Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan pembiayaan MMQ Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bengkulu Adam Malik dan pengembangan pada UMKM di kota Bengkulu setelah mendapatkan pembiayaan MMQ Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bengkulu Adam Malik. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan pembiayaan MMQ sebagai modal kerja syariah berperan dalam memberikan bantuan modal kepada nasabah melalui pembiayaan dengan akad MMQ untuk mengembangkan usaha nasabah yang dilakukan dengan cara membeli asset seperti mobil, meja, kursi dan lain-lain. Sedangkan pada investasi syariah, pembiayaan dengan akad MMQ ini berperan dalam mengembangkan usaha nasabah  yang dilakukan dengan cara membeli gedung atau ruko, tanah dan lain-lain. Dan pengembangan UMKM di Kota Bengkulu setelah mendapatkan pembiayaan Musyarakah Mutanaqishah (MMQ) Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bengkulu Adam Malik dapat dilihat dari pengembangan asset, revenue (pendapatan) dan modal. Dari beberapa indikator tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembiayaan yang disalurkan bank memberikan dampak positif berupa kenaikan pendapatan, julmlah modal dan asset yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of sharia marketing strategies at Aila Fashion Thirty-Five Thousand All-round Fashion in Bengkulu City. To test this, researchers used quantitative methods with primary data collection techniques in the form of interviews with 6 informants. The results showed that the implementation of the sharia marketing strategy at the Aila Fashion All-round 35000 Store in Bengkulu City was by creating attractive and reliable offers, providing excellent service, providing memorable value, offering an up to date business model, and building synergy with stakeholders. However, the implementation has not been fully implemented properly, because the Aila Fashion All-round 35000 Shop in Bengkulu City has not been able to provide maximum excellent service and the products offered seem old-fashioned and not the latest or up to date, while creating attractive offers provides impressive value. , and building synergy with stakeholders The Aila Fashion All-round 35000 Shop, Bengkulu City, has done well.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy for selling SR12 products via social media from an Islamic economic perspective. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use field research. The data type consists of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis is carried out by recording and interpreting it, then analyzing it using a deductive mindset. The research results show that the marketing strategy used by Elsko Store Bengkulu is First, the products sold include skincare/cosmetics, bodycare, herbal products and children's products. Second, guaranteeing the availability of goods is always ready stock. Third, the prices sold on social media are the same as the prices sold in stores because they follow the company's SOP. Fourth, use a shipping expedition to send consumer orders. Fifth, utilize social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. In an Islamic economic perspective, the marketing strategy used meets the characteristics of sharia marketing, namely: Saleh (Rabbaniyah), Ethical (Akhlaqiyyah), Realistic (Al-Waqiiyyah) and Humanist. Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how marketing strategies can increase the number of Umrah pilgrims at AQM Tour and Travel, Bengkulu city. To find out this, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques and used observation, interview and documentation methods. From the research results, the marketing strategy for increasing the number of prospective Umrah pilgrims at AQM Tour and Travel in the city of Bengkulu is quite good and professional, starting from product planning, pricing, strategic locations and ways to promote products to prospective pilgrims. The strategy used by PT. AQM Tour and Travel Bengkulu City in marketing is the reference strategy or Marketing Mix (marketing mix). This strategy is part of a marketing strategy that follows theory and functions as a guide in using marketing elements that can be controlled by company leaders to achieve company goals in the field of marketing in AQM Tour and Travel, Bengkulu city.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the quality of service provided by PT. Quba Mandiri's gift from Bengkulu City to Umrah pilgrims. The type of research used is field research (Field Research) with a qualitative approach. This research shows the results that Reliability, Responsiveness, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Credibility at PT. Anugrah Quba Mandiri has been said to be good because it has guided the Umrah pilgrimage series reliably, is responsive in serving administration, the facilities are as promised, cares for Umrah pilgrims by providing a sense of security free from danger and risk by providing accident and health insurance. and the credibility of PT. AQM needs to be improved again by looking at the financial transactions carried out by the congregation so that no party feels disadvantaged.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of stock splits on stock trading volume and stock returns. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The sample selection technique was purposive sampling and obtained 19 companies that did Stock split during the 2021-2023 period. The analysis method of this research uses simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Stock split has a negative impact on stock trading volume. This can be seen in the results of the value (tcount) -0,430 > 2,120 (ttable) and sig value 0,673 < 0,05. (2) Stock split has a positive impact on stock returns. This can be seen in the results of the value (tcount) 2,567 > 2,120 (ttable) and sig value 0,041 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi, resiko, dan handling complaint terhadap minat mahasiswa UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dalam penggunaan BSI Mobile. Pada zaman ini  perkembangan dunia teknologi yang semakin pesat baik teknologi informasi maupun teknologi komunikasi. Teknologi informasi dapat dimanfaatkan dalam segala bidang seperti dunia perbankan. Di dalam dunia perbankan terdapat perbankan digital yang diakses menggunakan internet seperti Bank Syariah Indonesia menggunakan BSI Mobile untuk melakukan transaksi perbankan dengan efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif pendekatan Assosiatif dengan meguji kualitas data dan hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai signifikansi variabel teknologi informasi (X1) 0,000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat pengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dalam penggunaan BSI Mobile, nilai signifikansi resiko (X2) 0, 153 > 0,05 artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dalam penggunaan BSI Mobile,  nilai signifikansi variabel handling complaint (X2) 0,000 < 0,05 artimya terdapat pengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu dalam penggunaan BSI Mobile.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the influence of internal factors and external factors on the decision to invest in the sharia capital market among students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. To test this, researchers used quantitative methods with primary data collection techniques, namely questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). From the results of the research and discussion it is known that internal factors influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market as shown by Tcount > Ttable with a value of 3,359 > 1,978 and a significance value of 0,001 < 0,05. External factors influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market, shown by Tcount > Ttable with a value of 5,727 > 1,978 and a significance value < 0.001 less than 0,05. Simultaneously, internal factors and external factors influence the decision to invest in the sharia capital market for students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu by 43,7% and the significant probability value is < 0,001 less than 0,05 and the Fcount > Ftable with a value of 51,103 > 3,07.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil kerjasama sistem bagi hasil padi di Desa Limus Kecamatan Kedurang Ilir Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan dan untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam tentang sistem bagi hasil antara petani penggarap dan pemilik di Desa Limus Kecamatan Kedurang Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa pembagian dari hasil yaitu dua bagian untuk penggarap dan satu bagian untuk pemilik, dalam pembagian hasil panen belum bisa dikatakan adil apabila mengalami gagal panen yang disebabkan oleh hama dan cuaca, pembagianhasil panen dilakukan pada saat gabah kering sampai dirumah, bentuk pembagian hasil panen berupa gabah kering, berakhirnya perjanjian bagi hasil tidak ditentukan selama pemilik sawah mengizinkan dan tidak menjual sawahnya maka bagi hasil tetap berlanjut. Prinsip- Prinsip Ekonomi Islam tentang sistem bagi hasil yaitu tauhid (keimanan), „adl (keadilan), Nubuwah (kenabian), khalifah (pemerintah) dan ma‟ad (hasil). Namun belum bisa dikatakan dengan sepenuhnya adil apabila mengalami gagal panen yang disebabkan oleh hama dan cuaca.

Abstract

The low level of financial literacy among Indonesians, particularly in remote areas such as Enggano Island, poses a significant challenge in fostering a financially literate generation capable of managing personal finances wisely. According to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), financial literacy in the capital market sector in 2016 was only 4.40%, with financial inclusion reaching just 1.25%. This condition highlights the urgent need for continuous educational interventions, especially for youth in underdeveloped regions. This community service project aimed to improve students’ understanding of basic financial and capital market investment concepts at SMA Negeri 6 Pulau Enggano. Implemented through a structured approach—including preparation, the delivery of a Level 1 Capital Market School (SPM), and evaluation using pre-test and post-test methods—the program recorded a significant improvement in students' comprehension. The average pre-test score of 6.7 increased to 12.75 in the post-test, with an N-Gain Score of 74.72%, indicating a high category of improvement. Challenges such as students' limited time and low initial understanding were addressed through interactive methods and contextual analogies. This initiative not only positively impacted students’ financial literacy but also served as a practical educational model for the 3T (Frontier, Outermost, Disadvantaged) regions. Recommendations from this activity include periodic replication of the program, involvement of financial institutions such as OJK and BEI, and integration of financial education into the school curriculum. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure equal access to financial literacy across all regions, including remote areas like Enggano Island.
