Abstract

Citizens are a group of people who stay in a certain place or region that is recorded in the area by the chief of citizens responsible for that region. At this time, recording of new resident?s data has not been carried out properly because there are some citizens who are lazy to report to their chief and some citizens suddenly move to other places without permission or prior intimation to their chief. Due to this, some residents find it difficult to make a new letter of residency. The purpose of this activity to help new residents in making a new letter of residency. Our implementation method of this activity is to study the location Perumahan Ciptaland, interview the residents of Perumahan Ciptaland with a group discussion, followed by a literature study, and collect the resident?s data. This activity of Sephora is very helpful to the new residents of Perumahan Ciptaland for making a new letter of residency and also to help the chief of residents to collect new data on the new residents. This activity had a positive effect on Ciptaland residents; they no longer feel difficult again to make a new letter of residency with their chief.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mendorong peningkatan aktivitas pembelian dan penjualan online, termasuk penerapan opsi pembayaran Cash on Delivery (COD). Teknik ini menyederhanakan proses bagi pelanggan yang ingin memverifikasi pembelian mereka sebelum membayar. Namun demikian, transaksi Cash on Delivery menghadirkan banyak kendala hukum baik bagi pelanggan maupun bisnis. Konsumen seringkali menghadapi risiko seperti kerusakan produk, penipuan, atau tidak sesuai dengan deskripsi. Di sisi lain, dunia usaha menghadapi kendala seperti pembayaran yang tidak pasti, kerugian akibat kerusakan atau kehilangan barang dalam perjalanan, dan kemungkinan konflik dengan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen dan pelaku usaha dalam bertransaksi COD, melalui peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 80 Tahun 2019 tentang Sistem Perdagangan Elektronik. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi kedua belah pihak telah ditetapkan, namun masih terdapat tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya, termasuk kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dan kurangnya pemantauan terhadap badan usaha dan platform online. Kajian ini menawarkan saran untuk meningkatkan perlindungan hukum dan menciptakan lingkungan transaksi yang aman, adil, dan dapat diandalkan bagi pemerintah, badan usaha, dan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies implemented by Luminous Floral, a florist business that has been operating since January 2024. Amidst the increasingly competitive florist industry, this research evaluates the effectiveness of digital marketing and experiential marketing approaches in building customer loyalty. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through customer feedback, direct observation, and social media analysis. The CRM framework used encompasses three key aspects: customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer expansion. The findings are expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of personal, responsive, and digital customer relationship management in enhancing brand awareness and customer loyalty, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the florist sector. These insights may also serve as a practical reference for MSME practitioners in designing adaptive and customer-oriented marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve fine motor skills in children with autism in grade I of SDLB (Special Needs Elementary School) through creative origami media. The study involved 3 students with autism in grade I of SDLB at SLBN 2 Kota Jambi. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The success indicators observed include hand-eye coordination, folding precision, finger strength, and students' independence in doing origami. The data were analyzed descriptively through tables and graphs per session. The research action subjects were grade 1 SDLB teachers teaching students with autism, and the impact subjects were 3 students with autism in grade 1 SDLB whose progress was measured. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The indicators of success include improvements in teachers' skills in designing and implementing origami activities, as well as their impact on students' development and fine motor skills progress. The research results show a significant increase in fine motor skills, where the initial average score of 1 with the category 'Not Yet Able, Needs Full Assistance' increased to 3 with the category 'Able with Verbal/Sign Assistance' and up to 4 at the end of the cycle with the category 'Independent and Neat,' achieving ≥80% in all observed indicators.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated and modern technology, especially in the industrial field, both machine tools, power plants and metallurgy play an important role in the industrial world. As is the case for machine tools used in the machining process, including lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, scrap machines, grinding, and others. The lathe process is the process of forming a material by removing some of the material in the form of a snarl due to the relative motion of the tool to the workpiece, where the workpiece is rotated on the spindle and the chisel is delivered to the workpiece in a translational manner. The quality of the turning results, especially on the surface, is strongly influenced by three parameters, namely spindle speed (Speed), feed motion (feed), and depth of cut (Depth of Cut). As for other factors that support the quality of the turning results, including the workpiece, the type of chisel used and the cooling media actually have a significant influence, the cooling medium used is Oil, Dromus and Vegetable Oil, the chisel used by HSS and the depth of cutting (F) 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm. The percentage of the effect of variations in cooling media on the surface roughness of SS-400 steel in the turning process is as follows: Oil = 75% Dromus = 64% Vegetable Oil = 70% It can be seen from the above percentage that for now the cooling medium Oil is the most influential cooling medium. And better than Dromus and Vegetable Oil cooling media against roughness in the turning process.
