Abstract

The purposes of the article were to describe (1 ) good manners principle those are utilized in Talkshow “Neo Democrazy” at Metro TV , (2 ) converse strategies those are utilized in Talkshow “Neo Democrazy” at Metro TV.  This observational data is lingual dialogue record on Talkshow “Neo Democrazy” at Metro TV. Gathered data by utilized is tech learn, tech records and tech note. Observational finding can conclude following things. First, good manners principle that is utilized in Talkshow “Neo Democrazy” at Metro TV is maksim praise, maksim is humility, maksim is deal, maksim is sympathy, and maksim is generosity. Both of, converse strategy that is utilized in Talkshow “Neo Democrazy” at Metro TV is this as follows: frank converse strategy with positive good manners platitude and converse strategy speaks mind with negative good manners platitude. Relevant with research, recommended that maksim maksim's elect good manners gets language in hands down about television used by event filler so discourse it decent so person that is criticized, or is spoken not perceives to be pertained or anger with discourse that announced by comunicator.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility and ability of learners to the instruments developed. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Pematangsiantarcarriedin the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The type of research used is R & D (Reaserch and Development) using 3D models. The study was conducted on students who have studied static electricity materials. The samples used in this study were 36 students from Class XII-IPA 3 taken byrandom sampling. Data collection techniques in this study is by way of interviews, tests, and provide a response questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the person correlation equation with diagnostic tests. The results of this study is a test instrument to measure the ability of students in SMA Negeri 6 Pematangsiantar on static electricity as many as 20 items of diagnostic questionsthree tier multiple choice. The item is already valid measured by the estimated product moment, has a high level of reliability with a value of 0.712, the difficulty level of the item is good. The results of the analysis of the problem items and the analysis of the ability of students showed that the test instruments used are effective in measuring the ability of students in SMA Negeri 6 Pematangsiantar on static electricity.

Abstract

Dalam melakukan transformasi re-engineering bisnis proses, tim memerlukan monitoring terhadap setiap project yang telah dikerjakan/ sedang dikerjakan. Saat ini, monitoring yang dilakukan oleh tim masih manual menggunakan google sheet dan google slide/Microsoft Power Point. Penulisan ini menggunakan metodologi pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi serta studi literatur. Dalam pengembangan sistem menggunakan model RAD (Rapid Application Development ), dimana model ini merupakan pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan untuk proyek skala kecil dengan waktu yang lebih singkat, penilitian dilakukan dengan model UML. Hasil dari Model Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk rancang bangun sistem informasi monitoring project pada branch business process re-engineering (BBPR) team yaitu sistem dapat menghasilkan informasi rincian project, data project dalam bentuk bar chart (diagram batang), yang melibatkan stream/divisi, nama inisiatif, target waktu end state, persentase end state, status pace, waktu status pace, persentase end state, dan total persentase end state (rata-rata) yang telah dikerjakan secara tepat, dan efisien

Abstract

Baguk Island is one of several islands in the Aceh Singkil Regency. This water area is included in a coastal ecosystem widely used for various human activities, such as sea transportation routes; these activities can increase domestic and anthropogenic waste, including microplastics. The study aimed to determine the type and amount of microplastic content in coral groupers (Cephalopholis miniata) and Brown-marbled grouper (Epinephelus fuscogattatus), fish often consumed by the community. This research was conducted in August-November 2023 in the tangkahan of Baguk Island village using quantitative methods where data collection was carried out through field surveys and laboratory experiments based on the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) method but with several differences, namely the number of samples and the addition of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution. The results of the identification of this study found as many as three types of microplastics in coral grouper fish, namely fragment, film and fiber types and four types of microplastics in Brown-marbled grouper fish with fragment, film, fiber and granule types

Abstract

Makroalga merupakan salah satu sumber daya hayati yang sangat potensial untuk di kembangkan dan tersebar di wilayah perairan Indonesia terutama di daerah pesisir intertidal dan pulau-pulau karang. Makroalga atau “seaweed” mempunyai fungsi dan memiliki peranan penting baik dari segi biologis, ekologis maupun ekonomis. Dari segi ekonomi, makroalga sebagai produk alam merupakan komoditi yang sangat baik untuk di kembangkan mengingat kandungan kimia yang di milikinya. Makroalga di manfaatkan secara luas baik dalam bentuk raw material (material mentah) seluruh bagian tumbuhan maupun dalam bentuk olahan. Ada 11 spesies makroalga yang terdapat pada perairan Lhok Bubon, Aceh Barat yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai potensi perekonomian. Keanekaragaman termasuk dalam kategori sedang, sehingga harus ada keseimbangan antara pemanfaatan dan pelestarian. Berbagai jenis upaya pengelolaan ekonomi biru bagi masyarakat diantaranya sebagai bahan baku makanan, senyawa alginat bagi industri, biodiesel, pupuk organik serta bahan pengganti plastik.

Abstract

Tropical marine environments are abundant and diverse; therefore, shark and ray research at fishing port PPS Lampulo, Banda Aceh City was carried out focusing on morphometric characteristics and differences based on multivariate analysis in July 2020 to identify sharks and rays that landed at fishing port PPS Lampulo, Banda Aceh City and determine their primary characteristics. The shark and ray samples used were from the Indian Ocean and the Malacca Strait and measured total length (TL), fork length (FL), and standard length (SL) for sharks and disc width (DW), TL, and disc length (DL) for rays. Principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis (DA) were performed on the morphometric data. The PCA analysis revealed that sharks and rays caught in Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Lampulo, Banda Aceh City, can be divided into two distinct groups. The first group of sharks consists of species with large FL and SL morphometrics, namely P. kamoharai, C. plumbeus, P. glauca, and A. superciliosus. The second group of sharks consists of species with large TL morphometrics, specifically A. pelagicus and C. plumbeus. For the ray group, the first group comprises species with large TL and DW morphometrics, represented by A. ocellatus. The second group of rays consists of species with large DL morphometrics, namely P. sephen and H. jenkinsii. The results of DA revealed distinct differences in the size of sharks caught in the Indian Ocean and the Strait of Malacca, specifically in PPS Lampulo, Banda Aceh City. However, no significant differences in size were observed for the rays, regardless of whether their size was measured using DW, TL, or DL.

Abstract

Ikan tongkol (Euthynnus sp.) merupakan salah satu jenis hasil tangkapan yang didaratkan di perairan Simeulue. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui, hubungan panjang dan berat dan parameter pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai Juni 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ikan tongkol yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan panjang dan berat ikan tongkol selama penelitian diproleh nilai a dan b masing-masing sebesar 18,72 dan 0,8051. Hubungan panjang berat menunjukka nilai persamaan W = 18,72SL0,8051 yang bersifat allometrik negatif dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,6591. Nilai faktor kondisi <1 termasuk dalam kategori pipih atau tidak gemuk (0,994 - 1,020). Parameter pertumbuhan ikan tongkol memiliki nilai L∞ = 91,9 cm, K = 0,02 pertahun, dan t0 = 0,62 tahun. Parameter pertumbuhan dipengaruhi oleh umur dan kesehatan ikan.

Abstract

The ability to adaptation  and change the behavior of fish is a physiological response that occurs naturally in fish in waters which is strongly influenced by aquatic environmental factors.   This research aimed to the  test  of adaptability and behavioral changed of fish as a resulted  of physiological responsed  to the changed in salinity. This research was carried out in March 2023 at the Environmental Productivity Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Teuku Umar University. The research procedure was carried out by inserting 5 test animals (catfish and goldfish) into an aquarium filled with 10 liters of water. Table salt was added to each aquarium with salinity treatment, namely 5 ppt and 10 ppt gradually over 7 days. Based on the research resulted, it showed that catfish and goldfish had different responses to physiological and behavioral adaptations with different salinity treatments (5 ppt and 10 ppt). Giving 5 ppt salinity to the test animals (catfish and goldfish) the operculum movement at 20 minutes still looked normal, the operculum movement began to slowed down as time increasing to  25 minutes and further slowed down at 30 minutes. Treated with 10 ppt salinity in the test animals ( catfish and goldfish) showed unusual changes in physiological behavior with high leveled of stress. In the 5 ppt and 10 ppt treated  with added salinity on the second to seventh day the catfish experienced mortality with a survival rated of 60%, while in the 5 ppt and 10 ppt treated  with added salinity the goldfish on the first to the seventh day experienced mortality with a survival rated of 0%.

Abstract

Aplikasi SatuSehat merupakan hasil pengembangan dan transformasi dari Peduli Lindungi yang dilakukan oleh KEMENKES (kementerian kesehatan) dengan tujuan untuk mencatat data kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan berubahnya aplikasi Peduli Lindungi menjadi SatuSehat, beragam ulasan di layangkan oleh pengguna aplikasi ini di PlayStore. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan dan mengoptimasikan Feature Selection pada Text Mining untuk mendapatkan hasil yang paling optimal dari kedua fitur tersebut. 2000 data set didapatkan dengan metode Scrapping pada ulasan PlayStore. Lalu data tersebut diterapkan metode SMOTE dan Pre-Processing dengan Feature Selection, Stemming dan Stopword sehingga kedua fitur dapat dibandingkan dan dicari hasil yang optimal. Hasil penelitian ini maka bisa diperoleh hasil saat menggunakan Feature Selection steaming hasilnya akurasinya mendapatkan 93,43% dan presisi mendapatkan 88,42% sedangkan saat menggunakan feature selection stopword hasil yang didapatkan adalah nilai akurasinya mendapatkan 89,19% dan presisi mendapatkan 82,23%, dan jika menggunkan stopword dan stemming dilakukan secara bersamaan maka hasilnya nilai akurasinya mendapatkan 92,56% dan presisi mendapatkan 95,46%. Dan hasil teroptimal diperoleh paling optimal saat menggunakan stemming dan stopword digunakan secara bersamaan.
