Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of 5335 articles published between 2013 and 2023, aimed at exploring the research landscape of aerobic gymnastics in school settings. The study aims to identify key research categories, publication trends, and geographic distribution of publications. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using data from the Dimensions database, focusing on peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and scholarly outputs related to aerobic gymnastics in school-based physical education. The analysis reveals a multidisciplinary approach, with key research categories including education, health sciences, and public health. Publication trends indicate a significant increase in publications, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating a growing interest in aerobic gymnastics as a flexible physical activity adaptable to various contexts, including remote learning. The United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia lead in publication productivity, while countries like Indonesia exhibit lower productivity, suggesting a need for increased research efforts and collaborations. The sources with the highest number of citations offer insights into the relationship between physical activity and health outcomes in relation to aerobic gymnastics. An analysis of co-authorship highlights the key researchers and collaborations that have made significant contributions to the field. This study emphasizes the importance of ongoing research and collaboration to gain a better understanding of the benefits and challenges of implementing aerobic gymnastics programs in schools. Suggestions for future research include longitudinal, comparative, intervention, and qualitative studies to enhance our understanding of the impact of aerobic gymnastics on education, health, and society.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Achieving precise kick accuracy and coordinated movements in futsal was essential for competitive success. This study aimed to evaluate the differences between various futsal training approaches that incorporated distinct coordination exercises involving manipulative movements, specifically assessing their impact on kick accuracy. A quasi-experimental design with a control group was employed, focusing on shooting skills within the futsal context. The population consisted of 70 members from the Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur (UMKT) futsal team, from which 40 players were purposively selected based on their participation duration of over six months and their tier status within the university's core teams. Participants were divided into two groups: one received static coordination training (control group), and the other underwent dynamic coordination training (experimental group), each comprising 20 players. The intervention spanned 18 sessions, including pre- and post-tests. Data were collected through a modified shooting kick test at the futsal goal, utilizing a point distribution system. Analysis revealed significant differences in kick performance between the two training methods, with dynamic coordination training yielding superior results (t-count = 3.010 > t-table = 2.024). These findings indicated that dynamic coordination exercises were more effective than static ones in enhancing futsal kick accuracy. Future research should have considered expanding the population and sample size to include amateur players, introducing additional variables and diverse training methodologies, extending training duration and frequency, conducting long-term evaluations, measuring shooting technique quality, and employing quantitative research methods. By addressing these suggestions, subsequent studies could contribute more comprehensively to the understanding of effective training strategies in futsal.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the implementation of health and sports physical education learning in schools. This research is research using the literature study or literature review method. To conduct this research, the researchers used various search engines such as ProQuest, PubMed, ResearchGate, SagePub, and Scholar to search for online research journals. In the field of school education, sports physical education plays an important role by offering students the opportunity to actively engage in systematic physical activity and share their learning experiences. These experiences aim to encourage physical growth, psychological development, and the adoption of a healthy and active lifestyle throughout one's life. The effectiveness of physical education and sports teaching can, among other things, be assessed through the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure reflects the quality of the educational experience, which ultimately leads to the successful achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

This article discusses the factors that cause injuries to soccer players through a literature review based on secondary data from various indexed journals. In general, the causes of injuries can be divided into external and internal factors. External factors include sports equipment (shoes, balls) and non-ideal field conditions, such as uneven, slippery, or muddy surfaces. Meanwhile, internal factors include body anatomy (such as leg length imbalance or foot deformity), technical errors (such as incorrect shooting techniques), decreased muscle strength, low fitness, and overuse injuries. Injuries most often occur in the ankle, either due to physical contact or non-contact. Physical condition factors such as power, speed, flexibility, and agility, as well as mastery of shooting techniques, have a significant correlation with the risk of injury. With this understanding, it is hoped that athletes can minimize injuries through more thorough preparation.
