to create loyalty and competitiveness in an ever-growing market. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence of Location, Word of Mouth, and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty, through Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Wirvet pet shop in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that Location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of purchasing decisions in mediating discount programs, store atmosphere, and advertising on consumer loyalty at the Reborn Point Kumpul Cafe. The population in this research are consumers who make purchase transactions at the Point Kumpul Reborn Café Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this research is the probability sampling method using random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The research results show that the discount program has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, advertising has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the discount program has a significant negative effect on consumer loyalty, the store atmosphere has an insignificant positive effect on consumer loyalty, Advertising has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, discount programs have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, discount programs have a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, discount programs have a positive but not significant effect not significant to consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Capital Structure, Liquidity, and Leverage on Firm Value with Profit Growth as an Intervening Variable in Retail Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019-2022. The population in this study consists of all retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), totaling 32 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, resulting in 9 samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study utilize the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The hypothesis testing results of direct and indirect effects using Smart PLS 3.0 indicate that The Capital Structure does not significantly influence Profit Growth. Liquidity does not significantly influence Profit Growth. Leverage does not significantly influence Profit Growth. Capital Structure has a positive and significant influence on Firm Value. Liquidity does not significantly influence Firm Value. Leverage does not significantly influence Firm Value. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that Capital Structure does not significantly influence Firm Value through Profit Growth. Liquidity does not significantly influence Firm Value through Profit Growth. Leverage does not significantly influence Firm Value through Profit Growth.
