Abstract

Need to belong is a situation where individuals have a sense of belonging and ownership, in this case is a need for late adolescents in their social sphere. Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) is a situation where someone feels afraid of being left behind with the latest information from other people or their social environment. This research aims to determine the influence of Need To Belong on Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in Late Adolescents. The research method used was quantitative with a total of 398 participants aged 18-21 years in Padang City. The research uses the need to belong scale from Shodiq et al., (2020) which is a scale created by Nisrina Farahana Salsabila Wibowo and Mohammad Gilang Santika which was derived from aspects of the need to belong by Baumeister and Leary which were then adapted to the research. The FoMO scale used in this research uses the Fear of Missing Out scale created by Przybylski et al., (2013) which was then adapted from Se'u & Rahayu (2022) and adapted to the research. The data analysis technique used in this research is a simple regression test to see the influence between variables. The results obtained from this research are that there is a significant influence between the two variables, getting an F value of 45.188 and a P value of 0.000 (P<0.05). These results show that the need to belong has an effect on FoMO. Apart from that, the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.102.

Abstract

Inventory management is crucial for any business to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This study investigates the efficiency of inventory management using the Safety Stock method at Kaki Naga Jepara. The research aims to determine how this method can help maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize carrying costs. Using a combination of quantitative data analysis and case study methodology, the results indicate that the Safety Stock method significantly improves inventory management efficiency by providing a buffer against demand variability and lead time fluctuations.

Abstract

Islamophobia is an irrational dislike or fear and a bad prejudice against Muslims or Islam. Indonesian Cinema launched one of the films entitled Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika. This film shows the treatment of American society that demeans Islam and the attitude of anti-pluralism towards other teachings. The purpose of this research is to find out the dimensions of the phenomenon of Islamophobia in the film Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika, to find out the Islamophobia in the film Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika from the perspective of Islamic education, and to find out the relevance of the film Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika with the value of Islamic education. This research uses a semiotics approach, with the type of literature study research, using qualitative research methods, with primary data sources of the phenomenon of Islamophobia in the film Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika and secondary data sources from journals, articles, novels related to the research. The data collection technique uses the observation-note technique, the analysis technique uses content analysis, and the validity of the data uses reference materials. In this study, the phenomenon of Islamophobia, the dimension of private Islamophobia and the dialectic of Islamophobia were found.The film  Bulan  Terbelah di Sky America is very relevant to Islamic education, namely the values of khuluqiyah and amaliyah.

Abstract

The assistance in creating social media accounts and Google Maps is an effort to digitize micro-enterprises, aimingtoenhance marketing and productvis ibility for MSMEs. This activity was conducted in response to the challenges faced by MSME actors, particularly in digital marketing and business licensing. The implementation method in cludes needs identification, training on creating social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok), and setting up business locations on Google Maps. The results of this activity show that the UMKM Kripik Tempe Ibu Susmidaryani successfully utilized digital platforms to expand market reach, improve customer interaction, and build product branding. The conclusion is that digitization through social media and Google Maps can be an effective solution to increase sales and competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. Recommendations for the next steps include the need for ongoing training and assistance in managing digital content to ensure the continuous growth of micro-enterprises.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, including in empowering rural communities. Leny Bumpak Tenun, as one of the MSMEs, has challenges in expanding its market reach due to limited digital marketing strategies and product innovation. This community service activity aims to support the development of Leny Bumpak Tenun through marketing strategies, namely creating a website as a digital promotional media, implementing a bazaar to introduce and sell products directly, and knitting craft training to increase product variety and empower local communities. The implementation method includes creating a website that displays a product catalog and ordering system, technical training in website management, and knitting training that produces creative products such as key chains and accessories. The results of the activity showed an increase in brand awareness, community skills, and wider market potential, making this approach effective in supporting the sustainability of locally-based MSMEs.

Abstract

Kampung Jajan Berbek Village, Sidoarjo Regency, is an MSME center area that focuses on the production and sale of traditional cakes involving around 30 business actors who produce from their respective homes. This study aims to identify the main challenges faced by MSME actors in carrying out their business activities, especially related to aspects of financial recording, access to capital, and utilization of digital technology. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through field observation and semi-structured interviews with MSME actors. The study results show that most MSME actors still do not have an adequate financial recording system, some of which do not even record at all. In addition, limitations in accessing capital and low utilization of social media as a means of promotion are the main obstacles to business development. Based on these findings, this study recommends the need for intensive training in financial management and digital marketing, as well as facilitation of sustainable access to capital to support improving the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs in Kampung Jajan Berbek Village.

Abstract

Meningkatnya penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini (golden age) menimbulkan kekhawatiran terkait dampaknya terhadap perkembangan kognitif, fisik, dan emosional mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat kecanduan gadget pada anak usia dini menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes dengan dataset yang terdiri dari 104 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang divalidasi oleh pakar. Model ini dievaluasi menggunakan metode validasi silang 10 kali lipat untuk memastikan keakuratan prediksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naive Bayes mencapai akurasi 94,36% dengan presisi dan recall yang tinggi pada kategori “normal” dan “kecanduan berat”. Namun, kesalahan prediksi masih ditemukan pada kategori “kecanduan sedang” dan “kecanduan ringan”. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kebiasaan penggunaan gadget dan tingkat kecanduan pada anak usia dini, serta memberikan acuan praktis bagi orang tua untuk mengatur pola penggunaan gadget pada anak. Sistem prediksi yang dikembangkan juga dapat menjadi dasar untuk aplikasi berbasis teknologi dalam manajemen perilaku anak. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengumpulan dataset yang lebih besar dan seimbang pada penelitian selanjutnya untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi dan memperluas model generalisasi.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of access to microcredit and socio-economic characteristics on the consumption of poor households in Sumatera Barat using data from SUSENAS 2020 and multiple linear regression with robust standard errors. The results show that microcredit has a significant negative effect on consumption, presumably due to ineffective utilization and debt burden. Conversely, employment status, education, gender of the household head, number of members, and urban residency have a significant positive impact, while age has a negative effect. The findings emphasize the importance of a comprehensive approach that includes credit assistance, economic empowerment, and contextual policies to sustainably improve the well-being of poor households.
