Abstract

Based on the results of observations made at Stikes Syedza Saintika Padang, it was known that the implementation of e-learning is not smooth both in terms of personal, infrastructure, and implementation of the learning process used. The research objective was to determine the extent to which e-learning was applied on terms of context, input, process and product. The type of research used is descriptive evaluative with a quantitative-qualitative approach. The evaluation model used was the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) evaluation model. The research was conducted at Stikes Syedza Saintika Padang with 10 lecturer and 68 students as research respondents using purposive sampling. The results showed that the score obtained by the lecturer was in the medium category and reached a percentage of 71.2%, with details: (1) 65.5% context aspects, (2) 81.3% input aspects, (3) 66.3% process aspects, (4) 72.0% product aspects. While the scores obtained by students were included in the medium category and reached a percentage of 75.93%, with details: (1) 69.60% context aspects, (2) 79, 70% input aspects, (3) 79, 50% process aspects, (4) 74.90% of product aspects. The suggestions given by researchers, in using e-learning should be optimized from all personnel involved in the application of e-learning.

Abstract

There are three purposes of this research. First, describe the skills of producing lecture texts for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman before applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with Audio Visual Media Assistance. Second, describe the skills of producing lecture texts for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman after applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with Audio Visual Media Assistance. Third, analyze the effect of applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with Audio Visual Media Assistance on the skills of producing lecture texts for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman. This type of research is quantitative research. The research method applied is descriptive analysis method. The procedures of this research are: (1) pretest, (2) treatment, and (3) posttest. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman who were registered in the 2018/2019 school year as many as 258 students. The sample in this study were students of class XI IPA-5, totaling 30 students. Based on the results of data analysis found. First, the skills of producing lecture texts for class XI IPA-5 students of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman before the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with Audio Visual Media Assistance were in almost sufficient qualifications (55,57). Second, the skills of producing lecture texts for class XI IPA-5 students of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman after the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model Assisted by Audio Visual Media are in good qualifications (77.97). Third, there is an effect of applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model Assisted by Audio Visual Media on the skills of producing lecture texts for class XI IPA-5 students of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman after the t-test at level 0.95, obtained tcount > ttable or 5.68 > 1.70.

Abstract

This research aims at this research there are two things. First, to describe Islamic sharia values ​​in the album, there was still time for Ebiet G.Ade. Second, to describe the implications of the album, there is still time for Ebiet G Ade to study poetry texts. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used is descriptive method. The data sources of this research are Islamic sharia values ​​related to Islamic sharia values ​​in the album still exists when Ebiet G. Ade. The research instrument used in this study was the researcher himself. Data collection technique in this research is observation technique. There are three data analysis techniques, (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) data verification. There are two data validation techniques in this study, (1) extension of the observation period and (2) increasing accuracy in observations. The findings of the data in this study. First, the sharia value of moral science. Second, the sharia value of monotheism. Third, the sharia value of fiqh.

Abstract

This study examines Teacher Perceptions of the Freedom to Learn Policy, especially regarding the Simplification of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) at SMP Negeri 4 Lembang Jaya, Solok Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher’s perception of the Free Learning Policy regarding the Simplification of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) at SMP Negeri 4 Lembang Jaya, Solok Regency. In this research, there are 3 formulations of the problem, namely what is the teacher’s perception of the independent learning policy regarding simplification of lesson plans in SMP Negeri 4 Lembang Jaya, Solok Regency, and what are the obstacles faced by teachers in preparing lesson plans, and what are the solutions to these problems. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The results showed that teachers’ perceptions of the independent learning policy regarding simplification of lesson plans, namely that the existence of this policy of simplifying lesson plans really helped teachers in terms of administration which did not take much time in preparing lesson plans. Whatever the obstacles in the preparation of lesson plans that will be simplified, namely the lack of socialization and adequate skill abilities by teachers related to writing 1 sheet lesson plans and the different formats in writing lesson plans from the previous curriculum. The solution taken by the school to overcome these obstacles is to hold socialization about writing lesson plans and holding MGMPs every week for each subject teacher.

Abstract

State Civil Apparatus (ASN) are civil servants who must provide the best service to the community who need services. These ASN are required to be pioneers in order to be able to overcome problems in all fields. ASN must have high quality, dedication, and work ethic. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on ASN performance through work motivation at the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study were all Leaders of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) totaling 72 people. Saturated samples as a sampling technique. With descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis tests, this study was carried out. This study resulted in that transformational leadership style had an effect on work motivation. Transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on ASN performance. Employee work motivation had an impact on ASN performance at the Jember Regency Government OPD. Transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through work motivation..

Abstract

Performance is an important thing that must always be considered by every organizational implementer. Organizational leaders must strive so that employee performance must achieve targets in accordance with previously planned targets. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of competence on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable with  at a government-owned general hospital operating in the city of Bondowoso. Variables in this study is independent variable (competence) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The analysis used is descriptive analysis with 100 samples respondents. The results of the analysis show that competence and work motivation have a positive impact on employee performance. For the indirect effect of competence on performance through motivation, it also has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan alasan untuk menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya bagaimana Penerapan Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan media gambar berseri dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Teks Berita Siswa kelas VII SMPN 31 Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang didasarkan pada data alamiah yang berupa kata-kata dalam mendeskripsikan objek yang diteliti dan hasil wawancara dan observasi. Metode deskriptif dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui bagaimana Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan media gambar berseri dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Teks Berita Siswa kelas VII SMPN 31 Padang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti terhadap bagaimana penerapan model project based learning berbantuan media gambar berseri dalam pembelajaran menulis teks berita siswa kelas VII SMPN 31 Padang, sebagai berikut. Perencanaan PjBL berbantuan media gambar berseri sudah optimal dengan guru yang telah mempersiapkan topik, subtopik, modul, rubrik penilaian, lembar kerja, dan media pembelajaran, meskipun ada kendala fasilitas sumber belajar yang dapat diatasi dengan mencari alternatif di perpustakaan. Pelaksanaan PjBL berbantuan media gambar berseri berjalan sesuai rencana yang dilakukan oleh guru bahasa Indonesia, dengan bukti observasi dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa. Evaluasi pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa proses dan hasil menulis teks berita siswa berada pada kategori baik dan sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Project Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by serial picture media on news text writing skills of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 31 Padang. Specifically, this study describes the skills of writing news texts before and after the application of the PBL model and tests its effectiveness in improving students' abilities. The method used in this research is experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 32 students selected through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a news text writing skill test given before and after treatment. The results showed that there was a significant improvement in students' writing skills after the application of the PBL model assisted by serialized picture media. Before the treatment, the majority of students were in the moderate category in news text writing skills, while after the treatment, the results increased to the good category. The use of serial images proved to help students in organizing ideas and understanding the structure of news texts better. Thus, the PBL model assisted by serialized picture media can be used as an effective learning strategy in improving students' writing skills, especially in news texts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan validitas serta praktikalitas dalam mengembangkan E-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) menggunakan Liveworksheet dalam pembelajaran memahami teks deskripsi pada siswa kelas VII MTsN 6 Kota Padang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan aspek teoretis yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran teks deskripsi, model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL), serta desain dan implementasi Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik (E-LKPD). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE, yang terdiri atas lima tahapan yaitu Analyze (Analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi), dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Namun, penelitian ini dibatasi hingga tahap implementasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan E-LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan Liveworksheet dapat menjadi alternatif bahan ajar yang inovatif dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, terutama dalam meningkatkan keterampilan memahami teks deskripsi. E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas dan praktikalitas yang tinggi, berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli dan uji coba terbatas di MTsN 6 Kota Padang. E-LKPD ini dinilai valid dalam aspek isi, penyajian, kebahasaan, dan kegrafisan oleh validator. Selain itu, siswa merasa lebih termotivasi dan terbantu dalam memahami teks deskripsi dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Jahe merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman biofarmaka yang mempunyai kontribusi besar terhadap produksi hortikultura di Indonesia. Pasalnya jahe mengandung banyak khasiat yang baik untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh. Jahe ini memiliki manfaat beragam, karena selain sebagai bahan untuk rempah-rempah, jahe digunakan dimanfaatkan untuk kesehatan dengan memanfaatkan kandungan minyak atsiri. Kandungan dalam jahe dapat membantu dalam mengurangi nyeri dan sebagai anti inflamasi atau anti radang. Jahe juga mengandung olerasin seperti zingeron, gingerol dan shogaol yang juga dapat untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri sendi pada lansia. Biasanya para lansia ini mengalami penyakit sendi/rematik. Penyakit ini merupakan suatu penyakit inflamasi sistemik kronik pada sendi-sendi tubuh. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi manfaat tanaman herbal berupa jahe kepada masyarakat yang berusia lanjut di Dusun Krasak Desa Pancakarya Kecamatan Ajung Jember. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah berupa sosialisasi manfaat jahe bagi kesehatan. Hasil pengabdian menyatakan bahwa warga masyarakat sangat senang sekali dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi manfaat tanaman herbal berupa jahe ini kepada masyarakat.
