Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 19.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya Lingkunagn kerja yang kondosif akan tercipta peningkatan kepuasan kerja. (2) Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya motivasi yang tinggi akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. (3) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; besarnya pengaruh adalah 34.9%.This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (3) To determine the effect of the working environment and motivation to work together on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling technique, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 19.0. The results showed that: (1) The working environment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that a conducive working environment will be increased job satisfaction. (2) Motivation of work has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that high motivation will be able to increase job satisfaction, (3) The work and motivation to work together to have a significant impact on job satisfaction; the influence is 34.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for job satisfaction, organization climate, and OCB at PT. Trubus Swadaya. 2) Test empirically influence of job satisfaction towards OCB at PT. Trubus Swadaya. 3) Test empirically influence of organization climate towards OCB at PT. Trubus swadaya. 4) Test empirically influence of job satisfaction and organization climate towards OCB at PT. Trubus Swadaya. The analysis implemented in this research are simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The method of this research is simple random sampling, that taken 59 employees, while data collecting by using quitionaire and cultivated using SPSS 16.0. The result of t test for job satisfaction is 2.386, and the signification is 0.020. This shows that there is an effect between job satisfaction towards OCB. The result of t test for organization climate is 2.288, and the signification is 0.026. This shows that there is an effect between organization climate towards OCB. The result of F test is 5.196, and the signification is 0.009. This shows that there is an effect between job satisfaction and organization climate towards OCB. The result of R2 is 0.157 or 15.7%. It means OCB is affected by job satisfaction and organization climate as much as 15.7%. Keywords: job satisfaction, organization climate, OCB

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) To analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employees turnover intention at PT. Unitex. 2) To analyze the influence of job stress on employees turnover intention at PT. Unitex. 3) To analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job stress simultaneously on employees turnover intention at PT. Unitex. The analysis method in this research using a simple linear and linear multiple regression. Sample of the research is 98 employees using simple random sampling. The techniques of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and cultivated by using SPSS 16.00. t test result on job satisfaction variable is -5.412, with a significance value of 0.000. It means job satisfaction has a significant influence on turnover intention. t test result on job stress variable is 7.353 with a significance value of 0.000. It means job stress have significant influence on turnover intention. F test result is 39.037, it means job satisfaction and job stress has a significant influence on turnover intention. Determination coefficient score (R2) for X1 and X2 is 0.451, it means turnover intention can be influenced by job satisfaction and job stress around 45,1%, then other factors around 54,9%. Linear regression formula for hypotheses 1 is Y = 55.937 – 0.191 X1. Linear regression formula for hypotheses 2 is Y = 23.370 + 0.408 X2. Multiple regression formula for hypotheses 3 is Y = 36.323 – 0.126 X1 + 0.336 X2. Key word : job satisfaction, job stress, turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of the research are: 1) To know the description of job characteristics, communication climate, and job satisfaction employees at trimming 1 PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. 2) To know about the influence of job characteristics toward job satisfaction trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. 3) To know about the influence of communication climate toward job satisfaction trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. 4) To know about the influence of job characteristics and communication climate toward job satisfaction trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. The analysis implemented in this research are descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 71 trimming 1 employee’s at PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. While data collection by using questionnaire and cultivated processed using SPSS 16. The result showed that: 1) Job characteristics has a significant influence on job satisfaction. 2) communication climate has a significant influence on job satisfaction. 3) job characteristics and communication climate has a significant influence on job satisfaction. Abstract

The purposes of this research are: 1) to describe the job characteristics, the compensation, and the organizational commitment, 2) to analyze the influence of job characteristics towards organizational commitment, 3) to analyze the influence of compensation towards organizational commitment, 4) to analyze the influence of job characteristics and compensation simultaneously toward organizational commitment. Population of the research is the employees of PT “X”, Jakarta. Samples of the research are 74 permanent employees. Type of the research is descriptive research and the method is explanatory survey. Descriptive analysis results showed: a) 49% total of permanent staff of PT "X" was not the realization the suitable of the job characteristics, b) 51% total of permanent staff of PT "X" was obtained compensation given by the organization was not good enough, c) 61% permanent employees of PT "X" has a relatively poor organizational commitment. The results of hypothesis testing: 1) there is a significant influence of job characteristics towards organizational commitment, 2) there is a significant influence of compensation towards organizational commitment, 3) job characteristics and compensation simultaneously having an influence on the organizational commitment. Determination coefficient score (R2) for X1 and X2 is 0.127, it means organizational commitment can be influenced by job characteristics and compensation around 12,7%, then other factors around 87,3%. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a description of the organizational culture, leadership style, and performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 2) To test empirically the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 3) To test empirically the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 4) To test empirically the influence of organizational culture and leadership style simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. The analysis of this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 63 employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk., while the data collection techniques is used an observation, interview, and questionnaire, which are processed using by SPSS 16.0. The result of the hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on performance as well as a positive and significant influence of leadership style on performance. Organizational culture and leadership style also have an influence simultaneously positive and significant effect on performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study were: 1) To know the description of compensation, motivation, career development and job satisfaction of employees at PTNikko Cahaya Electric, 2) To determine whether there is influence between compensation on job satisfaction of employees at PT Nikko Cahaya Electric, 3) To determine whether there is influence between motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Nikko Cahaya Electric, 4) To determine whether there is influence between career development on employee job satisfaction at PT Nikko Cahaya Electric, 5) To determine whether there is influence between compensation, motivation and career development together on job satisfaction of employees at PTNikko Cahaya Electric, and 6) To know how much contribution of compensation, motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT Nikko Cahaya Electric. The sample of this research are 60 employees of PTNikko Cahaya Electric. Research data retrieval by survey method with questionnaires and the data processed with SPSS version 20. This research using descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of regression showed that there is positive and significant correlation between compensation on job satisfaction,there is positive and significant correlation between motivation on job satisfaction, there is positive and significant correlation between career development on job satisfaction. Compensation, motivation and career development simultaneously have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Career Development, Job Satisfaction

This research is taken 70 emplooyee of SBU Energy at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) North Jakarta, Jakarta. The technique of data collection used method by distributing questionnaires, which then processed with program SPSS version 21.0. this research using descriptive analysis and explanatory. The result of regression shows that there is positive and significant influence work dicipline on organizational commitment, there are positive and significant influence work environment on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Perum DAMRI Kantor Pusat, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan Perum DAMRI Kantor Pusat, pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Perum DAMRI Kantor Pusat. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 responden yaitu karyawan Perum DAMRI Kantor Pusat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebar kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskripstif dan explanatory. Hasil dari regresi menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB, terdapat pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap OCB.
