Abstract

ABSTRACTGeneration Z is a generation whose numbers dominate and some have entered the workforce so that it will be a new challenge for human resource management. The reason of this consider is to decide the level of work engagement in era Z. The subjects in this ponder measured to 100 era Z representatives. The subjects in this think about summed to 100 era Z workers. The examining procedure utilized was comfort inspecting. The inquire about strategy utilized is clear quantitative investigate strategy. Information collection in this think about utilized a work engagement scale that was orchestrated based on five viewpoints, to be specific vigor, devotion, retention. Tujuan dilakukan riset berikut adalah guna mengetahui tingkatan work engagement pada generasi Z. Subjek pada riset ini jumlahnya 100 orang karyawan generasi Z. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Metode riset yang digunakan yaitu metode studi kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada riset ini menggunakan skala work engagement yang dirancang sesuai lima aspek yaitu vigor, dedication, absorption. Teknik analisis data deskriptif menggunakan perbandingan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik serta pengujian perbedaan dengan One-Way ANOVA. Hasil riset memaparkan work engagement pada generasi Z ada dalam kategori tinggi

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran di sekolah tidak terlepas dari kegiatan transfer ilmu pengetahuan yang menuntut guru untuk mampu mengelola kelas secara efektif dan memilih metode pembelajaran yang tepat agar tujuan pembelajaran tercapai secara optimal. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa adalah melalui penerapan metode pemberian reward (penghargaan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian reward dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IVD di MIN 8 Aceh Tengah serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penerapannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 39 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pemberian reward dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa, yaitu dari 20% pada pra-siklus, meningkat menjadi 54% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 85% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian reward berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya guru masih menghadapi kendala dalam konsistensi pemberian penghargaan dan pengelolaan waktu pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the financial reports prepared by the Modern Maqamam Mahmuda Takengon Islamic boarding school and their conformity with the Islamic Boarding School Accounting Guidelines issued by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Accountants Association. This research is a type of case study research using a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using triangulation techniques consisting of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction stages, data presentation, and concluding. The results indicate that the Maqamam Mahmuda Takengon Modern Islamic Boarding School has not prepared financial reports. The Maqamam Mahmuda Takengon Modern Islamic Boarding School only records cash receipts and disbursements. It is due to the lack of human resources owned by this Islamic boarding school and their ignorance of the Islamic Boarding School Accounting Guidelines as a reference in preparing their financial reports.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the development of digital technology that affects the learning process of early childhood and encourages the use of more up-to-date media, including audio-visual media. This study aims to discuss the impact of the use of audio-visual media on the visual and auditory abilities of early childhood. This study used a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation conducted at Taman Kanak-Kanak Yazida NW Tangar Lombok. The results showed that the implementation of audio-visual media in training the visual and auditory abilities of early childhood was carried out through various forms, such as educational videos, children’s songs, learning animations, and illustrated stories with sound. The media were used in a structured manner in daily learning activities, especially in listening activities and in introducing basic concepts, such as colors, shapes, numbers, and animals. Teachers played an active role in directing and providing further stimulation after the children watched or listened to the media. The children’s responses and involvement in the use of audio-visual media showed positive results, as indicated by enthusiasm, focus, and active involvement in learning activities. The children also appeared more interested in listening and showed expressions of joy when the media were used. This study concludes that the use of audio-visual media has a positive impact on the development of the visual and auditory abilities of early childhood and supports the creation of more engaging and participatory learning.
