Abstract

This paper attempts to describe the meaning and various forms of bullying. Specifically, it will display QS. QS. al-Hujurat/49:11  which describes three forms of bullying that often occur, both in public life, and through social media, such as insulting, making fun of, calling them awful names, intimidating, and even physical abuse. This type of research is qualitative with a literature review and a Qur'an approach. Based on several surveys, bullying occurs in almost all lines of life globally. The impact can damage a person's psychological and physical, even interfere with social to national and religious life. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention, starting from the government, officials, educators, society, and everyone. Thus, there needs to be a movement to minimize the safety of everyone who bullies as little as possible. The solutions offered in the Qur'an include providing children with moral education from an early age, teaching them to put forward good prejudices, always thinking before acting, and call by his name or a good nickname. The main thing is to instill awareness in everyone about the effects of bullying occurs, especially if you become a victim. The language of religion, everything you do will get the reward.

Abstract

Gender merupakan bahasan aktual dan menjadi bahan diskusi di setiap pertemuan ilmiah. Para pemikir atau kaum feminis khususnya “mengabdikan diri” untuk menjadikannya sentral kajian dan memperkenalkannya secara luas. Sebahagian masyarakat tidak tahu dan tidak ingin mengetahuinya, sementara sebahagian lainnya mendalaminya dan tidak jarang “kebablasan” dalam memaknai makna gender dalam menjalani kehidupan. Bahasan tentang gender bukanlah sesuatu yang baru, melainkan telah diungkap dalam al-Qur’an, misalnya dalam persamaan keimanan, ibadah dan beberapa aktifitas lainnya. Lebih spesifik, nabi Muhammad saw. memisi misi tentang gender. Ia hadir untuk mengangkat derajat sekaligus memuliakan kaum wanita. Memberikan peran dalam berbagai lini kehidupan, memberikan hak yang diiringi dengan kewajiban. Wanita harus memiliki peran dalam segala lini kehidupan selama tidak menyimpang dari kodratya sekaligus tidak menghianati penghormatan yang telah diberikan oleh nabi Muhammad saw. melauli tetesan air mata dan aliran darah. Oleh karenanya, tulisan ini lahir untuk menginformasikan bahwa perdebatan gender dewasa ini merupakan salah satu konsen Nabi saw. dalam menebar kedamaian di alam ini dan menggunakan hak serta melaksanakan kewajiban masing-masing dengan tidak melampau batas sesuai dengan keinginan syahwat dan akal-akalan belaka.

Abstract

Tik Tok is a new platform that young people love, and kids are no exception. This platform encompasses all levels of society, including adults and even the elderly. TikTok has both positive and negative sides like any other medium. Therefore, this study aims to determine the understanding of the community, especially the people of Palopo, about the benefits of Tik Tok and how to use it. This research is a field study with the people of Palopo city as informants for interviews and documentation. As a result, Tik Tok is used more than a means of entertainment, which sometimes leads to verbal and physical disrespectful behaviour. Some opinions say that Tik Tok is an online media short video that shows recordings of dancing and showing TikTok-er's genitals. The people of Palopo city consider TikTokers more for entertainment filled with dancing. Therefore, it is necessary to limit access to various media, including TikTok, so as not to be carried away by immoral behaviour. Thus, the Qur'an is the key and a solution to protect yourself by not showing your aurat. It means that Tik Tok may dive without showing aurat and indulgence in lust. For further researchers, it is necessary to research the effects caused by the application and the solution before and after being exposed to the syndrome.

Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha mengkaji skripsi mahasiswa IAT IAIN Palopo selama Pandemi COVID-19, mulai dari jenis penelitian, sifat, metode dan temanya. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan penelitian tafsir di IAIN Palopo selama Pandemi COVID-19. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian library yang dipaparkan secara kualitatif-deskriptif. Adapun hasilnya, penelitian mahasiswa tahun 2020 hanya 4, dan 15 pada tahun 2021. Dari 19 skripsi, 13 kajian pustaka dan 6 kajian lapangan dengan 18 yang sifatnya kualitatif serta 1 kuantitatif dan dianggap sesuatu yang baru dalam kajian al-Qur’an dan Tafsir, khususnya bagi mahasiswa Ilmu al-Qur’an dan tafsir IAIN Palopo. Dari segi metodologis, 3 kajian taḥlīlī, 3 muqāran, 1 mauḍū’i dan 13 kajian pemikiran mufasir. Adapun aspek tema yang dikaji, tidak ada yang memiliki kaitan dengan pandemi COVID-19. Dengan demikian, penelitian tafsir selama pandemi tidak memiliki dampak secara tematis atau stagnan.

Abstract

This article describes the inheritance distribution system of the people of South Sulawesi. This research uses interviews with several community and religious leaders who understand inheritance law. The research sites are Makassar, Pinrang, Palopo and Bone. The theory used is maṣlaḥah mursalah, which analyzes data about the inheritance system, starting from the process of inheritance division and the number of heirs' shares, as well as the interplay between customary law and Islam in the inheritance distribution system in South Sulawesi. Without removing the core of inheritance law, the South Sulawesi people's way of distributing inheritance makes use of the customary law known as ade' in the pangadereng system. There are three types of distribution, depending on whether the family is still together, whether one parent has deceased, or whether both parents have deceased. The nominal distribution varies, sometimes it is equal and other times it is based on fairness, which means that heirs who have invested a lot of money, such as those who go to high school and live well, give up their rights to relatives who are less established or who remain with the parents in the village. According to the benefit principle, men typically receive a plot of land because they have the energy to cultivate it, while women typically receive a house. This study shows how the customary division system emphasizes the common good in order to fulfill a number of maqāṣid al-shari’ah ideals, including the protection of property, honor, and life (soul).

Abstract

This research describes the practice of Zakat as an application of Islamic religious education to the fishermen community of Harapan Island. The method used to get data is structured interviews. The description uses theological and sociological approaches. The results reveal theoretically, the people of Harapan Island are not proficient in explaining the meaning of Zakat worship, even though their practice is inversely proportional. They are a religiously devout society, trying to fulfill all the obligations ordered by Allah. That is proven by continuing to pay Fitrah Zakat and assets Zakat even though they are in a mediocre state. Education with the practice of Zakat worship is to give an example first, then inform the family of the benefits according to religion, health, and social when fulfilling obligations, especially the three Zakat services. Furthermore, advise family members if they don't fulfill it and provide training according to their respective abilities.

Abstract

The congregational prayers that have been scheduled at MAN Palopo are often not carried out by the students, this means that there have been violations related to student discipline against school rules. To overcome this, this research comes up with offering cinematherapy techniques which aim to improve student discipline in performing congregational prayers. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a sample of 40 people selected by random sampling. This study reveals that there is an effect of cimematherapy techniques on increasing the discipline of congregational prayer at MAN Palopo MAN students.
