Abstract

Islam acts for its adherents to conduct studies on the behavior or forms of circulation and changes that occur, both in the context of the universe and those that occur between fellow humans, as well as the development of modern technology. In connection with this understanding, the requested discussion of Islam, the words requested by the Prophet Muhammad, required compulsory knowledge for Muslims. Islam contributes to science between other verses in the Qur'an which encourages Muslims to develop science. Islam through the Qur'an is the basis of epistemology and ideology for Muslim scientists who connect their attitudes and relationships to transcendence with the creator. Expect that there is a spiritual dimension in dzikir and fear for Allah. Muslim appreciation of the amazing knowledge of the early days of Islam. At this time Muslims were able to play a role and master various disciplines. Islamic Ummah has a very prominent role but has differences in politics and internal crises in involving thinking, the role of Muslims is declining and very alarming. The role of Islam in the development of science and technology adds there are two namely First, making Islamic Aqeedah a paradigm of science. The paradigm that represents Muslims, is not a secular paradigm as it is now. Second, making Islamic Islam (born from Islamic Aqeedah) as a standard for the use of science and technology in everyday life.

Abstract

This research is based on phenomena that exist today that are still incompatible with IslamicEducation expectations. According to the purpose of this study is to study the explanation of theconcept of special educators based on the story of the Prophet Musa as. and the prophet Khidr as.which is in the QS. al-Kahfi verses 65-82. This research is a literature study or literature study thatis usually done. The method used is the interpretation of tahlili results of research on interpretationand books on the story of the Prophet Musa as. and the prophet Khidr as. which is in the QS. al-Kahfi verses 65 to verse 82. In the process of analyzing and discussing this research by gatheringreference material that is questioned by the title of the study. Prophet Musa as. and the prophetKhidr as. namely in QS. al-Kahfi verses 65-82. As the concept of educators in the story of theprophet Musa as. and the prophet Khidr as. are 1) an educator must have knowledge before givinglearning to students; 2) an educator gives students requirements or regulations before conductingthe learning process; 3) an educator uses methods to deliver lessons; 4) an educator must haveethics.

Abstract

penelitian diperoleh observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik kajian isi (content analysis) dan deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan atau ingin mengetahui suatu fenomena tertentu. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi data yang diperoleh, diolah kemudian dianalisis secara konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI telah menerapkan pendidikan Multikultural dalam materi pelajaran dengan melakukan penambahan tema atau mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam materi Pendidikan Agama Islam pengajarannya dilakukan dengan cara menyeluruh dan mendalam. Dengan demikian, pendidikan multikultural dalam materi Pendidikan Agama Islam sangat urgen untuk diterapkan. Hal ini untuk mengantisipasi realitas kemajemukan yang ada dalam masyarakat yang majemuk agar dapat membantu mewujudkan perdamaian atau toleransi di tengah-tengah kemajemukan masyarakat di Pulau Papua.

Abstract

This study aims to see the existence and description of the development of Formal Madrasahs in the Muslim minority area of ​​Papua (Sorong City). The research method used is qualitative. This study shows that the development of formal Islamic education in Papua is experiencing very rapid development. According to data from the Ministry of Religion of the City of Sorong, until the end of 2021, the number of madrasas starting from the RA to MA levels is 35 units and 1 Islamic college (IAIN Sorong). The number of madrasas spread throughout the city of Sorong helps achieve equal distribution of education, especially in obtaining Islamic education. The result is that the Muslim community can take education with Islamic characteristics freely, starting from the RA level to the tertiary level, so it can be said that Islamic education participates in the progress of Islam in Papua, especially in the field of formal education.

Abstract

This study examines the role and challenges in developing Islamic education in the Muslim minority in the remote areas of Tambrauw Regency, West Papua. This research is field research. The data used is qualitative in the form of words and descriptions. Data was collected by using literature, observation, and interview methods. Comments are made to order data that can be sensed directly, such as the location and activities of Islamic education. Meanwhile, interviews were conducted to collect data on the role, challenges, and patterns of developing Islamic education. This study found that the part of MUI, PCNU, and the Tambrauw Regional Government in Islamic education is establishing and developing Islamic education, including financial support and teaching staff. At the same time, the challenge consists of 2 parts, namely the past difficulties related to the conflict of belief migration carried out by several Abun tribal communities by the officers and Christian religious leaders at that time. The current challenge is the lack of existing facilities, facilities, and infrastructure and the lack of adequate teaching staff. The pattern used in the development of Islamic education in Tambrauw is by establishing an Islamic Elementary School, establishing an Al-Quran Education Park and the Taksim Council, establishing Bible Studies, and sending the indigenous Abun and Moi Karon Muslims to various Islamic boarding schools outside Papua for deepening the religion of Islam as a candidate for Islamic driving cadres in the future.

Abstract

Lack of technical knowledge about salted fish packaging causes the selling price of salted fish on Reni Island to be low. Salted fish is a flagship product in Reni Island. This aims of this program to provide additional knowledge and skills for the community, especially housewives on Reni Island regarding the handling and packaging of salted fish. This activity was held on October 14, 2021 on the coast of Reni, Ayau Islands, Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua Province in collaboration between 10 (ten) universities in the Sorong Raya area (DIKTISORAYA Forum). The methods used include lectures, training, and discussions. Procedures for handling and packaging salted fish include: sorting fish by type and size; weighing; labeling and packaging. Salted fish handling and packaging activities run smoothly, efficiently and effectively. The suggestions for community service that should be done on Reni Island are offline and online marketing training and microeconomic management as a trigger for improving the welfare of the people of Reni Island.

Abstract

Abstract This service aims to provide assistance in the development of Raudhatul Athfal's education at the Nahdlatul Ulum Foundation NU Sorong City. Some of the mentoring steps include team preparation, through this activity the team agreed on the appointment of school principals and the recruitment of prospective RA teachers. Socialization and licensing were carried out by the foundation management together with the principal and the teacher council by utilizing social media, visiting the Taklim assembly and at routine dhikr recitations held by PCNU Sorong City. The implementation of the mentoring program in developing RA NU is carried out by supervising learning by the principal and training for existing teachers. The service activities include school management training for RA teachers, training in learning methods and strategies for RA teachers, Comparative Study Activities, Organizing Student Volunteers from the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Sorong, forming a student parent taklim assembly, carrying out Parenting activities, Child Health Consultations and Collaboration with health center doctors and children's learning counseling program. Abstract

The contribution of women in fisheries at the Ayau Archipelago is vital, this evidence can be regarded in their important role in family. This study aims to examine the contribution of coastal women in improving family economics. The methods used are interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Our study revealed that their level education are mostly at elementary graduates. Our compiled data analysis listed that their low level graduation are shown in the following list: Meosbekwan Village 60%, Rutum 67%, Abidon 100% and Reni 88%. In addition, they are housewives and helping husband in the various role in order to have additional incomes by producing salted fish, dry sea cucumbers, and sea worms product. Finally, they performed a significant alternative income between IDR 3,000,000 and IDR 5,000,000.00 per month.
