Abstract

Functionally, teachers are the foundation for educational institutions, so good teacher performance indicates good school quality. Therefore, it is important to place teachers as potential resources, which in practice, schools are present as a forum for empowering and improving the quality of teachers, both in terms of knowledge, teaching competence, and personality. In fact, this study pays special attention to the phenomenon of teacher performance in terms of the principal's leadership role and work motivation. The research was conducted at one of the Islamic-based formal education institutions, namely SMK Al Amanah Al Bantani, South Tangerang. While the research subjects were teachers, totaling 52 people. In practice, this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires as research instruments, while the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results of statistical tests conclude that teacher performance is a good behavior in teaching science and educating students, where teacher performance will increase as the motivation and leadership role of the principal increases. In fact, the results of the simultaneous test show that the most effective model for improving teacher performance is work motivation, especially enthusiasm in educating students to excel (success). This finding suggests that teachers have a strong intention to provide quality education. Then the school should be Al Amanah Al Bantani Vocational School can maximize this potential in order to achieve the goals of the institution.

Abstract

The Accounting and Taxation training that has been provided is expected to provide education to these students. Accounting and taxation are important subjects for them because some of these students attend SMK majoring in Accounting. The training includes an introduction to accounting such as making journals and other bookkeeping, as well as tax training including an introduction to the types of taxes and how to calculate taxes and report tax obligations. The purpose of this study was to describe the participants' satisfaction with (1) evaluation of the training on the level of satisfaction of participants (X1), (2) the level of graduation of the trainees (X2), (3) changes in the behaviour of participants after the training (X3). This research is quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. Measuring the level of satisfaction of participants using a 5-scale questionnaire with respondents totalling 67 participants in accounting and taxation training at the Nurul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, Tangerang Selatan Banten. The analysis tool uses descriptive. The results of this study indicate that accounting and taxation training has an influence on the development of knowledge and value of accounting and tax reports for students who attend SMK majoring in Accounting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the obstacles to the implementation of digital information technology in Rural Credit Banks (BPR) and Sharia Rural Credit Banks (BPRS) within the framework of legal protection for customers in the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. Using a normative and empirical legal approach, this study combines banking regulation analysis with field findings through interviews and observations at several BPR/BPRS in the Jabodetabek, Banten, and West Java regions. The research findings indicate that the main obstacles lie in the limitations of core capital as per POJK, low digital literacy among customers, limited human resources in technology, inadequate digital infrastructure, insufficient incentives and strategic partnerships, and high vigilance toward legal risks and data breaches. This study concludes that the success of BPR/BPRS digitalization requires not only internal readiness but also affirmative support from regulators and inclusive strategies to improve digital literacy and data security. The implications of these findings highlight the need for differentiated policies and special incentives for microfinance institutions to prevent them from being left behind in the national digital transformation.
