Abstract

Information and Communication Technology/IC become very important in the globalization era. At this time begin to grow electronic government (e-gov) as the implementation of information and communication technology using in the Local and Province Government. One of the E-gov applications in the Government Organization, namely regional or provincial government websites. As do with the cultural and tourism agency in Central Java Province implementing government website as the simplest measure to see e-government, its contents still general formation that is needed by the community as the information seekers. The problem is how to manage e-Gov Government-to-Citizen (G2C) model web based in The Culture And Tourism Agency in Central Java Province. This research aim to explain management functions related to e-Gov implementation and to analyze the factors that become an obstacle in the e-Gov management web in The Culture and Tourism Agency in Central Java Province. To answer this problem is by using management function from G.R. Terry. This study used a qualitative exploratory design research. The results of this research showed that e-Gov management based on the web model G2C in The Culture and Tourism Agency in Central Java Province located in the second stages, namely ripening. This condition can be seen from the planning, organizing, actuating and controlling in the culture and tourism Agency in Central Java Province. The management obstacle of e-Gov management based on the web model G2C in The Culture and Tourism Agency in Central Java Province Agency is seen from the process of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling is not yet reached the maximum in overall. Human resources have not been fullest, lack of socialization for the community, sectoral ego in several government local agencies, and lack of budgets from the local governments. There are some improvement and change management in some aspect of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Improving socialization for the community, the existence of a good budget planning, and improving the capabilities of employees is the suggestions to improve.

Abstract

This study aims to improve Indonesian language learning activities through the application of discovery learning models to class VII.1 students of SMPN 3 Koto Baru. Classroom action research was carried out for two cycles, with each cycle holding two meetings. Each meeting is held by applying the discovery learning model. As a data collection tool is the result of observation of student learning activities in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The results of research obtained on student learning activities at the initial observation of 68% categories (less active), increased 80% categories (active) in the first cycle, and increased again 85% (active) category in cycle II. Learning activities of students learning Indonesian experience an improvement from the first cycle to the second cycle, this shows that the discovery learning model can be used as an alternative learning to improve student learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang diberikan oleh guru bagi siswa yang tidak berprestasi di SD Negeri Tanah Merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis model Miles & Hubermen yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkanbahwa upaya guru terkait dengan gaya belajar bagi siswa yang tidak berprestasi di kelas yaitu dengan memahami karakter siswa secara lebih intensif, memperbanyak komunikasi, bertukar pikiran, memberikan motivasi, membuat media pembelajaran yang menarik, menggunakan gaya belajar yang bervariasi, dan meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana yang ada disekolah. Gaya belajar siswa yang tidak berprestasi diantaranya, AD yang memiliki gaya belajar visual, RD memiliki gaya belajar kinestetik, IW memiliki gaya belajar audiovisual, IM memiliki gaya belajar audio, dan bahkan ada dua siswa yang memiliki ketiga gaya belajar siswa tersebut adalah AG dan EL.Kata Kunci; Upaya Guru, Gaya Belajar Siswa

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat mampu memberikan kesadaran akan pemahaman UMKM terkait potensi digital marketing, meningkatkan visibilitas dan jangkauan pasar UMKM, serta meningkatkan daya saing dan pendapatan UMKM. Toko Larizza Kitchen merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan snack kue, dimana semua proses transaksi pemesanan dan penualan kue hanya dilakukan di toko saja. Seiring dengan berkembangnya banyak toko online, maka dirasa perlu toko kue Larizza Kitchen juga membuka pelayanan toko secara online. Salah satu usaha untuk mengikuti perkembangan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan digitalisasi marketing terhadap UMKM Larizza Kitchen. Proses digitalisasi pada pemasaran produk snack kue, komunikasi dan transaksi dapat dilakukan secara real time, dimana pelanggan bisa mudah melihat berbagai jenis produk snack kue dari Larizza Kitchen dan melakukan pemesanan tanpa harus datang ke toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Web Penjualan pada UMKM Larizza Kitchen sebagai pemanfaatan digital marketing UMKM, sarana pemasaran produk snack kue serta peningkatan penjualan produk. Pembuatan Web Penjualan menggunakan metode RAD dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Proses penjualan pada produk kue Larizza Kitchen dilakukan melalui aplikasi web Larizza Kitchen. Pengujian blackbox testing telah dilakukan dan hasilnya semua fitur dan fungsi dari aplikasi telah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini berhasil membuat website aplikasi UMKM Larizza Kitchen untuk pemasaran produk dan penjualan snack kue yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan penghasilan UMKM Larizza Kitchen. Aplikasi web Larizza Kitchen sudah di hosting.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat membuat perkembangan teknologi di dunia computer vision semakin berkembang. Saat ini, penggunaan teknologi computer vision secara masif digunakan hampir di setiap kehidupan manusia yang tentunya sangat membantu manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan aktivitas sehari-hari. Salah satu objek dari visi komputer adalah deteksi objek. Salah satu komoditas perikanan yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah udang. Teknologi pendeteksian objek dapat membantu para petambak udang dalam mendeteksi udang dan menentukan jumlah udang yang terdeteksi. Penelitian ini akan membuat model pelatihan khusus untuk mendeteksi udang dengan menggunakan YOLOv8. Dataset yang digunakan adalah dataset dengan dua kelas, yaitu udang dan bukan_udang dengan jumlah data citra sebanyak 6630 data. Proses anotasi citra dilakukan dengan menggunakan roboflow. Proses training dataset dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Colaboratory, YOLOv8, dan hasil yang didapat disimpan di Google Drive. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan total 300 epoch. Nilai rata-rata precision sebesar 92.57%, sedangkan nilai recall sebesar 88.2%. Akurasi model diperoleh nilai 93.2%. Hasil ini menggambarkan bahwa model relatif stabil dalam mengklasifikasikan objek dengan tepat.

Abstract

Industri akuakultur atau perikanan di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat dan merupakan sektor yang memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian dan pasokan pangan nasional di Indonesia. Salah satu komoditas perikanan yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah udang. Teknologi pendeteksian objek dapat membantu para petambak udang dalam mendeteksi udang dan menentukan jumlah udang yang terdeteksi. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dibangun aplikasi website “Shrimp-Detector App” yang dapat mendeteksi udang dan menghitung jumlah udang yang terdeteksi menggunakan YOLOv8, Onnxruntime-web API, dan React Js. Dataset yang digunakan adalah dataset dengan dua kelas, yaitu udang dan bukan_udang dengan jumlah data citra sebanyak 6630. Proses anotasi citra dilakukan dengan menggunakan roboflow. Proses training dataset dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Colaboratory, YOLOv8, dan hasil yang didapat disimpan di Google Drive. Pembuatan aplikasi website menggunakan framework javascript yaitu react js. Proses deployment menggunakan tools Netlify sebagai provider CI/CD deployment tools. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan total 300 epoch. Nilai rata-rata precision sebesar 92.57%, sedangkan nilai recall sebesar 88.2%. Akurasi model diperoleh nilai 93.2%. Hasil ini menggambarkan bahwa model relatif stabil dalam mengklasifikasikan objek dengan tepat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training using dempel weights on the speed of front kicks of PSHT fighters in Rayon MTs AL-Khaeriyah NW Semoyang. The main problem in this study is the low front kick speed shown by athletes during training and matches. The type of research used is an experiment with a descriptive quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttes design. The population of this study were adolescent pencak silat athletes. The techniques used in data collection are tests and measurements. The instrument used is Pacing pad / sandak. The results of data analysis show an increase in the average value from 20.5 in the pretest to 28.5 in the posttest. 1 athlete scored 14% poorly, no athletes scored 0% poorly, 5 athletes scored 72% fair, 1 athlete scored 14% good and no athletes scored 0% good. The t test produces a t count of 22.362, greater than the t table of 3.588 which means there is a significant influence between training using dempel weights on front kick speed. It is concluded that training using dempe weights can significantly improve the physical abilities and performance of front kicks of pencak silat athletes.

Abstract

Community service activities are one form of realizing the tri dharma of higher education which aims to contribute by going directly into the field to help the community or school in several activities. SMK Abdi Karya is a vocational school that collaborates with the Gunadarma University Community Service Team (Abdimas). The Abdimas team consists of 7 lecturers. The problem partners face is that there is no data management on student work products at SMK Abdi Karya. Products made by students include key chains, recycled bags, digital products, and handicraft products, which have not yet been managed into product data stored in a database. Students are not yet able to utilize Microsoft Access as an application that can process and store various types of data. In office automation lessons using Microsoft Access, only theory is given without direct practice. This community service activity aims to provide training and practical assistance to students in managing product data using Microsoft Access. Students are given training in creating databases and storage tables, how to manage product data, and create reports. The community service activity program includes the preparation of learning materials, training, and evaluation of activities. The results of community service activities are in the form of learning modules, product photos, and student learning evaluation results.

Abstract

The government through the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) has created several flagship programs such as “PROPER” and “SPARING” which function as supervision and aim to encourage industry to comply with environmental regulations. In this program, industry players who fall into the predetermined criteria are required to report their industrial waste water online to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. Perusahaan Gas Negara through its subsidiary PGN Solution is always obedient to report the remaining industrial waste to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. However, the results of this report cannot be immediately known whether the results are good or not, this is because KLHK will only release and display the results of the analysis and reporting to its online system after some time.In order to immediately know the results of the analysis without having to wait for the results of the release from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, we need a system that can store the data directly on the database server without interrupting the data which is also sent directly to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. Making this system using the Waterfall method, C# language, Net Core Framework and PostgreSQL as a database and Reliance SCADA software as a medium for data retrieval. The implementation of this system will facilitate the analysis and decision-making process if residual waste data is found whose results may not be as good according to KLHK standards
