Abstract

Soil transmitted helminth (STH) penyebab infeksi kecacingan dengan insiden 24% pada populasi di dunia. Diagnosis infeksi STH dapat dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan feses secara mikroskopis dengan metode Kato-Katz sebagai baku emas dan metode Mini-Flotac. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis akurasi hasil pemeriksaan feses menggunakan metode Kato-Katz dan metode Mini-Flotac pada feses awetan formalin 10%. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan studi observasional dengan uji diagnostik. Subjek pada penelitian berjumlah 140 sampel feses awetan formalin 10% selama 13 bulan. Pemeriksaan spesimen feses awetan menggunakan metode Kato-Katz dan Mini-Flotac serta diamati dengan menggunakan mikroskop cahaya. Data analisis dilakukan dengan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar sampel feses awetan terinfeksi Ascaris lumbricoides dengan metode Kato-Katz (34,28%) dan Mini-Flotac (41,42%), dan infeksi Trichuris trichiura dengan metode Kato-Katz (15,71%) dan Mini-Flotac (22,85%). Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara metode Kato-Katz dan Mini-Flotac dalam mendeteksi infeksi Ascaris lumbricoides (p=0.96) dan Trichuris trichiura (p=0,76). Metode Mini-Flotac dapat menjadi alternatif dalam diagnosis infeksi STH.

Abstract

Pendidikan umum dan agama menjadi fokus utama dalam pengembangan siswa. Salah satu program yang diadakan adalah pelatihan keterampilan Bilal. Tujuan pengabdian pendampingan pelatihan keterampilan Bilal di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kota Palangka Raya sebagai upaya membentuk generasi muda yang beriman dan berilmu serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan keagamaan siswa melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan islami, khususnya pada pelaksanaan sholat Jumat. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang meliputi lima tahap (Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, dan Destiny). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman agama, keterampilan, serta antusiasme siswa dalam praktik keagamaan. Selain memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual, program ini juga menumbuhkan sikap inklusif dan toleransi dalam masyarakat multikultural, sehingga diharapkan siswa dapat berkontribusi positif di lingkungan sosialnya.

Abstract

One of the abilities that must be possessed by a teacher is to manage the class well so that it can create a conducive learning atmosphere, good classroom management can be done by teachers by taking preventive and repressive actions. This study aims to determine the preventive and repressive actions taken by Islamic Cultural History teachers at MAN Kota Palangka Raya in managing the classroom. This research uses qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the data sources in this study conducted by researchers consist of two parts, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The Islamic Culture History subject teacher of MAN Kota Palangka Raya became the research subject, while the deputy head of madrasah and students as informants in this study. The results of this study indicate that in managing the classroom good teacher skills are needed, such as teachers can show responsiveness and attention to all students, teachers can also prepare lesson plans using a variety of methods so that students are more motivated to learn, especially Islamic Cultural History subjects. The teacher's ability in preventive action can also be done by adding class rules agreed upon by all class members and providing positive behavior reinforcement. As for repressive actions taken by MAN Kota Palangka Raya teachers in Islamic Cultural History lessons, namely by giving verbal warnings to students who behave poorly and educational sanctions to problematic students so that teachers can also take an individual approach. So it can be concluded in this study that the teacher's ability to manage the class is very necessary in learning.

Abstract

Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) is a metal joining process that utilizes heat energy to melt both the base metal and the electrode. This study aims to evaluate the effect of weld groove variations on the impact toughness and hardness of AISI 1050 steel. Three types of groove configurations were examined: V Groove, Bevel Groove, and Double V Groove. Tests were conducted in the regions of the Weld Metal, Weld Root, Heat-Affected Zone (HAZ), and Base Metal using a welding current of 100 Amperes. The test results show that the Bevel Groove produced the highest impact toughness at the Weld Root (1.78 Joule/mm²), the V Groove at the Weld Metal (1.65 Joule/mm²), and the Double V Groove at the HAZ (1.48 Joule/mm²). In terms of hardness, the V Groove and Double V Groove showed the highest values in the HAZ (86.5 HRC), while the Bevel Groove exhibited the highest hardness in the Base Metal (81 HRC). The lowest hardness value was found in the Weld Root of the Bevel Groove (56.67 HRC). Overall, the hardness values in the Weld Metal area for all three groove types were the same, measuring 76.5 HRC
