Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai ketentuan pemberian hibah harta kepada anak angkat berdasarkan Kompilasi Hukum Islam yang berlaku di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang berupa literatur-literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian sehingga dapat ditemukan kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan yang di harapkan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Prosedur pengangkatan anak di Indonesia sudah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan status dan kedudukan anak angkat yang telah diatur dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam adalah anak angkat tetap berstatus sebagai anak kandung dari orangtua kandungnya dan kedudukan anak angkat di dalam keluarga orangtua angkatnya adalah tidak sama dengan kedudukan anak kandung dari orangtua angkatnya.Kata Kunci : Anak Angkat, Kompilasi Hukum IslamABSTRACTThis study aims to find out about the provision of grant property to adopted children based on the Compilation of Islamic Law applicable in Indonesia. In this study the authors use qualitative Descriptive research method by using secondary data sources in the form of literature-literature relevant to the research so that it can be found conclusions in accordance with the expected. In this study the authors conclude that the procedure of adoption of children in Indonesia has been regulated in legislation and the status and position of adopted children that have been arranged in the Compilation of Islamic Law is the adopted child remains as a child of his biological parents and the position of adopted children in the family of parents his adoption is not the same as the position of the biological child of his adoptive parents.Keywords: Child Lift, Compilation of Islamic Law

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD)dalam pembangunan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat yang terjadi padaperan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam Pembangunan di Desa GerenengKecamatan Sakra Timur. Sedangkan Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdiri dari BPD,Kepala Desa, Pemerintah Desa, dan Masyarakat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan olehpeneliti adalah deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data diperoleh dari data primer yang melakukanwawancara serta data sekunder yang berasal dari arsip dan dokumen-dokumen dari kantorDesa Gereneng Kecamatan Sakra Timur. Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) sebagaibadan legislasi, pembuat Peraturan Desa bersama Kepala Desa, dan penampung aspirasimasyarakat sudah baik tetapi belum optimal terlihat dari penilaian masyarakat bahwa masihkurangnya sosialisasi dari anggota Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), kurang tegasnyaPemerintah Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) belum tegas terhadapmasyarakat yang melanggar peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh BadanPermusyawaratan Desa (BPD). Adapun faktor-faktor yang dapat menghambat Peran BadanPermusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam Pembangunan di Desa Gereneng adalah di lihat daridua faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Adapun faktor secara internal adalahmasih terbatas dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang tersedia. Sedangkan faktorsecara eksternal adalah Pelatihan Anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dan FaktorSosial Ekonomi yang semua anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) berasal darikeluarga bermata pancaharian petani.Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Peningkatan PembangunanThe purpose of this study To determine the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) indevelopment and to determine the factors inhibiting happened to the role of VillageConsultative Body (BPD) in Gereneng Rural Development in the Eastern District of Sakra.While the informants in this study is made up of BPD, the village head, village government,and society. Methods used by researchers descriptive qualitative data sources derived fromprimary data do interviews and secondary data derived from the archives and documentsfrom the office of the District Rural Gereneng East Sakra. Village Consultative Body (BPD) asa body of legislation, maker of Village Regulations together with the village chief, andcontainer aspirations of the community has been good but not optimal seen from the public'sassessment that there is still a lack of socialization of members of the Consultative Desa(BPD), lack of traction on the village authorities and Village Consultative Body (BPD) havenot been firmly against people who violate the rules set forth by the Village Consultative Body(BPD). The factors that could hinder the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) inDevelopment in Rural Gereneng is in view of two factors: internal factors and external factors.The internal factors are still limited and the lack of human resources available. While externalfactors are Member Training Village Consultative Body (BPD) and Socio-Economic Factorswhich all members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) comes from a family of farmerspancaharian eyed.Keywords: Participation, Development Improvement

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires teachers to continue to monitor and evaluate student competencies. This study aims to see how the competence of teachers is able to evaluate the tasks given in online or online-based learning by teachers of Junior High School 1 Kuantan Hilir Seberang. With the implementation of online learning, of course, there will be different treatments carried out by teachers in evaluating student performance to ensure that students can understand the material well. This study uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. In Junior High School 1 Kuantan downstream across, the author looks at how teachers perform their role in evaluating student learning outcomes. Starting from giving assignments, assessing and then evaluating where the students' weaknesses lie, especially regarding understanding and attitudes. The teacher continuously evaluates student learning outcomes by paying close attention to student understanding. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that teacher competence was needed to find the weaknesses and obstacles experienced by students when the teacher gave assignments, especially learning assignments during the pandemic. Through this activity, weaknesses related to students' understanding and attitudes can be identified. Weaknesses in terms of understanding the material are corrected through giving material back via zoom/whatsapp video calls, while weaknesses in the attitude of not doing the job well are done through advice.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity is intended to enhance motivation and to improve the four fundamental skills in learning Arabic Language for students of Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Lampung. In order to achieve this goal, the activity uses the drama method with a lecturing approach, mentoring, rehearsal, and culminates in a performance. The result of this activity is that the selected students who become actors are highly motivated in the learning process (writing, reading, speaking, and listening). The composition of the text of the legend 'Pulau Kemaro' is also easier to perform as it is associated with the cultural context of the legend.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of East Lombok Regency Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 2 of 2021 concerning Restrictions on the Generation of Plastic Waste, in this case the focus of the research is in Masbagik Sub-district, because Masbagik sub-district is one of the areas that contributes the most waste due to There are two big markets, namely Masbagik Baru Market and Pasar Baru Paok Panggang.The research used in this research is empirical normative legal research, namely research from actions on the implementation of normative law. This type of research is field research, namely research carried out systematically and methodologically to reveal the data needed in research that comes from the field. And carry out a review of statutory provisions and look at the facts or realities that occur in the field.Based on the results of the research used, namely empirical normative research, it is clear that hierarchical regional regulations are made in accordance with statutory provisions and in their regulation, these regional regulations regulate various aspects regarding limiting the generation of plastic waste. From field data, the government has carried out socialization in accordance with its provisions, but implementing these regional regulations is difficult to implement due to several inhibiting factors, including legal factors, human resource factors, lack of public awareness, and lack of budget.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interpretasi makna tekstual yang terdapat dalam teks pemberitaan media Palestina Al-Ayyam.ps tentang penolakan partisipasi timnas Israel oleh masyarakat Indonesia pada Piala Dunia Sepak Bola U-20 berdasarkan jenis tema dalam struktur tematik dengan pendekatan Linguistik Sistemik Fungsional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian bahasa secara sinkronis. Sumber data pada penelitian ini ialah website berita Al-Ayyam.ps. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa metode dokumentasi dan metode simak dengan teknik sadap bahasa tulis, simak bebas libat cakap, dan catat. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah metode agih dengan teknik Bagi Unsur Langsung. Metode penyajian hasil analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode informal. Dari analisis penelitian, diketahui bahwa tematisasi pada TPA didominasi oleh tema topikal takbermarkah. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara tekstual, para tenor pada TPA selalu menempatkan proses/predikat sebagai inti dalam memberi informasi yang terjadi di dalam TPA tersebut.

Abstract

Kampus Mengajar is part of Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiatives introduced by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in early 2020. The objective is to enhance the quality of university graduates, enabling them to thrive in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. Additionally, the program aims to elevate the professionalism of students aspiring to become teachers. The aim of this research was to explore the experiences of pre-service English teachers in joining this program. This study employed a qualitative method with a narrative approach. Eight students of the English Education Study Program at a university in Indonesia participated in Kampus Mengajar were interviewed. They were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through interviews and documentation. The analysis of the data resulted in the identification of four themes. These themes encompassed the motivation for participating in Kampus Mengajar program, the various types of activities undertaken, the lessons gained from teaching and non-teaching activities, and the skills that were improved throughout the program. Based on the results of this study, the participants shared remarkably similar experiences aiming to enhance their skills as university graduates and prospective teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat dan pentingnya pendaftaran tanah melalui pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap bagi masyarakat desa menceh kecamatan sakra timur, serta bentuk perlidungan hukum bagi masyarakat desa menceh yang sudah mendaftarkan tanahnya melalui pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu normatif empiris. Adapun manfaat dari pendaftaran tanah bagi masyarakat di Desa Menceh yaitu, mereka mendapatkan bukti kepemilikan tanah berupa sertifikat, memperoleh kemudahan teransaksi pertanahan, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kemudian perlindungan hukun yang diperoleh masyarakat Desa Menceh yaitu, dengan adanya bukti kepemilikan tanah, mereka memperoleh kepastian hukum atas tanah mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to capture students’ profiles in terms of using video-teleconferencing (VTC) applications  and to identify students’ perspectives on using the video-teleconference applications as a platform for English teaching and learning during pandemic in the English department in Universitas Riau. This mixed method study collected data from semi-structured interviews and an online questionnaire. The entire sophomores of English Study Program of Riau University (n=39 students) were taken as the samples of the research. An analysis model from Miles & Huberman (2007) was used as the method to analyze the collected data. The results show that majority (56.4 %) of the students used mobile phone for  learning device and 59% of them relied on their own internet data for learning. The students had both positive and negative perspectives on the VTC applications. Most students thought the VTC based learning was efficient for them. However, they  reported some problems such as, unsupportive learning environment, lack of equipment, and unreliable internet connections. These problems imply that the universities should provide more learning facilities for students to make the online learning more effective.

Abstract

Grammarly has got a lot of attention among academics especially because it is a powerful tool that can be used by writers to improve their writing quality. They need it as a medium for correcting writing errors. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Grammarly on the students' writing quality of the eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Batu. In particular, this study explores if there is any significant effect of Grammarly on students' writing quality in terms of grammatical accuracy, capitalization, spelling, and punctuation. This is quantitative research using the pre-experimental method. The subject consists of 30 students selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected from a pre-test and a post-test of writing an explanation text written before and after being corrected using Grammarly. The hypothesis test was conducted using Wilcoxon Test. The result shows an alternative hypothesis which is the Asymp. Sig. is 0.00<0.05. So, Grammarly has a significant effect on students' writing quality in eleventh grade at SMA Negeri 1 Ujung Batu. This study implies that Grammarly can be useful as a learning media as self-editing for students to improve their writing ability.
