Abstract

Face recognition using artificial intelligence has extensive usage. A facial image can be used as face-unlock on mobile devices, biometrics on attendance systems, and auto-tagging images on social media. However, the face is one of the most challenging objects to be modeled as it is affected by the age, lighting, location of image capture, orientation, pose, and expression. Face images can be decomposed to take out the main components (on low frequency) to be an identifier. The image decomposition process can be done using Wavelet transform. This study use Neural Probabilistic Network (PNN) method to classify the facial images based on Wavelet feature extraction. The aims of this study is to implement the PNN classification method and Wavelet feature extraction to build a facial image classification model. The wavelet decomposition levels used in the study are levels 2 to 6. Meanwhile, the K-Fold Cross Validation method is used to split the data into training data and test data. The total of facial images used is 800 images, consist of 40 individuals with 20 individual images per person. The facial image data was downloaded from the University of Essex, United Kingdom. This study showed that an enhancement accuracy along with the increased Wavelet decomposition levels from 2 to 5. The best accuracy was obtained using Wavelet decomposition level 5, which was 97.25%. Whereas on Wavelet decomposition level 6 the was an accuracy reduction of 1.88% to become 95.37%.

Abstract

Investigation of the soybeans disease motivates the need for a programmed detection system. Automated detection using a vision system and pattern recognition are implemented to detect the symptoms of nutrient diseases and also to classify the disease group. Research before the show that disease recognizing can be conducted with a classification such as Suppor Vector Machine. Reminding, one of the advantages of Support Vector Machine, is able to increase performance on generalization with choosing the exact kernel function, thus on this research would like to find out which kernel function appropriate to the classification problem on soybeans disease using two kinds of the kernel function, Radial Basis Function (RBF) and Linear. Based on the performance result conducted with soybeans dataset, both of them can work well on a classification problem. However, from both function kernel, Radial Basis Function (RBF) classify better than the other with an accuracy of 83% of correct classification

Abstract

The lack of skills of the development team is one factor the failure of software development project team. Interdependency based selection that is considered can increase the chances of team success does not consider skills in the calculation of total disruption of performance. Improvement total disruption of performance formula by adding skill variables can reduce the risk of project failure, in terms of the number of requirements that are delays and bugs/ errors

Abstract

Testing is a process of implementing a program with the aim of finding an error. A good test case is one of the tests that have the possibility of finding an undisclosed error. One of the existing types of testing is the Concolic Unit Testing Engine. In this research, testing is applied using the Jcute tool, which is a tool to systematically and automatically test sequential C programs (including instructions) and Java programs together. This test is carried out on the search function of an element of data in the Binary Search Search Algorithm. However, to check whether concolic testing can detect bugs in the software practically through case studies. This research describes a case study of the application of a test tool to a Java application. Through this research, we tested the path coverage and Branches Covered. We can also find out the details of total branches covered; total functions invoked, percentage of branches covered and the number of iterations. JCUTE can also find an interleaving of two sequences or circuits that results in an infinite loop.

Abstract

Knowledge for culture is a concept of using information and communication technology to increase usability in the field of culture, especially in managing, documenting, disseminating information and knowledge of cultural arts, especially Sundanese cultural arts, namely the art of jaipong dance. For the art of jaipong dance to be maintained, it is necessary to manage information and knowledge that utilizes the sophistication of information and communication technology towards the noble values ​​of jaipong dance. In that way, the art of jaipong dance can be passed on to each generation to maintain culture as self-identity and show the existence of Sundanese culture in the eyes of the national and even the world. Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) is a solution that can be used to preserve the art of jaipong dance in Indonesia by managing existing knowledge about various things about the art of jaipong dance. The research method uses an integrated knowledge system management cycle. There are three main stages: knowledge capture and/or creation, knowledge sharing and dissemination, and knowledge acquisition and application. Meanwhile, for the formation of knowledge used in this study, the SECI Nonaka model was used. KMS itself can benefit experts, organizations, and the general public. It becomes learning material for every generation. The process of transferring information and knowledge about the movements in the Jaipong dance what musical instruments are used in performances, fashion, and make-up can run. properly and can preserve the art of jaipong dance, which is one of the characteristics of dance in Indonesia.

Abstract

The high Increas business competition makes many organizations in any field to be able to run their business more quickly and effectively to achieve business goals. Business processes are a series of activities carried out by organizations to achieve organizational goals, in manufacturing companies the procurement business process is one of the main business processes of the organization. Therefore, in this study, an analysis of the procurement business process was carried out and then designed a more optimal targeting business process engineering for the organization. Business process engineering is carried out by analyzing business processes using the valued added analysis, flow analysis and simulation methods. The results of business process engineering show that targeting business processes that are prepared are better in terms of time and costs compared to existing business processes.

Abstract

This study develops a web-based digital library application in Desa Tugu Utara using the Laravel framework. The main problem is the inability of the Desa Tugu utara library system to efficiently and modernly manage and provide information. This application provides features such as digital books, online book borrowing and returning, book searching and filtering, interactive education in the form of quizzes, and library management that facilitates admin tasks. The development follows the waterfall method, including Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation, and Integration and System Testing. Requirements Definition analysis identified 22 main functional requirements. System design uses UML diagrams, such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The UI/UX design was created with Figma for easy layout and navigation. System testing with blackbox, integration testing, and validation testing ensures all components function well and meet user needs. System Usability Scale (SUS) testing shows excellent usability with an average score of 85.20. Overall, this application achieves the research objectives and shows significant potential in digital library management in Desa Tugu Utara.

Abstract

Abstract:  The rapid development of digital technology is accompanied by cybersecurity risks, particularly for teenagers who lack digital literacy. This community service activity aims to increase the digital security awareness and skills of the foster children at the Al Hasanat Yatim Piatu Orphanage. The method used was a participatory approach consisting of three stages: presentation, live demonstration, and practice. The training covered material on digital threats such as phishing and malware, the importance of strong passwords, and social media ethics. The results of the activity showed positive response from the participants. They became more aware of the importance of maintaining privacy and personal data security, and expressed a desire to apply the knowledge gained in their daily digital activities.Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat diiringi dengan risiko keamanan siber, terutama bagi remaja yang kurang memiliki literasi digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan keamanan digital anak asuh di Panti Asuhan Yatim Piatu Al Hasanat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif yang terdiri dari tiga tahap: presentasi, demonstrasi langsung, dan latihan. Pelatihan ini mencakup materi mengenai ancaman digital seperti phishing dan malware, pentingnya kata sandi yang kuat, serta etika bermedia sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respons yang positif dari para peserta. Mereka menjadi lebih sadar akan pentingnya menjaga privasi dan keamanan data pribadi, serta berkeinginan untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang didapat dalam aktivitas digital sehari-hari

Abstract

Perpustakaan adalah sebuah tempat atau ruang yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pencari referensi buku untuk dibaca ditempat ataupun dipinjam. Pada SMP Negeri 40 Satap Langkeang yang berada di Kabupaten Maros Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, terdapat sebuah perpustakan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Namun dengan meningkatnya fungsionalitas penggunaan perpustakaan SMP Negeri 40 Satap Langkeang, maka perpustakaan dengan sistem manual sudah tentu sangat tidak efisien. Maka dari permasalahan tersebut diusulkanlah adanya perubahan sistem manual menjadi sistem yang yang baru, melalui penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Aplikasi Perpustakaan Digital (Digital Library) SMP Negeri 40 Satap Langkeang. Dengan menggunakan metode pembangunan waterfall yang terbagi atas empat tahap yaitu : Problem Identification, Requirement Analysis, System Design, Implementation dan Testing. Adapun perangkat lunak untuk perancangan dan implementasi program menggunakan xampp sebagai webserver, MySqL sebagai database dan PHP. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, studi literatur, dan metode wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Aplikasi Digital Library berbasis web dengan tampilan user interface yang sudah bisa digunakan untuk mencari, membaca, melihat, dan meminjam buku referensi, bahan ajar, dan karya ilmiah guru SMPN 40 Satap Langkeang dengan 3 pemberian hak akses untuk admin, anggota dan tamu.

Abstract

Lokasi Desa Ekowisata Ciwaluh yang tersembunyi di balik Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus MNC Group menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam menarik minat wisatawan. Keterbatasan akses, infrastruktur, dan fasilitas turut menghambat pengembangan kawasan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis posisi bisnis Ekowisata Ciwaluh dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat menggunakan matriks Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Matriks ini menilai posisi usaha melalui indikator pertumbuhan pasar dan pangsa pasar relatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, tingkat pertumbuhan pasar mencapai 12,81% dan pangsa pasar relatif sebesar 1,82, menempatkan Ciwaluh pada posisi 'Stars'. Pada posisi ini, diperlukan dukungan dari kebijakan pemerintah, pembangunan akses, ketertarikan investor, serta penyediaan infrastruktur yang memadai. Selain itu, penerapan sistem pemasaran berbasis digital menjadi penting untuk meningkatkan visibilitas destinasi ini di mata calon wisatawan.
