Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that shape the behavior of millennial investors in stock transactions in the Capital Market. This type of research is quantitative using an exploratory quantitative approach. The data analysis technique in this study used exploratory factor analysis using the JASP (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program) application. The population of this study are investors who are members of a securities company in Bengkulu Province. The sample selection used purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis of the forming factors of millennial investors in stock transactions are determined by the 4 factors that shape them from the 25 indicators used. Factor one, with its constituent indicators there are 9 factors out of 25 indicators used. Factor two, from the results of the second factor research was formed by 9 indicators of the 25 indicators used. Factor three is formed from 4 indicators, with indicators that form it. Factor four, there are 6 indicators that form from 25 indicators. The four factors formed show rational factors, irrational factors, psychological factors as well as religious factors which determine millennial investors in stock transactions on the capital market. The factors that become investors' preferences in choosing shares are not only rational, irrational and also psychological factors, but religiosity factors are also taken into consideration in decision making and this is a consideration for issuers in their annual reports to be able to reveal their religiosity values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap minat jamaah Umroh Travel Holiday Angkasa Wisata Bengkulu. Data primer penelitian ini berasal dari kuisioner yang diisi oleh responden jamaah umroh sebagai sample sebanyak 80 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial pengaruh promosi dan harga berpengarus secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat jamaah pada Travel Holiday Angkasa Wisata Bengkulu dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,001<0,005 promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat jamaah pada Teravel Holiday Angkasa Wisata Bengkulu, harga dengan nilai sig 0,001<0,005 yang barati bernilai signifikan terhadap minat jamaah umroh Travel Holiday Angkasa Wisata Bengkulu dan secara simultan promosi dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat jamaah umroh Travel Holiday Angkasa Wisata Bengkulu dengan nilai sig 0,001<0,005. Hasil pengujian koefisien deteriminasi atau r square jika dipresentasekan sebesar 49,6% dan sisahnya 50,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Income and social environment are factors that can influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income and social environment on purchasing decisions in taqsith. This type of research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 66 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. From the results of the T Test and F Test show that partially income variables significantly influence the purchase decision taqsith with a probability value (Sig) 0.017 < (α) 0.05. Social environment variables also have a significant effect on taqsith purchasing decisions with a probability value (Sig) 0.033 < (α) 0.05. Simultaneously income and social environment significantly influence the purchase decision in taqsith and this can be seen from the probability value (Sig) 0,000 < (α) 0.05.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that affect the performance of employees at BSI S.Parman BengkuluBranch Office. These factors include work environment factors, communication factors, and Islamic leadership factors. Research with associative quantitative analysis approach. Data obtained through observation, questionnaires as well as literature study. The population in this study were employees of BSI Bengkulu Branch Office. Saturated sampling technique in this study was used to determine the research sample and data analysis using regression analysis and statistical data processing with the help of SPSS. The results of partial data analysis for the Islamic leadership variable on employee performance obtained a significance value of 0.007 > 0.05. For the communication variable obtained the value of sig. 0.039 < 0.05 and the work environment variable with a value of sig. 0.003 > 0.05. And the significance value partially shows Islamic leadership variables, communication variables and also work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on the performance of BSI Bengkulu Branch Office employees. Leadership is the ability to influence employees in achieving company goals. Good communication and work environment are also important elements that must be considered in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the literacy of the community before and after the implementation of education on the optimization of cash waqf management so that it can encourage the welfare of the people of Riak Siabun I Village, Seluma Regency about the optimization of cash waqf. The method used is the Community Based Research (CBR) approach. The sample of this research amounted to 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of cash waqf in increasing interest in waqf based on the pretest results is still diverse. In addition, only some of them understood about cash waqf but not so far understood and only some of them were interested in waqf money. However, the posttest results showed a significant increase in the participants' understanding based on the results of the post-test, 100% already knew clearly about cash waqf. Efforts to increase the understanding of Riak Siabun I Village, Seluma Regency regarding cash waqf were successful.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of customer service officers at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Bengkulu City and to determine customer service officers from the perspective of sharia compliance. This study is a field study using a descriptive qualitative approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results show that the quality of customer service officers at Bank BSI Bengkulu has met good standards in the aspects of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Clean facilities, comfortable waiting rooms, and the professional appearance of employees create a positive experience. The speed, accuracy, and openness of information show the service reliability, which can increase customer trust. Customer service officers are friendly, responsive to complaints, and provide fast and appropriate solutions. Caring and professionalism are the main factors in improving customer satisfaction. Customer service officers at Bank BSI Bengkulu is in accordance with Sharia law, focusing on product and contract transparency, avoiding gambling (maysir) and gharar, and preventing usury (riba). Customer service officers clearly explains product benefits and risks, ensuring transactions comply with Sharia principles. Customer service officers uses empathy and fair solutions to handle customer complaints. Furthermore, oversight by the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) ensures services remain in accordance with the fatwa DSN-MUI.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan customer service di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kota Bengkulu serta untuk mengetahui pelayanan customer service di Bank BSI Bengkulu dilihat dari sisi kepatuhan syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian menarik kesimpulan dari data yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan customer service di Bank BSI Kota Bengkulu telah memenuhi standar yang baik dalam aspek tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Fasilitas bersih, ruang tunggu nyaman, serta tampilan profesional pegawai menciptakan pengalaman positif. Keandalan layanan terlihat dari kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keterbukaan informasi, yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah. Petugas customer service ramah, sigap menangani keluhan, memberikan solusi cepat dan tepat. Kepedulian dan profesionalisme menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Dan Pelayanan customer service di Bank BSI Bengkulu telah sesuai dengan kepatuhan syariah, berfokus pada transparansi produk dan akad, penghindaran maysir dan gharar, serta pencegahan riba. Customer service menjelaskan manfaat dan risiko produk secara jelas, memastikan transaksi sesuai prinsip syariah, Penanganan keluhan dilakukan dengan empati dan solusi yang adil. Selain itu, pengawasan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) memastikan layanan tetap sesuai dengan fatwa DSN-MUI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of Dividend Yield, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Earnings Volatility on Stock Price Volatility through panel regression analysis using the Fixed Effects Model (FEM). This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data from companies listed on the Sri Kehati Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. The results show that, partially, Dividend Yield and Dividend Payout Ratio have no significant effect on Stock Price Volatility, while Earnings Volatility has a significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. Simultaneously, the variables Dividend Yield, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Earnings Volatility significantly influence Stock Price Volatility in companies listed on the Sri Kehati Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024.
