Abstract

Koperasi memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia dengan kontribusi sebesar 5,1% terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Sebagai salah satu pilar utama ekonomi, koperasi diharapkan dapat berkembang di tengah persaingan bisnis yang ketat. Oleh karena itu, koperasi harus terus meningkatkan kinerja organisasinya untuk mencapai tujuan strategisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja Koperasi Karyawan Mitra Makmur Indah Sejahtera, yang mengalami penurunan jumlah anggota dari tahun 2019 hingga 2021. Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan melalui empat perspektif: keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif, termasuk data primer dan sekunder dari koperasi dengan 100 anggota yang dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode analisis data meliputi skala penilaian balanced scorecard dan analisis trend. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan koperasi, berdasarkan rasio likuiditas (current ratio) tidak sehat, sedangkan rasio solvabilitas dan profitabilitas sangat sehat. Dalam perspektif pelanggan indikator akuisisi, retensi, dan kepuasan anggota cukup baik. Perspektif proses bisnis internal yang diukur melalui inovasi dan efisiensi operasional cukup baik. Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan yang dinilai melalui produktivitas dan retensi karyawan juga positif. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja, disarankan agar kelebihan likuiditas diinvestasikan dalam bisnis toko sembako yang menyumbang 58% dari rata-rata total laba koperasi dengan fokus pada peningkatan fasilitas, perluasan tempat usaha, dan peningkatan variasi produk untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan daya tarik.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business entities owned and utilized by members. Cooperatives are business entities that aim to build and develop the economic capabilities of their members. This study aims to determine the types of services of the Cahaya Village Unit Cooperative in oil palm farmers' businesses and to determine the role of the Village Unit Cooperative in improving the economy of oil palm farmers in Sinunukan Village, Sinunukan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research method was determined intentionally (purposively), namely the Cahaya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Sinunukan Village. The method used in sampling was purposive sampling, by selecting active farmers. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The results of the study showed that the services of the Cahaya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Sinunukan Village for oil palm farmers' businesses included the provision of production services, service services, savings and loan services, and marketing services. The Cahaya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Sinunukan District plays a role in improving the economy of oil palm farmers

Abstract

The research aims to determine consumer characteristics and factors that influence consumer behavior in coffee shops and coffee shops in Medan Selayang District. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a total sample taken of 15 people at the coffee shop and 15 people in the coffee shop. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and questionnaires.Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative which was quantified.The results of the research on the characteristics of consumers in coffee shops are that the average age is 20 years, dominated by men, the average education level is high school, employee work, income is IDR 3,300,000 with a moderate social level.The characteristics of consumers at the coffee shop are the average age of 21 years, dominated by men, the average education level is high school, employee work, income Rp. 3,283,333 with a moderate social level. Coffee consumer behavior at coffee shops is influenced by 82% personal factors, 82% psychological factors, 76% social factors and 69% cultural factors. Coffee consumer behavior at coffee shops is influenced by personal factors 79%, social factors 77%, psychological factors 71% and cultural factors 65%
