Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kantor Kecamatan Lubuk Baja Kota Batam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu kelurahan di Kecamatan Lubuk Baja, yaitu Baloi Indah, dengan total 100 responden. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan alat SPSS versi 21. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan dan lingkungan kerja signifikan dan positif baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Dapat dilihat hasil uji determinasi (R2) dalam penelitian ini bahwa 80,1% variasi dalam kepuasan masyarakat dapat diterima oleh variabel layanan dan lingkungan kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 19,9% dibahas oleh variabel lain yang tidak disetujui dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Masyarakat, Layanan, Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence employee turnover intention in Batam City. The problem factor is job stress and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention partially and simultaneously. The total sample of 96 respondents was taken using a purposive sampling method and then the data were analyzed by using the SPSS program. The methodology in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results showed that work stress partially had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention with a t value of 3.532 and a significant value of 0.001. Job satisfaction partially has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention with a t value of -2.509 and a significant value of 0.014. Simultaneously this study shows that job stress and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intentions with an at-count value of 13.213 and a significant value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination of the two independent variables together on the dependent variable is 22.1% and 77.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The community around Nagari Batu Kalang, Pesisir Selatan Regency, is mostly a community with two livelihoods, namely fishing during certain seasons to go to sea and trading during the stormy season which results in the community not being able to go to sea. The biggest problem is the very low level of community participation in coastal area development, which causes local communities to have less attachment to their environment, especially to their livelihoods as local fishermen. The lack of knowledge, the level of education that is still not achieved by government programmes, and the local community still does not have and appropriate technology that can help facilitate fishermen in finding fish for their livelihoods. This community service programme aims to provide empowerment and training to the local community in providing solutions, minimising the problems that occur, especially in the fisheries sector in the equivalent village of Nanggalo in the Batu Kalang coastal fishing area. The method of implementing the community service programme is carried out by lecture methods, discussions with the Logical Framework Approach participatory approach, management of marine products with appropriate technology to keep the quality of fish fresh to the destination, as well as effective marketing methods with the target of the service programme is the fishermen group.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a partial influence and influence of DER, ROA and ROE variables on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study amounted to 48 companies and then the sampling technique with certain considerations in order to obtain a sample of 32 companies. Data sources using secondary sources in the form of notes or financial statements. The analytical method for testing is done by using SPSS 25 software. The t test results for the Debt To Equity Ratio variable are -1.597 and 1.978 and the significance value is 0.113. The Return On Aseet variable is 5.785 and the table is 1.978 and the significance value is 0.000, and the Return On Equity variable is 3.248 and the table is 1.978 and the significance value is 0.001. It can be concluded that Return On Aseet and Return On Equity have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while Debt To Equity Ratio does not have a significant effect on stock prices. f test results where the results of fcount of 11.982> ftabel of 2.68 and a significance value of 0,000 so that the results can be concluded for the variable Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Aseet and Return On Equity together have a significant effect on Stock Prices .

Abstract

In an increasingly modern world demands entrepreneurs engaged in retail to compete in providing excellent service in order to increase customer satisfaction, besides that promotion is one strategy for companies to increase long-term profit. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at Holland Bakkery batu aji Fanindo Batam. The population in this study were customers who had made purchases at Holland Bakery Batam. This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. Sampling was taken using the incidental sampling method with an error rate of 5% so that a sample of 186 respondents could be drawn. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that service quality variables affect customer satisfaction, this can be proven by the results of the t test which shows tcount> t table, while the promotion variable does not affect customer satisfaction. This can be proven in the previous test where tcount <t table and the value is significant. The results of the F test analysis show that service quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Holland Bakery Batam. This can be proven from the results of the F test (simultaneous) by showing the value F (F count)> (Ftable). And the value is significant. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence on the X1 variable on the Y variable, and there is no influence between X2 variables on the Y variable and there is a significant effect between the two X variables simultaneously on the Y variable.

Abstract

The research sample consisted of 118 employees at PT Carmin Maju Bersama Indonesia. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly and analyzed using SPSS 23. The results of the F test are known to be 177.922> F table 3.07 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of organizational culture (X2) and job satisfaction (X2) simultaneously on employee organizational commitment (Y). The results of the t test for organizational culture and job satisfaction (X1) 5.491> t table 1.98081 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 so that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee organizational commitment (Y). The results of the t test job satisfaction (X2) 8,010> t table 1,98081 with a significant 0,000 <0,005 so that job satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on employee organizational commitment (Y). The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.756 or 75.6% of the employee organizational commitment variable (Y) can be explained by the variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction and the remaining 24.4% is another variable that has an influence on the bound which the researcher does not take in the study this.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work Discipline and Competence on the performance of employees of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa in Batam. This research uses a quantitative approach and nonprobability sampling techniques with a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was filled in by 103 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The test results for the work discipline variable were t count 9.619> t table 1.98397 and sig t 0.000 <α 0.05. The result of the competency variable test is t count 4.719> t table 1.98397 and sig t 0.000 <α 0.05. The results of the f test are f count 201.661> f table 3.09 and a significance of 0.000 <alpha 0.05, it can be concluded that work discipline and competence partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa in Batam. The test results of the coefficient of determination have a value of 0.801, which means that 80.1% of variations in employee performance variables can be explained by work discipline and competency variables, the remaining 19.9% ​​is explained by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyzed the influence of product diversity (X1) and service quaIity (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) at PT CSK Insulation Engineering in Batam city. This research is quantitative and data dissemination throurgh questionnaires. The sample ln this study reachead 146 through the Slovin technique, and was distributed to the customers of PT CSK Insulation Engineering in 2019 . The data collection technique in this study used nonprobability sampling, which is a sampling technique that doesn’t provide equal opportunities for each member of the population. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis withs the help of SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) version 25. The results of this studies indicate that product diversity (X1) and service quaIity (X2) have a positive and significant impact to customer loyalty (Y) at PT CSK Insulation Engineering in Batam city. The product diversity variabIe (X1) partially has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (Y), the service quality variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (Y). Simultaneously, product diversity (X1) and service quality (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (Y) at PT CSK Insulation Engineering in Batam city. Abstract

the ease of starting a business makes competition in the same field tighter so that each company has its own characteristics. Each company usually has their own differences which are the determining factors in purchasing decisions. consumers' selective attitude in buying encourages companies to provide something that is best in accordance with consumer desires. Each person's purchasing decision is different, depending on each person. it depends on what they care about buying the product. There are some people who prefer a brand image that they consider good and the quality of the service provided by the company is satisfactory. A purchase decision also depends on the lifestyle of the consumer itself because it represents the attitude of consumers in determining their wants and needs. Therefore, the aim of this research is to prove whether there is an effect of lifestyle, brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions at SRC ALIANG. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. With the results obtained, it is stated that the lifestyle, brand image and service quality have partially and simultaneously influences purchasing decisions at SRC ALIANG.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work discipline toward employee performance of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk by using saturated sample technique. The method used in this research is quantitative method and data collection technique using questionnaires with 112 respondents of sample sum. All available data were analyzed by SPSS version 25. The results showed the R Square value was 0,548 or 54,8% of the value. It can be seen that the work environment and work discipline variables influenced employee performance by 54,8%, while the remaining 45,2% influenced by other factors. The results of the study based on the t test for work environment has the value 4,541 > 1,98177 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05, which means the work environment variable has a significant effect toward employee performance. The work discipline has the value 3,210 > 1,98177 and significant value 0,002 < 0,05, which means the work discipline variable has a significant effect toward employee performance. The F test result has the value 66,088 > 3,08 and significant value 0,000 < 0,05, which means the work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect toward employee performance.
