Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam hal pengisian KRS adalah sering terjadinya kesalahan input. Kesalahan pengisisan KRS sering terjadi pada mahasiswa yang mengulang kelas sehingga saat ujian mahasiswa harus mengikuti kelas atau mata kuliah yang sudah mereka cantumkan dalam KRS masing-masing, Pada sistem pengisian KRS perlu dilakukan suatu analisis apakah sistem tersebut diterima dengan baik oleh mahasiswa atau tidak. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi apakah karakteristik pengguna berpengaruh terhadap variable dependent dan independent serta mengidentifikasi apakah variable dependent berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable independent. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dilihat dari Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) dan Acceptance of Information System (AIS). Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan ialah berjumlah 350 kuesioner yang disebarkan dikalangan mahasiswa/i. metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur model utama ialah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel independent dan dependent, serta variabel Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use sangat mempengaruhi variable Acceptance of Information System. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, TAM, Variabel Dependent, Variabel Independent

Abstract

Pengolahan data semakin mudah, tepat dan efektif merupakan perihal yang berguna yang diperlukan industri yang bergerak dibidang bisnis buat tingkatkan produktivitas pekerjaan. Keberhasilan perusahaan bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis tidak luput dari peran perusahaan mengatur serta mengelola Persediaan Barang sehingga bisa penuhi permintaan pelanggan semaksimal mungkin. Tujuan yang mau dicapai dalam riset ini merupakan guna membuat perancangan aplikasi Inventory barang guna memudahkan pencatatan stok barang yang masuk ataupun barang yang keluar dan mempermudah pencarian informasi sehingga bisa membuat pekerjaan lebih efektif serta bisa meminimalisir terbentuknya kesalahan dalam pendataan barang. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode Waterfall yang termasuk ke dalam model SDLC( Software Development Life Cycle). Aplikasi inventory barang dibuat memakai text editor sublime text serta memakai bahasa pemerograman PHP, HTML, CSS serta framework bootstrap guna membuat tampilan aplikasi lebih menarik. Hasil dari riset ini sesudah dicoba uji coba pada perangkat yang berbeda yakni aplikasi inventory benda sangat menolong dalam perihal pencatatan stok barang, pencariaan data barang dan memudahkan dalam pembuatan laporan barang yang masuk serta barang yang keluar.

Abstract

Community service activities are one form of realizing the tri dharma of higher education which aims to contribute by going directly into the field to help the community or school in several activities. SMK Abdi Karya is a vocational school that collaborates with the Gunadarma University Community Service Team (Abdimas). The Abdimas team consists of 7 lecturers. The problem partners face is that there is no data management on student work products at SMK Abdi Karya. Products made by students include key chains, recycled bags, digital products, and handicraft products, which have not yet been managed into product data stored in a database. Students are not yet able to utilize Microsoft Access as an application that can process and store various types of data. In office automation lessons using Microsoft Access, only theory is given without direct practice. This community service activity aims to provide training and practical assistance to students in managing product data using Microsoft Access. Students are given training in creating databases and storage tables, how to manage product data, and create reports. The community service activity program includes the preparation of learning materials, training, and evaluation of activities. The results of community service activities are in the form of learning modules, product photos, and student learning evaluation results.

Abstract

MSMEs/UMKM remain a major driver of local economic activity, yet many still depend on offline, cash-based transactions that constrain operational efficiency. Digital sales platforms are therefore increasingly necessary to support faster, more reliable, and cashless purchasing processes. Objective: This study aims to develop and deploy a web-based sales system for Adi Jaya Electrical Store an MSME located at Ruko Taman Aster, Telaga Asih, Bekasi to improve transaction efficiency through online ordering and cashless payment. Methodology: The study adopts an applied information systems development approach using the Waterfall model. The system was implemented using PHP and a MySQL database, with requirements derived from field observation and interviews with the store owner. Functional verification was conducted using scenario-based black-box testing to assess whether key features operated according to the specified design. Findings: The website supports online product browsing and purchasing for electrical supplies (e.g., sockets, LED lamps, and cables) and integrates Midtrans as a payment gateway to facilitate non-cash transactions. Black-box testing indicates that the implemented functions and features operated as expected and were consistent with the design specifications. The system has been deployed and is accessible at https://adijaya.wuaze.com/. Implications: The platform provides a practical model for MSMEs to digitize sales operations, potentially improving transaction speed, reducing manual processing, and strengthening sales administration through structured order and payment management. Originality: This research delivers an operational MSME e-commerce implementation that combines end-to-end sales functionality with payment gateway integration and documented functional verification, extending prior work that often reports prototype development without demonstrable deployment readiness.
