Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetahui pengaruh corporate social responsibility, firm size, struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan dan firm value.Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan indeks LQ 45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017. Pemilihan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisa data Structural Equation ModellingWarp PLS 5.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif tidak signifikan antara pengungkapan CSR dengan kinerja keuangan. Firm size berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja keuangan. Struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan .Firm size berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. .Kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance with OCB as an intervening variable (case study at the Jember Regency Transportation Service). Method: This research uses the Explanatory Research type. The population in this study were all employees of the Jember Regency Transportation Service, totaling 202 employees. Researchers used a saturated sample method where all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The research results show that the higher Self Efficacy will increase Performance, the higher Locus of Control will increase Performance, the higher Self Efficacy will increase OCB, the higher Locus of Control will increase OCB, and the higher OCB will increase Performance. Novelty: Self Efficacy has a positive and significant impact on structural employee performance through OCB. Locus of Control has a positive and significant impact on structural employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational justice on work ethic, analyze the influence of organizational justice on employee performance, analyze the influence of work ethic on employee performance, and analyze the influence of organizational justice on employee performance through work ethic as an intervention. Method: This research design uses mixed methods, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The population in this study were honorary employees who worked at the Jember Regency Transportation Service, totaling 200 people and the sample size determined referring to the Slovin Formula was 133 respondents. Data processing in this research uses Variance-based SEM or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Warp-PLS 7.0 SEM PLS program. Results: Research findings state that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational justice on work ethic. There is a positive but not significant influence of organizational justice on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of work ethic on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational justice on employee performance through work ethic as an intervening variable. Novelty: This research uses a model of factors that influence employee performance by involving organizational justice and work ethic (as an intervening).
