Abstract

The experience of the global financial crisis that occurred in 2008 shows that even though the Bank's capitalization is adequate, if the Bank does not manage its liquidity carefully, it can disrupt the Bank's business continuity. The difficulties faced by most banks at that time were caused by their inability to meet the standards related to the basic principles of measuring and implementing liquidity risk management. This caused the Bank to be exposed to systemic impacts when the Bank failed to take into account the impact arising from a large funding gap. High interconnectedness between financial systems tends to exacerbate the systemic impact.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam industri perjalanan, dan Traveloka, sebagai salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di Asia Tenggara, telah memanfaatkan teknologi ini dengan sukses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana sistem informasi manajemen dan sistem Customer Relationship Management (CRM) berkontribusi terhadap kesuksesan Traveloka dalam menyediakan layanan perjalanan yang efektif. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Traveloka membantu pengguna dalam merencanakan dan menjalani perjalanan mereka dengan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, berkat fitur-fitur seperti Traveloka Poin, akses pesanan yang mudah, dan kemudahan penggunaan antarmuka.Selain itu, sistem CRM memainkan peran penting dalam mengelola data pelanggan, menyediakan penawaran promosi yang menarik, dan membuat pengalaman pelanggan lebih aman. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden merasa aman saat melakukan transaksi di aplikasi Traveloka. Namun, ada ruang untuk perbaikan dalam mencapai kepuasan yang lebih tinggi bagi sebagian responden yang merasa cukup atau kurang puas.

Abstract

Software that contains defects (errors) can cause harm. Losses caused can affect all stakeholders. Losses can take the form of financial, time, and others. So before the software is implemented it needs to be tested. Testing on an application aims to check whether a program is running properly or not. In testing this software will use Blackbox Testing. Black Box Testing Method consists of several techniques, including Equivalence Partitions, Boundary Value Analysis, Sample Testing, and so on. Among the many testing techniques, in this study the testing technique was chosen using Equivalence Partitions. Equivalence Partitions technique is a test based on data input on each form in the performance data information application system, each menu input will be tested and grouped according to function whether it is valid or invalid. Testing is done on 4 forms that will be filled with data form added jobdesk, form added work targets, form edit work targets, form approve work targets, and employee performance while in the company. The test results show that there are still many shortcomings when validating data to be entered, so that it can cause data stored in the database to be incompatible with the expected data. The results of this test can be used as input to improve the application of performance data for the future.

Abstract

Media in learning plays a role in increasing learning motivation and making it easier to understand learning material. Learners and teachers can use and choose appropriate media for the smooth running of learning activities, among the media that can be used is audio-visual media. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of audio-visual media in learning Islamic Culture History in Islamic Boarding Schools. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data sources were taken from nine respondents consisting of Islamic Culture History teachers, boarding school leaders, and grade XI students at the boarding school. The data obtained were analyzed in three stages, (i) data were selected in accordance with the research objectives, (ii) presented in the form of narratives and tables, and (iii) concluded by linking the results of this study with previous research to obtain research findings. The results of the study found that the use of audio-visual media in learning Islamic Cultural History in Islamic Boarding Schools runs effectively and can increase student learning motivation in learning. The videos used are short in duration so that they do not exceed the scheduled learning time limit. The use of media is supported by learning facilities such as laptops, InFocus, and speakers, as well as the teacher's proficiency in operating them. The implications of using audio-visual media can arouse students' enthusiasm and motivation to learn Islamic Cultural History so that learning outcomes can be improved.
