Abstract

All this time, government institutions are still overshadowed by stigma, the poor performance of civil servants. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the influence of performance factors, including motivation, competence and organizational culture. This study uses a quantitative approach, causal associative research methods, descriptive and inferential analysis. The total population is 50 respondents, the sample technique used in the census and the analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that motivation, competence and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on performance

Abstract

For employees, carrying out duties properly is an obligation. But in practice, maintaining work performance and productivity is not easy. Therefore, factors that strengthen morale are needed, including a good compensation system, a comfortable working environment, and getting support from the leadership. In fact, this study will analyze these three factors, in order to determine the level of employee motivation. For this reason, a quantitative approach is determined, in order to obtain a statistical picture of the level of employee morale. In testing, multiple regression techniques are used. The research subjects were employees of PT Panin Bank, with a sample size of 52. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The results suggest that compensation is the factor that is considered the most influential on morale. This finding confirms that an employee will work better if his main goals are met. In a work context, the main goal of employees is compensation. It can be concluded, compensation can be used as an organizational strategy in directing and controlling employees so that they work in accordance with the interests of the company. Abstract

Functionally, teachers are the foundation for educational institutions, so good teacher performance indicates good school quality. Therefore, it is important to place teachers as potential resources, which in practice, schools are present as a forum for empowering and improving the quality of teachers, both in terms of knowledge, teaching competence, and personality. In fact, this study pays special attention to the phenomenon of teacher performance in terms of the principal's leadership role and work motivation. The research was conducted at one of the Islamic-based formal education institutions, namely SMK Al Amanah Al Bantani, South Tangerang. While the research subjects were teachers, totaling 52 people. In practice, this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires as research instruments, while the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results of statistical tests conclude that teacher performance is a good behavior in teaching science and educating students, where teacher performance will increase as the motivation and leadership role of the principal increases. In fact, the results of the simultaneous test show that the most effective model for improving teacher performance is work motivation, especially enthusiasm in educating students to excel (success). This finding suggests that teachers have a strong intention to provide quality education. Then the school should be Al Amanah Al Bantani Vocational School can maximize this potential in order to achieve the goals of the institution.

Abstract

Getting lots of customers is proof of good service. This was obtained from hard work, good service without stopping, hospitality in every service, smile at all times, perseverance and team solidity. That's all called performance. On this occasion, will be sought out matters relating to efforts to improve performance. The object of research is the BCA Bank Syariah Mangga Dua. The research method uses quantitative and regression analysis. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires, which are closed with a Likert scale. That can be stated, discipline is a factor that maintains proper work behavior so that it focuses on performance. While motivation is a machine that spurs performance. Abstract

Abstrak Marketplace merupakan solusi yang tercipta dari pesatnya perkembagan teknologi informasi dan internet yang menggempur industri perdagangan. Dalam marketplace tersebut setiap pelaku usaha dapat menampilkan produknya untuk diperjualkan tanpa perlu repot membangun sistem. Adanya marketplace tersebut sangat menguntungkan para pelaku usaha, terutama usaha kecil dan menengah. Marketplace mempermudah pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah tersebut dalam melakukan operasional. Dengan adanya pasar virtual tersebut maka para pelaku usaha hanya perlu memberikan informasi selengkap - lengkap nya tentang produk yang mereka jual di marketplace seperti informasi produk, harga, pengiriman dan lain – lainnya. Media sosial dan marketplace telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan siswa SMK An Nashihin. Meskipun siswa aktif menggunakan media sosial, pemanfaatan marketplace untuk tujuan bisnis belum optimal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan, integrasi kurikulum yang belum maksimal, kendala infrastruktur, dan kekhawatiran akan keamanan dan privasi, juga diidentifikasi. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup pelatihan keterampilan, integrasi kurikulum, peningkatan infrastruktur, penegakan kebijakan keamanan, dan kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal. Metode pelaksanaan akan melibatkan identifikasi kebutuhan dan tujuan, pengembangan materi pembelajaran, pelatihan bagi mitra sekolah, penerapan praktik bisnis online, dan penguatan kolaborasi dengan stakeholder. Ringkasan ini memberikan gambaran lengkap tentang strategi yang akan dilakukan untuk memperbaiki pemanfaatan media sosial dan marketplace bagi siswa SMK An Nashihin Kata Kunci: Media; Sosial; Marketplace Abstract Marketplace is a solution created by the rapid development of information technology and the internet which is taking the trading industry by storm. In this marketplace, every business actor can display their products for sale without having to bother building a system. The existence of this marketplace is very beneficial for business actors, especially small and medium businesses. Marketplace makes it easier for small and medium businesses to carry out operations. With this virtual market, business actors only need to provide complete information about the products they sell on the marketplace, such as product information, price, delivery and so on. Social media and marketplaces have become an inseparable part of the lives of An Nashihin Vocational School students. Even though students actively use social media, the use of marketplaces for business purposes is not optimal. Problems faced by partners, such as limited knowledge, incomplete curriculum integration, infrastructure constraints, and concerns about security and privacy, were also identified. The proposed solutions include skills training, curriculum integration, infrastructure improvements, security policy enforcement, and collaboration with external parties. Implementation methods will involve identifying needs and goals, developing learning materials, training for school partners, implementing online business practices, and strengthening collaboration with stakeholders. Abstract

In the context of the expanding economy in Indonesia, the management of companies faces increased competition, necessitating effective strategies to stay competitive. Financial reports play a crucial role in evaluating a company's performance and aiding decision-making processes for both management and investors. Among the essential elements used to assess management performance in financial statements is profit, presented in the profit/loss statement. This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the effect of firm size and financial performance, proxied by profitability and leverage, on earnings management in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2016-2021. The research adopts a quantitative approach and utilizes secondary data from the selected mining companies. The population comprises mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the sample is obtained through purposive sampling, resulting in 66 data points from 11 companies over a 6-year period. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression, descriptive statistical tests, panel data regression model analysis, Common Effect Model selection test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear testing using Eviews version 11 for data processing. The research findings indicate that when considered together, Company Size and Financial Performance, represented by Profitability and Leverage, have a significant impact on Earnings Management. Specifically, Financial Performance, proxied by Profitability, is found to exert a notable effect on Earnings Management. However, the study reveals that Firm Size and Financial Performance, proxied by Leverage, do not significantly influence Earnings Management.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Meningkatkan pendapatan dengan pengolahan sampah Pada Bank Sampah Asri Berseri, Pamulang” bertujuan untuk membantu pengurus Bank Sampah dalam mengelola pembukuan Bank Sampah dan membantu menyelesaikan persoalan pembukuan bank sampah seperti yang dihadapi saat ini, di antaranya laporan pembelian kepada nasabah bank sampah, laporan penjualan kepada pengepul, laporan bagi hasil penjualan bank sampah, laporan penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana serta membuat laporan keuangan sederhana bank sampah sebagai pertanggungjawaban pengurus bank sampah terhadap masyarakat. PKM melibatkan para pengajar dan narasumber Dosen-dosen Program Studi S1 Akuntansi dari Universitas Pamulang. Hasil Pelaksanaan PKM yang dilakukan tanggal 26 s.d. 28 Mei 2022 adalah menambah ilmu dan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan sampah plastik, khususnya mengenai peningkatan pendapatan dengan pengelolaan sampah. Respon para peserta sangat baik dan senang karena sangat terbantu dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik yang disampaikan. Kegiatan PKM ini kedepannya agar dilakukan secara berkesinambungan sehingga, para peserta senantiasa mendapatkan bimbingan dalam pengelolaan bank sampah, karena hal tersebut dapat memberikan nilai ekonomis tinggi, sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Pemanfaatan Media Sosial dan Marketplace untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan pada Yayasan Al Kamilah” bertujuan untuk membantu memberi [pengatahuan mengenai pemanfaatan social media dan marketplace untuk menambah pendapatan dan perluas usaha. PKM melibatkan para pengajar dan narasumber Dosen-dosen Program Studi S1 Akuntansi dari Universitas Pamulang. Hasil Pelaksanaan PKM yang dilakukan tanggal 6 November 2022 adalah menambah ilmu dan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan pemanfaatan social media dan marketplace Respon para peserta sangat baik dan senang karena sangat terbantu dalam pemanfaatan social media dan marketplace yang disampaikan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intensitas aset tetap dan komisaris independen terhadap manajemen pajak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan pada sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 13 perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023 dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dari setiap perusahaan yang telah dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode regresi data panel digunakan sebagai metodologi penelitian pada penelitian ini. Analisa hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak EViews 13. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang terbaik adalah Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Intensitas Aset Tetap secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen Pajak, Komisaris Independen secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen Pajak, serta secara simultan Intensitas Aset Tetap dan Komisaris Independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen Pajak.
