Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari usahatani sawi di Dusun Taman Arum Desa Sumber Sari Kecamatan Loa Kulu Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Taman Arum Desa Sumber Sari Kecamatan Loa Kulu Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, dimulai sejak September 2015 sampai Februari 2016. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan R/C Ratio.Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui total pendapatan untuk tanaman sawi sebesar Rp 14.958.161 atau rata rata sebesar 2.493.027 per responden. Berdasarkan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,7 maka usahatani sawi ini layak untuk diusahakan karena telah memberikan keuntungan. Usahatani sawi ini telah mencapai titik impas baik dalam jumlah produk yang dihasilkan maupun harga jual produknya. BEP produk sawi adalah 820,81 ikat per periode panen sedangkan saat ini rata-rata perperiode panen adalah 2413 ikat per petani. BEP harga adalah Rp 1.336,- dimana saat ini sawi yang dihasilkan sudah dijual dengan harga rata-rata Rp 2.292.Kata kunci : Pendapatan, sawi

Abstract

Karet merupakan komoditi unggulan Indonesia yang merupakan penyumbang devisa yang cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan, keuntungan dan kelayakan usaha pengolahan lateks karet pada PT. Budiduta Agromakmur Kecamatan Loa Kulu Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan total produksi pada tahun 2012 sebesar 756.558 kg, maka penerimaan yang diperoleh adalah sebesar Rp 18.913.975.000,-. Sedangkan pendapatan yang diperoleh dengan total biaya sebesar 7.808.128.890,- adalah Rp 11. 105.821.110,-. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 2,42 sehingga berdasarkan kriteria apabila R/C>1 maka usaha tersebut dapat dikatakan layak dan sudah memberikan keuntungan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis usahatani jagung pada lahan tadah hujan di Kecamatan Muara Badak Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli hingga September 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yaitu penelitan dengan cara mendeskripsikan keadaan di lapangan dari sejumlah individu yang di wawancara secara langsung. yang dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi usahatani jagung hibrida di Kecamatan Muara Badak berjalan dengan baik dimana sudah dapat memberikan keuntungan dimana  nilai R/C ratio >1 yaitu sebesar 1,4. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah tingkat produktivitas yang rendah akibat lahan tadah hujan yang mengalami kekeringan dimusim kemarau dan kurangnya penguasaan petani terhadap teknik budidaya serta pemasaran sehingga keuntungan yang didapat masih rendah.

Abstract

Hydroponics, also known as soilless culture, is one of the most popular cultivation methods, not only as a fun hobby but also a promising business. Hydroponics is generally used to cultivate vegetables with a short harvest time one of which is lettuce. Currently in Kutai Kartanegara regency, especially in Tenggarong subdistrict, there are several farmhand farms that have been using cultivation technique of lettuce with hydroponics system.The purpose of this study is to determine the ratio of profit on each business with hydroponic system. Then this research also aims to know Break Even Point based on production unit and selling price. Then this research is also intended to know the level of R/C Ratio on the business.The results of this study show that the profit obtained by hydroponic lettuce farmhand with NFT system is Rp. 3.923.025. Lettuce Farmhand Hydroponics NFT System has a break even (BEP) of production on the number of 183 bundles. The R/C Ratio calculation on the NFT hydroponic lettuce system is 2,88. This indicates that the farmhand is in favorable condition and feasible to continue cultivated.Keywords : Farmhand, Lettuce, Hydroponics

Feasibility Analysis Of Lai Seedling(Durio kutejensis) in Batuah Village at Loa Janan District Kutai KartanegaraRegency.This research implementation in November until December 2012. Therespondent was Gapoktan Borneo Hijau in Batuah Village at Loa Janan District KutaiKartanegara Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine feasibility of Laiseedling in gapoktan Borneo Hijau was feasible or not.The result of the study NPV was Rp 282,996.33 > 0 this meaning that theeffort was feasible. Net B/C was 2,7 >1 this meaning that the effort was feasible. IRRwas 44,9 bigger than the value of interest 16%, this meaning that the effort wasfeasible.The value of Payback periode is 5,5 years its means the value less than timeproject, this meaning that the effort was feasible.Keyword : Seedling, Feasibility Analysis, Lai

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) revenue and income (profit) received by the farmers of the barley crop farming; (2) The number of R / C Ratio of selling barley crop production; (3) the obstacles or problems in cultivation of barley. Implementation research is from June to October 2016.The results showed that the total cost incurred in cultivating barley in the Loh Sumber Village in the harvesting period with an area of 1.5 ha is Rp. 9.02 million. With total revenue Rp. 10.92 million, in order to know the benefits of farmers is Rp. 1.90 million.Then the number of R / C Ratio on barley crop cultivation in the Loh Sumber Village in the harvest period is 1.21 so it can be concluded that the business is feasible to be developed in terms of quantity. But compared with the length of time the investment and the ability of optimal productivity, farming is still need to be improved so that the results can be maximized. Further research is also known to some obstacles encountered in the cultivation of barley in the Loh Sumber Village which are not yet certified seeds, pesticides are not yet available, and extreme weather are less supportive of the cultivation process.Keywords : Farming, Crop, Barley

Abstract

Lai is one of the duriogenealogy who have the potential of domestic and export markets are high enough to accompany the durian. Lai fruit is one of the tropical fruits that are now popular as a source of nutritious food and exotic fruit typical of Kutai Kartanegara. To be able to produce quality fruit crops of quality seeds are required of superior varieties and also professionally managed agribusiness farming. Because basically the concept of superior seed is a seed that comes from a merger between the rootstock and entris so as to form a new plant that is compact and has the advantage.This research was conducted in Batuah Village, in Loa Janan, that is Lai nursery business. This study aims to knowBreak Even Point (BEP), R/C ratio and demand function.The results of this study from the calculation of Break Even Point all respondents known that Lai nursery in Batuah Village in a state of profit because it has exceeded the point of breakeven. And the calculation of R / C Ratio at the nursery business in Batuah Village get the highest number that is 6,78 and the lowest 1,67.This indicates that the nursery business is profitable.The demand function is Y = 4263,84 -0,140X1 + 0,062 X2.The result showed that increasing price Lai seeds will be decreasing demand and increasing price Durian seeds  will be increasing demand of Lai seeds. Keywords: Nursery, Lai, BEP,Demand

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran aktor dalam rantai nilai jagung hibrida. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tenggarong Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Jumlah sampel untuk petani adalah 38 responden dengan metode rondom sampling dan untuk menentukan informan channel dengan menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum rantai nilai jagung hibrida di Kecamatan Tenggarong melibatkan 4 (empat) aktor utama yaitu petani, pedagang pengumpul,  pedagang besar, dan pedagang pengecer. Setiap aktor memiliki peranan masing-masing mulai dari tahapan proses input terdiri atas penyediaan benih, pupuk, herbisida dan peralatan. petani sebagai pembudidaya, pemeliharaan, dan pasca panen sampai menghasilkan jagung pipilan. Pedagang pengumpul berperan mengumpulkan hasil panen petani. Pedagang berperan memasarkan produk sampai ke tangan konsumen.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a high impact on higher education governance so that it has the potential to reduce the performance of the institution. Universities must adapt and innovate in strategic management to respond to environmental changes during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to explain the results of the implementation of strategic management carried out by Yogyakarta State University (YSU) during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection is done through documentation from journals, books, YSU performance reports, Kemendikbud performance reports, policy documents, documentation of mass media reports. The data needed is in the form of secondary data that can support (4) generating strategies to be implemented in higher education management during the Covid-19 pandemic, (5) formulating policy recommendations. The analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, submitting data, as well as verifying and drawing conclusions. The achievements of the implementation of the strategic management of universities during the COVID-19 pandemic with the YSU case study showed stagnation in the fields of education services, student affairs, human resource development, research and service. Implementation of agile organization and adaptive governance in higher education governance can be done with the following principles 6 principles.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity has providing knowledge and assistance in managing Sustainable Food Homes for the people of Jonggon Village in Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Eighty percent (80%) of respondents managed to maintain the continuity of this sustainable food home activity and benefited from this activity and assistance. With the RPL group, it is hoped that this activity can be adopted by other groups so that family food security can be fulfilled through the Sustainable Food Home program. This programmed community service activity provides knowledge in the form of managing sustainable food houses, making compost and processing crops from sustainable food houses
