Abstract

The ease of starting a business makes competition in the same field tighter so that each company has its own characteristics. Each company usually has their own differences which are the determining factors in purchasing decisions. consumers' selective attitude in buying encourages companies to provide something that is best in accordance with consumer desires. Each person's purchasing decision is different, depending on each person. it depends on what they care about buying the product. There are some people who prefer a brand image that they consider good and the quality of the service provided by the company is satisfactory. A purchase decision also depends on the lifestyle of the consumer itself because it represents the attitude of consumers in determining their wants and needs. Therefore, the aim of this research is to prove whether there is an effect of lifestyle, brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions at SRC ALIANG. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. With the results obtained, it is stated that the lifestyle, brand image and service quality have partially and simultaneously influences purchasing decisions at SRC ALIANG.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of promotion and quality of service on the buying decision at the Capella Honda Batam Centre. This research uses a quantitative approach and nonprobability sampling techniques with a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was filled in by 242 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The test results for the promotion variable were t count 4.426> t table 1.651 and sig t 0.000 <α 0.05. The result of quality of service variable test is t count 9.301> t table 1.651 and sig t 0.000 <α 0.05. The yield of the f test are f count 121.444> f table 3.033 and a significance of 0.000 <alpha 0.05, it can be concluded that promotion and quality of service partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the buying decision at the Capella Honda Batam Centre. The test yield of the coefficient of determination have a value of 0.504, which means that 50.4% of variations in buying decision variables can be explained by promotion and quality service variables, the remaining 49.6% is explained by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The quality i of products, prices and promotions provided by the company are in accordance with the desires of consumers in deciding to purchase these products. PT.ATP DZAFIRAH JAYA MAKMUR is one of the perfume refill providers in Batam The best quality products, suitable prices and promotions that continue to be carried out by salsa perfume in accordance with what consumers need can influence purchasing decisions on salsa perfume refill in Batam City. But lately there are still consumers who feel unsure of the product, but there are also some who have begun to understand it. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions on salsa perfume refill in Batam City. This study uses multiple linear i regression i analysis. The number of samples was 100 respondents using a random sampling technique Probability sampling Simultaneous.of these results it can be seen that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.001 <0.05, prices have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of 0.020 ​

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT BPR Indobaru Finansia in Batam. This study uses a quantitative approach and nonprobability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was filled in by 171 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS version 25. The results of the facility variable test were obtained with tcount (6.565)> t table (1.653) and a significance value of 0.000 f table 3.05 and a significant value of 0.000 or less than 0.05 (F. Sig 0.000 <α 0.005). So it can be concluded that the facilities and service quality partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT BPR Indobaru Finansia in Batam. The test results of the coefficient of determination have 51.3%. The remaining 48.7% is influenced by other variables not in this study.
