Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) dalam mendukung pelayanan publik di Desa Lamatti Riaja, Kecamatan Bulupoddo, Kabupaten Sinjai. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada implementasi lima peran utama KIM sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Sinjai Nomor 27 Tahun 2018, yaitu sebagai fasilitator masyarakat, mitra pemerintah daerah, penyerap dan penyalur aspirasi masyarakat, pelancar arus informasi, serta terminal informasi desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisi data yang di gunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pengurus KIM, kepala desa, sekretaris desa, ketua BPD, masyarakat, dan Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Sinjai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KIM Desa Lamatti Riaja telah berperan aktif dalam mendukung penyebaran informasi dan pelayanan publik, seperti menyampaikan informasi kebijakan desa, menyebarkan program pemerintah, hingga memfasilitasi keluhan dan aspirasi warga. Efektivitas peran KIM masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat, keterbatasan akses jaringan di dusun-dusun tertentu, kurangnya keterlibatan anggota KIM, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan media digital. Pemerintah desa dan Dinas Kominfo telah memberikan dukungan melalui fasilitas teknologi dan pendampingan, namun pembinaan dan penguatan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat masih perlu ditingkatkan. Informasi dan berbagai kegiatan di desa pada umumnya hanya diketahui oleh perangkat desa, BPD, dan tokoh masyarakat. Namun, masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah dusun atau area yang jauh dari kantor desa seringkali tertinggal dalam mengakses informasi dari pemerintah desa maupun dari Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi ilmiah bagi mahasiswa, peneliti, maupun pihak-pihak yang memiliki ketertarikan terhadap isu serupa. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan penguatan bagi KIM dan pemerintah desa Lamatti Riaja dalam meningkatkan efektivitas penyebaran informasi dan kualitas pelayanan publik ke depannya.

Abstract

Clerodendrum minahassae Teijsm. and Binn plant is included in the Clerodendrum genus which contains chemicals such as alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, tannins and steroids which have an important role in the development of medicine, including as antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic and antibacterial. This study aims to determine the antioxidant activity of leilem leaf fractions using the DPPH method. Leilem leaves were extracted using the maceration method using 70% ethanol, then partitioned using the liquid-liquid extraction method using three different solvents, namely n-hexane, ethyl acetate and water. The fraction of the partition was then tested for antioxidant activity using the DPPH method and its absorbance was measured using a UV-VIS spectrophotometer with a wavelength of 515 nm. The research results showed that the n-hexane fraction had an IC50 value of 185.704 ppm, the ethyl acetate fraction had an IC50 value of 105.357 ppm and the water fraction had an IC50 value of 549.258 ppm with the IC50 value of the quarcetin comparison being 8.86 ppm. It can be concluded that the highest antioxidant activity is found in the ethyl acetate fraction, which is included in the moderate antioxidant category.

Abstract

A good quality of educational institutions is very important nowadays. Currently, there are many educational institutions that are not qualified by considering from grade of national education. It is still low. In addition, there are some basics schools, high and university that have not been accredited or achieved grade C. The lack of education institutions will lead to rising unemployment and crime. In addition, the nation's competitiveness will also be low in facing global competition. To improve good quality of educational institutions, it needs to work high and state a commitment together. The existence of a good quality of educational institutions can be seen from the improvement of culture, structure, access, systems and relationship with stakeholders. Management of human resources in educational institutions is also a key quality of the educational institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika pada materi pecahan pada siswa yang berkemampuan tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes pemahaman konsep matematika, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menentukan subjek, peneliti memilih 3 siswa berdasarkan hasil tes, yaitu 1 siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi, 1 siswa dengan kemampuan sedang dan 1 siswa dengan kemampuan rendah untuk diwawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi dari kelima indikator, ia mampu menyelesaikannya dengan baik dan tepat, namun ada sedikit kekurangan, yaitu ia belum mampu memberi non contoh pecahan yang senilai dari pecahan . Siswa dengan kemampuan sedang, ia mampu menyelesaikan kelima indikator dengan baik, namun belum maksimal. Dimana ia belum mampu menyatakan keterangan sebagai konsep dari gambar pecahan yang telah dibuat, serta jawabannya belum lengkap dalam mengurutkan pecahan dan memberi contoh dan non contoh pecahan senilai dari pecahan . Siswa dengan kemampuan rendah dari kelima indikator, ia hanya mampu menyelesaikan dua indikator, yaitu ia mampu menyajikan gambar pecahan tetapi belum mampu menyatakan ulang konsep dari gambar pecahan yang dibuat serta dalam mengurutkan pecahan, jawabannya terbalik dimana ia mengurutkan pecahan dari terbesar keterkecil.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational justice on work ethic, analyze the influence of organizational justice on employee performance, analyze the influence of work ethic on employee performance, and analyze the influence of organizational justice on employee performance through work ethic as an intervention. Method: This research design uses mixed methods, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The population in this study were honorary employees who worked at the Jember Regency Transportation Service, totaling 200 people and the sample size determined referring to the Slovin Formula was 133 respondents. Data processing in this research uses Variance-based SEM or Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Warp-PLS 7.0 SEM PLS program. Results: Research findings state that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational justice on work ethic. There is a positive but not significant influence of organizational justice on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of work ethic on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational justice on employee performance through work ethic as an intervening variable. Novelty: This research uses a model of factors that influence employee performance by involving organizational justice and work ethic (as an intervening).

Abstract

The Forum Komunikasi Pengembangan Makla (FKPM) is a cemetery management body that faces challenges in managing data from the Serikat Tolong Menolong (STM) and cemetery information services. The main problem lies in the limitations in delivering information and the slow adoption of information technology in the administration system. To overcome this, the Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Team (PKM) of the Potensi Utama University implemented the Pemberdayaan Berbasis Masyarakat (PBM) program through a participatory approach in three stages: socialization, training (workshops), and structured mentoring. All of these stages support the implementation of cloud-based digital information technology to improve service quality and data management efficiently. The implementation method includes needs analysis through site visits and interviews, design and development of web-based applications, system usage training, application trials, and periodic monitoring and evaluation. This activity also involves students in the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) scheme through internship programs relevant to information technology courses. The results of the program showed an increase in the knowledge of FKPM administrators by 96.17% and an increase in digital data management skills of up to 92.86%. The implementation of the cloud system accelerates the previously manual administrative process to be faster, more accurate, and more efficient, as well as increasing the openness of information to the public. This program has been published through accredited national journals and electronic media, and is expected to be a pilot model for the application of digital technology in similar public services in other regions.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are similar to the category of Small and medium enterprises (SMEs), but are usually used to refer to small and medium enterprises only, without including micro businesses. Community service carried out at UKM Driply Coffee, which provides types of drinks in the form of coffee and several other types of drinks besides, also providing food that can accompany customers when they come and sit down to relax either alone, with friends, colleagues, or with family. The research conducted looked at the process of its marketing system, which uses social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and also WhatsApp. The system is indeed seen by many customers, only the process for ordering and selecting menus and the payment process cannot all be seen in the display due to the limitations of the image display, from the presentation of these conditions this research was conducted for approximately 3 months, and will be designed and implemented an online-based application that uses a web program and a MySQL database. Customers can access remotely and can also make payments online, and delivery of drinks or food will be carried out according to the intended location. The convenience felt is not only for customers, but partners will also get convenience and be able to compete in the world of small and medium enterprises (UKM).

Abstract

Kain kapas merupakan kain yang terbuat dari serat alam yang masih masif digunakan karena memiliki beberapa kelebihan. Akan tetapi, kain kapas juga memiliki kekurangan yaitu adanya kemungkinan menjadi tempat berkembangnya bakteri. Hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan proses penyempurnaan antibakteri sehingga diperoleh kain yang memiliki ketahanan terhadap bakteri. Ekstrak daun bambu tali (Gigantochloa apus) dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai zat antibakteri karena mengandung senyawa fenol, alkaloid, dan flavonoid yang berpotensi untuk menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Penyempurnaan antibakteri dilakukan menggunakan larutan penyempurnaan yang terdiri dari ekstrak daun bambu tali, zat pengikat silang yang divariasikan yaitu asam sitrat dan binder GSL, dan katalis. Metode penyempurnaan yang digunakan yaitu metode pad-dry-cure dengan WPU sebesar 80% dan suhu pemanas-awetan yang divariasikan pada suhu 160°C dan 170°C. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada kain tersebut ialah pengujian aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri E. coli dan pengujian sifat fisika kain meliputi kekuatan tarik dan mulur kain dan kekuatan sobek kain metode Elmendorf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun bambu tali dengan zat pengikat silang asam sitrat yang diaplikasikan pada kain kapas memiliki aktivitas antibakteri yang cukup dengan diameter zona hambat yang terbentuk sebesar 6 mm. Selain itu, penyempurnaan antibakteri ini tidak menyebabkan perubahan sifat fisika kain (kekuatan tarik, mulur kain, dan kekuatan sobek) yang signifikan secara statistika.

Abstract

Indonesia has a very rich fisheries resources and potential both in the fresh waters, the coast, and sea water covering land diversity of fish and fisheries. One type of fresh water fish that has been cultivated is Tilapia. In Indonesia, Tilapia is economically valuable fish which has been cultivated by fish farmers in various areas. Seginim district in Southern Bengkulu is one region in Sumatera that produces cultivator of Tilapia. The objectives of this study were to 1) know the income of Tilapia farmers and 2) know the income distribution in the business of Tilapia. The determination of respondents in this research was taken from the business of Tilapia. The respondents were determined by using census method and the number of respondents were 54 people. The primary data was taken directly from the respondents by using interview method to the enterpreneuss, and by using questionaires. The secondary data was obtain from the Seginim district office and related literature.the analysis instrument used was the income analysis and income distribution of the business of Tilapia. The results of the study showed that the income of the business of Tilapia in Seginim district of Southern Bengkulu was Rp22,204,786.27 per farm per season. The part obtained by fish feed businessman was 45.17 percent; by fish seed businessman was 29.25 percent; by fish farmers was 19.22 percent; and by farm workers was 6.36 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan penempatan kerja terhadap semangat kerja melalui kompensasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Aso Muaro Bungo PT. Gudang Garam. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel Independen yaitu kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan penempatan kerja dan satu variabel semangat kerja serta kompensasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden yaitu karyawan Kantor Aso Muaro Bungo PT. Gudang Garam. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: a) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kompensasi, b) terdapat  pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kompensasi, c) tidak terdapat  pengaruh signifikan penempatan terhadap kompensasi, d) tidak pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap semangat kerja, e) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja, f) terdapat pengaruh signifikan penempatan terhadap semangat kerja, g) kompensasi tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap semangat kerja, f) kompensasi dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja, g) kompensasi tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh penempatan terhadap semangat kerja.
